Let me start off by saying I was headed out of town the following day for a flight at 9am for a bachelor party! One of the other participants from said bachelor party decided to call in a Hail Mary and wanted to get a gag gift for the bachelor. This was at 1pm the day before our flight left. I frantically called every place in Austin hoping someone could make these gifts for us! (Leave it to a bunch of guys to do things at the last minute) I called Big Frog and they told me over the phone they needed 24 hours! Devastated. Luckily I emailed the company as well and Jill (my savior) answered! She asked what I would like and within 3 hours they were ready for pickup! Everything was great , shirts are on point for the most part I asked why this particularly one had xxl above my cousins face . Was told it was a misprint but she didn't think it mattered , then she asked how important where shirts supposed to be to me ?? Hu ? She said it will take a week to get one in . Wow . At the end even though I'm getting it in a week who says that kind of stuff . Friendly staff till something is wrong then they get really quiet and ask awkwardly offensive questions out of nervousness or maybe they are always rite I don't know . Along with that interesting interaction one of my small 2 t child's shirts with the same print was missing . I had to ask them to count the shirts in store again because it was something in my opinion they shouldn't have missed, simply because they where the only two all white 2t shirts in the order of 26 or soo shirts , luckily they had one in the back to print on and did it rite then and there . All together a decent experience and good quality shirts . I would definitely try them out but just make sure to check everything before leaving . Also don't forget to apparently tell them on a scale of 1-10 how important your order is to you because then they assume it's about a 4-5 LOL . Then you might end up with a xxl over the head of your deceased loved ones memorial shirts and have to wait a week . I'll bump that rating when I get the shirt . read more

Came here today to get a customized Manny Pacquiao shirt for my dad's birthday. Since there were only 2 employees working and both were busy with other customers, my boyfriend, daughter, and I had to wait our turn. We were waiting for 45 minutes and ready to leave when one of the employees was finally done with the customers that she was helping out. We told her what type of shirt we wanted to design, as well as showed her the designs that we wanted on both the front and back of the shirt. Despite the fact that my boyfriend and I were debating over the sizes of both images, the woman who helped us (forgot to get her name!) was patient and understanding. When we finally settled on everything, I paid for the shirt and asked when we should pick it up tomorrow, but she told us that because we waited a long time while they were busy with other customers, she decided to make the shirt right then and there. While the shirt was getting printed, one of the other employees gave my little daughter some stickers, to which she was extremely happy about. When the shirt was finally finished, it came out looking better than we expected. The woman employee then neatly folded up the shirt, and placed a sticker on it stating how to care for the shirt (cold wash, hang dry, and do NOT use fabric softener), then carefully placed it in a bag. All in all, although we waited nearly an hour to get helped, it was made up for with their superb custoner service. Will definitely come back if I want another custom shirt made! read more

Rude management. They had made a mistake on another customer's order and kept making excuses on how it's "good enough" even though they clearly did not make the guy shirts as in the proofs. That was my first sign of I should just leave. Meanwhile I was on the computer to retrieve my files (associate allowed to log into my email) and the manager approached me with "Umm DO you work here?" ...well obviously if you're the manager you know I don't. Could've just asked me if I needed help..but she just decided to be rude about it. I was told that I couldn't use one of my nike shirts because it wasn't the correct blend. I figure okay...I'll just buy one their blended shirts. Turns out they had only 100% cotton shirts. They claim to usuallly have polyester Blended shirts, but must've ran out. How does a shirt store run entirely out of blended shirts? They offer to order a shirt that would take 2-3 business days..plus the extra day if making my shirt. I decided to just go with one of my own shirts that was the correct blend. My total was $31 for one shirt. I was told over the phone that it would be $27...and that's including that I bought one of their shirts. How is it more expensive to bring my own shirt? Eventually I figure It wasn't with it. I went online. $18 for a perfect digital print sport blend shirt. That includes fees/shipping and 2 logos. The associates were great...management needs work on some things. In the end I was just wasting my time. read more

Amazing! We needed 28 t shirts made and what we needed printed on them was copied from somewhat of a canvas like fabric. That was done in acrylic paints. We are currently living in Corpus Christi, Texas and NO SHOP IN TOWN was willing to take on our business. They kept saying "we can't do something like that" "you used too many colors" "that's complicated" so we decided to call Big Frog. And what do you know!? We emailed them a picture of the fabric and Received a "of course we can do that, no problem" response. Sure we had to drive up there 2 days in week and drive back, but it's Austin, it's worth it!
