They didn't have one color I wanted so I sent a separate email asking if they had it, and if it would be possible to add it to my order if they did. Before I woke up Saturday morning there was a response saying they did have it, and could add it. I received a follow up phone call to confirm. My yarn arrived at noon today, Monday, less than 48 hours later. All of my experiences with them have been like this. They outdo themselves every time. Thanks for being amazing!

Flash forward and Hammerpress has migrated from their OG location to further down SW BLVD, and now to this new spot in the heart of the West Bottoms. It had been a while since I visited so I wasn't sure where they had moved to, but it seems fitting that they'd end up in the West Bottoms as many of the artists that once had studios in the Crossroads have migrated that direction as well, and it seems true to both their craft as printers, and their vibe as artists to be in yet another cool, up and coming, hip neighborhood. All of this being said, this new spot is by far their coolest. From the arched entryway, to the bright interior, you're going to find everything you've come to expect from Hammerpress. Beautiful art prints? Check! Locally made greeting cards? Check! other stationary and art goodies? check and check! Next time you need a card go check them out - you won't regret it!

I went to the print desk and there was a woman and her daughter standing there waiting for help and BEN - the Office Depot empoyee was on the phone (I later found out he was the manager on duty). He appeared to be on hold as he was speaking to the woman and her daughter. I asked if I needed to stand in line to use the printer (I had never done this before) and he was SO RUDE! He said I am trying to have a conversation on the phone and I only have 2 ears. (he said more but I was so shocked I didnt hear it all) The woman and her daughter looked at me in disbelief as well. I apologized and stated that I thought he was on hold. He continued to say rude things to me for interrupting him. I finished my printing and apoligized again. .He said nothing.. I went to check out with other items that I had and I told his coworker how rude he was to me. She said oh he is rude to everyone including me. She said that customers complain all the time and nothing is done about it. I filled out my survey to let Office Depot know how rude he was and haven't heard anything back. You know, it only takes a minute to be kind. There is no reason to be spoken to the way I was. I would like to say I will never ro to office depot again but I know some day I will have to but I will avoid people like BEN!

I decided to call OfficeMax in Olathe and the person I spoke with in the print department was very helpful. I recommend the Olathe location 100%.
