A blonde young lady helped us pick out the perfect outfit quickly and had the pants hemmed and both shirt and pants steamed. Highly recommend. Alterations on Jacket sleeves were off big time. Returned suit for them to fix. They said give them a week. Went back in a week which they said it was ready. Just desiring to browse initially, the staff respected that and tended to other customers. I eventually asked Ben for help. He was very patient and put together several options. My daughter is getting married in a month and I decided to rent a suit to match the bridal party. We arrive about 14:30 on a Saturday so we expected a wait. There were three parties ahead of us but the staff were very conscientious about the queue and we had three or four staff verify we were in the line which was good because we hadn't checked in to the queuing system. The line moved quicker than expected and once our turn arrived we were able to attach our order to the wedding party and have our suit measured and fitted in just a few minutes. We rented a suit for a wedding. When my husband picked up the suit, he tried it on. They sent an employee to "steam" the shirt. My husband didn't look at it again until he pulled it out of the bag the day of the wedding. It was so wrinkled he could not wear it. We had to press it. You should not ever have to do that when you pay $250 to rent a suit. read more

I bought a suit to take out of town with me for my honeymoon. My wife and I have been trying to go on our honeymoon for almost a year and due to life we kept pushing it back. I spent $700 on the perfect suit. I bought the matching vest with it. I tried the vest on in store in a different color ( they didn't have my color in stock) and it fit perfectly. When I picked up the suit I tried on the jacket and pants on but did not try on the shirt and vest due to already being fitted for both. When I got home and tried the suit on the vest was too small. The store was already closed for the night so I called first thing the next morning. My answer " what do you want me to do about it?" Absolutely no help and very rude about it. I was looking for a solution because today is the 3rd and I'm at work for 24hrs. They are closed tomorrow and I also work 24hrs the next day. I can not get back in until the 6th which leaves me two days if they have to order the vest. They guy I talked to offered no idea for a solution and was just rude. No attempt at a solution at all. I understand my situation is unique but I believe if we could have talked about it we just might could of come up with a plan. But nope, no customer service even remotely attempted. I wanted to surprise my wife with the perfect night. Very disappointed and heartbroken that I will not have my full suit to wear on our special occasion. UPDATE: Made it back to the store today to exchange my vest. The service today was much much better. Went in and at first they said the didn't have my size and would have to reorder the correct size. However, the lady that helped me wanted to double check with another employee to make absolutely sure. The other employee remembered they did have some more vest in my style stored in another spot. And when they came back they had my vest in my size! Thank you to the two employees that took the time and made the effort to come to a solution. I do not know who I talked to on the phone the other day but I am going to chalk that conversation up as maybe we both had a bad day. I moved my rating from one star to four stars! I hate leaving these kinds of reviews, but I had an actual terrible experience here. One of the employees, Chelsea, had a terrible attitude, twice when I came in. And doesn't seem to know how to properly speak to customers. And the taller gentleman who did the tailoring was rude and very short as well. I wasn't going to even say anything in the reviews, but then I found out today while picking up my suit, that she forgot to order and left out the specific white shirt included in the reservation and luckily they were able to scramble and find another shirt in store last minute today. They definitely need new staff or at least re train these current employees on how to properly take care of ALL customers. read more

My fiance has been in here plenty of times and we always get great service. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They are knowledgable about suits and fast with the alterations too. We are currently working with them on the tuxedos for our wedding and every time I call and check up on things or to change something they are very understanding and help me right away. This location is my "go to" Men's Wearhouse. I couldn't say better things about this store and the employees. Everyone is always helpful and knowledgable. Dave Dennis is the manager at this location is always friendly and very helpful. I went looking for a new suit and within 30 minutes I was walking out of the store and just bought TWO new suits, thanks to Dave. Top Notch in my opinion. read more
