I asked when I dropped this jacket off, will this font carry over onto this material and was told it would be fine. I then was sent my review print to a wrong email....after giving it to them in the office twice. The delay in this item was fine til I received this and was told there was nothing they could do. The P and the A look terrible and aren't even in line with the rest of the font and quite a bit of the white didn't translate meaning it's not dark enough on the jacket. Think I'm just sad about it but know to change it would damage it. Next time I would ask, be customer service oriented and TALK with your clients about font choices and materials. It really is important.....

As on 6/5/26, I STILL do not have my order, nor has anyone from the company had the courtesy to even provide basic customer service by responding to the email sent in May. I reached out again today. We are moving next week and I don't hold out much hope of getting the items - since I can't get any response. So my message was to cancel the order. GM has THOUSANDS of employees right here in TN where the company is located. But they can't seem to fulfill orders or answer customer requests. I was going to place another order. There's no point though, since I couldn't even get the products ordered over 4 months ago. Oh! The confirmation email stated the items would be produced and delivered in 2 - 4 weeks. It's been OVER 4 MONTHS!! With this lack of customer service, I would not recommend ordering any products from here. SMH.

The seamstress asked for the date of our event and said to pick it up by 5 p.m. on Friday Oct 20. The store is closed on the weekend. I went to pick it up at 3 because 5 felt like was cutting it too close to closing time. She looked for the dress and said it wasn't hemmed yet! When I said the dress had been there over a week, she gave excuses--no other workers, she was busy and working hard, it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, and that I shouldn't have come before 5 p.m. and shouldn't be so ugly about it.I was being civil to her but said she should have told me if there was a problem when I brought the dress in. I said I could wait. She told me I could take the dress as is or come back at 5, and again said I shouldn't be so ugly. So I said I'd be back at 5. At 3:27 she left me a message that I could pick up the dress, after I had driven home across town. When my daughter , granddaughter and I went to pick it up, the seamstress told my granddaughter she worked the dress in because of the event date. My daughter thanked her for doing so and said she looked busy. She responded that some people don't understand that. I took that as a reference to me. So don't try to pick up your item a minute early, no matter how long it's been at this shop, because she will wait until the last minute to do your alteration.

I was a little apprehensive due to previous reviewers saying the woman that works there is rude but I didn't find her to be rude at all. Very sweet lady! Only took a week for my jeans to be done and wasn't too bad on the pricing, $22 each pair if I remember right which is probably standard pricing for the current economy. Will be back for future services if I need more alterations on my clothing!
