I have been recycling at this facility ever since it opened. There must have been 4 other workers…read morethat I've met but this current worker is different. I've never encountered a person who has so much passion and enthusiasm in his job. Good, happy personality, always greeting people, polite and hardworking. I give him a dollar tip every time but he is always appreciative that I started giving him used clothing, shoes and sometimes water and snacks. I wanted to suggest that he work at a better-paying job, restaurant perhaps, because we need more people like him with this exceptional customer service but I like seeing him every week at the recycling center. If you ever care to recycle, visit this center by Stater Bros on Temecula Pkway, you'll see what I mean. And please consider leaving a tip

I arrived a little after 3:45 PM before closing, but was denied service. If the actual cutoff time is earlier than what's posted, it would be helpful and more respectful to customers' time to clearly state that. A notice indicating a 3:45 PM cutoff would help avoid confusion and unnecessary trips. (I went to two different Sunset Recycling down that were down the street from each other and I was denied at both of them)

Many are unable to locate this business despite yelps location and direction listings because such information is misleading.
