Normally I grab a piece with decent fat on it, because YUM, to get a flavor boost. It was really bland and had very little bark. It just tasted like it was rushed and seasoning was lacking. It was very juicy and tender, so that's a plus. The dirty rice was decent, the Mac n cheese tasted almost powdery if that makes sense, fries were ok. I have 4 men I feed so I asked them their thoughts, just to be fair in case my taste buds were tainted. I got 3 "meh's" on the brisket and 1"it was ok" They all 3 liked the sausage and rice.
