Okay, I don't freely give 5 stars and I'm a cranky old lady, let's start with that. Wilson and Juan just left our property, cleaning a 3 story rowhouse staircase that was beyond hope. They scrubbed, cleaned, pretreated, the whole works. Communication, confirmation, payment was all a breeze. But let's get back to the 32 filthy stairs and landing... So their website says $120 for first room and $60 for next rooms . That's totally false and deceiving. Once they show up they than bid double that amount. Next they do the job and leave big stains/spots . Unfortunately we trusted them to do the job and left the house by themselves to finish up and leave . They left several spots with stains . So we called them and after much talking back and forth they gave us a date to come out again . And no surprise at the time of the appointment while I'm waiting past 2 hours . They decided to not show up and call and say they no more appointments available ! Save your money and don't use them . I wish I had a photo of the before and after of my carpet because I can barely believe it myself- my dog threw up a massive pile of dog food that had been mixed with pumpkin and then my father stepped in it with heavy shoes and walked a few steps before noticing... orange disgusting disaster on a light grey carpet. I had my 9x11 off white/grey area rug cleaned by this company after my dog had urinated and vomited on it. The rug actually came back a day late and more discolored. Instead of light yellow spots, a large area on the rug now has a yellow discoloration. On top of that, my dog is allergic to the chemicals used and we had to throw the rug away. When I contacted the company about the yellow discoloration, they basically said since I signed the contract, I had to take it however it came back. What a waste of $260. I'm sure a bigger company has something in place for displeased customers besides an "oh well" kind of response. read more

I had two damaged handmade silk rugs from India that needed repairing and cleaning, and two cheaper wool/synthetic rugs that needed cleaning (years of cat hair, dirt and inadequate vacuums had put them in a sorry state). Wilson was very professional when he came to pick them up, clearly explaining the different options and costs (it wasn't cheap, but I wouldn't expect repairs to handmade silk rugs to be cheap anywhere!). He took half the payment up front and the other half on delivery (and he was able to take credit card payment with his smartphone, and sent a receipt by email immediately) The rugs were ready and delivered in less than a week (before the estimated date), and the repairs were done very well.
