I'm very intrigued by this place after my first visit. I actually was stopping in to pick up a complimentary item I received through a library program. Sometimes picking up freebies at places can be awkward. In fact, I almost didn't do it because of the possibility of awkwardness, but I put on my brave pants and went. I arrived around 45 minutes before they closed. I was the only person there. I had a friendly greeting and the staff person was so nice and didn't behave strangely at all about me stopping to get this free item. In fact, he was excited about it and asked me questions about the program, etc. While my free canvas bag was being printed, he told me a little about how their shop works; how they can help with design; how long it takes; etc. I'll admit I didn't check on prices during this visit, so I can't speak to that, but it seems like a neat place and I've already recommended them to a friend who had been looking for a local place to get a t-shirt printed with a photo in a hurry. I had a great experience with Big Frog. They responded right away to my quote request, and were able to produce a nice graphic based on the ideas I gave them. Kira was also very helpful in selecting a shirt brand based on my criteria, and answering any of my questions. From start to finish for the whole process, it went very quickly, and they had my shirts ready just 5 days after order payment. The design came out great and that we were able to find the same color and style of shirts for a wide range of kid and adult sizes was amazing. Absolutely baffles me that they can offer a 24hr service when we've had a shirt order in for almost a week and we are seriously waiting at the store because it still isn't done. They called multiple times because first the girl screwed up writing the order down, then because they "lost the order information", then because they weren't sure what they were doing. Seriously, go someplace else that has their act together. Or just give a shirt and marker to a 3 year old, at least you'll get something. Edit-so, after waiting over an hour longer while the "manager" printed out order, he gives us what is shown in the pictures. One of the shirts was soaked in solvent and smelled horrible. He blamed the equipment but really, we did this in Junior high and this would have got an F. read more

I'm in charge of the family reunion shirts and I ended up changing several things several times and they treated me with such respect! They are so affordable! We went into Big Frog on Saturday, July 14th with what we thought was an impossible request- we wanted 34 T-shirts in a variety of sizes printed by Monday before 8am. We also went in a with a poorly-created design off of a web application, so there wasn't a good way for them to upload our image. They had to recreate the image, which they not only did but made it look better than our original mock-up. They also printed out shirts by the end of that day! We were so very thankful and impressed by their speediness, the quality of the shirts, and the helpfulness and knowledge of the two people working that day. I regretfully did not get their names, but they were awesome! I would definitely recommend them and will hopefully have another T-shirt project in the future where I can use them again! read more

Mike and Tyler have been a HUGE help to me over the past couple of years. I was Booster Club President at one of the local high schools for three years and I couldn't have done it without them! They made up new designs every year for us and even were able to get us an account online so we didn't have to have 100 sets of parents sending in paper order forms! It was fantastic. I wouldn't have been able to handle that part of my job without them. Mike was always so easy to work with on big projects like these. We have also become new business owners and they have been AWESOME! They offer great suggestions and always have things ready within a week of when I request them. If you need it in 24 hours, like they advertise, choose somewhere other than Big Frog. As well, be prepared to change your design based on very limited color options. For me, they didn't have off-white/bone/light tenant variation other than stark white. Next best option, $4 more, per shirt. Is that a scam? I wonder is this is how they get more out of customers. Big Frogs is a business that wants your business! I had a last minute gift idea for Christmas, and Big Frogs originally quoted me at 19/piece for customer submitted items. I asked if they could get it under $125 total and they did it for $100, which from original price was like 33% off. When I arrived to drop off the items, they had me sign a thing about not holding them responsible for quality of items that customers brought in. DESPITE THIS, they still ran a sample print, called me to review the results, changed the location of the design based on what I said I wanted, rushed my order and had it done the next day. Kayla was so sweet to work with and really listened to me. She understood my vision and made it happen. They do have a lot of Covid restrictions, so if you're submitting an item, I'd leave it in the sealed package or plan for 24-48 hours where they have to quarantine it. Right now they're also by appointment only, but we got everything done over the phone and Kayla helped me even when I didn't have an appointment. Contactless pickup too! read more

Apparently the store is under new management and they are really dropping the ball. My company has ordered shirts from Big Frog for over a year, and now we will be finding a new company. We emailed our order in (which was normal) and was never called to confirm. After a week went by we decided to call. We were told that they had new management and a new system. We then placed an order and was prompted to pay in full up front, which was something we never had to do before. But ok, new management you say... whatever! The shirts would take a week. After 2 weeks we were called and told that the shirt part of our order would be ready on a Friday, but the tanks were not in yet. "Cool, not your fault I guess. I'll take those those shirts though, we have an event coming up." Got to the store to pick up the t-shirt portion of the order only to be told that not only is it not ready, but they hadn't started. " My event is tonight!" I Thought they would be ready the Friday prior? So now I want a refund, well the NEW MANAGER couldn't even find my name in the system after a whole year and a half! After 15 minutes he finally come out and hands me a refund slip and"current invoice" and walks away. WOW! Never again! read more

I appreciated her staying after hours ( A few minutes) to help me because other T-shirt printing places closes at 5 PM and would not go the extra mile to help. I like how easy it is to customize a product. And I didn't even have to go in to do it, one of their graphic artists worked with me over email - which is much easier for me with my schedule. I brought in a picture of a design idea to basically have recreated on the t-shirts I ordered. It consisted of a ribbon and words within two circles. Not complex. The draft that was sent to me by Big Frog was not at all the quality I was expecting; the words were off-center & wonky and the circles were not spherical. Due to my disappointment in the design given to me by the artist, I went ahead and designed the t-shirt myself in Microsoft Word (not complex at all) and sent it back to have printed. Had I known I'd have to design the shirts myself, I could have taken them to any printing shop. Also, their website boasts a 24 hour turnaround time. That was really my main reason for coming to Big Frog. I came in on a Thursday, wanting shirts that I would be able to have and mail to my family members so that they could be worn the following Wednesday. I was told they should be able to be done by the next day, Friday afternoon. I never received a draft until Saturday morning. I do understand that this is the point when I took the design over and didn't have it back until after they were closed on Saturday. They confirmed on Monday that I would have the shirts by Tuesday afternoon, which was already waaaaay past when I was expecting, and pushing it to get the shirt into the mail. At 3pm on Tuesday I had still not heard a thing. At this point I called to inquire as to if I could come pick up my order, to which I was told that the guy working on my order was not there on Monday so the shirts hadn't even been started yet, but that they'd get them done and I could pick them up at 5pm. (I'm confused about this part. Do orders just stop because one man isn't working? And also, in case you don't know, the post office quits taking mail at 5pm.) So alas, my family didn't have their shirts to wear on Wednesday, which was the WHOLE PURPOSE of my order. I do like the shirts that I received, however, I feel like I could have gone anywhere and gotten the same results, and probably not have had to do as much work as I did with Big Frog (referring to the design work). And I was highly disappointed with the turnaround time I received, given that the company's claim is that they can turnaround orders in 24 HOURS. read more

Big Frog has been doing my baseball team's stuff for the last couple of years. I come up with an idea and they come out with what I am looking for as for logo's. They don't nickel and dime me to death with all kinds of charges like other shops do, they give me a set price and do pretty darn good work.
