They don't understand English (or pretend not to) and so even a normal question is something they interpret as an extra "instruction" and use that to complain to their boss and increase the time frame that was agreed upon initially. The story all began with me booking a move in move out cleaning service with the company that was scheduled to take place on Saturday August 3. One of the company staff named Angela confirmed my appointment via email without any details regarding my address and time of arrival (they only gave me a arrival timeframe from 10-12pm), which is extremely inefficient. On the day of cleaning service, I waited for over an hour to find out the company staff Angela entered the wrong home address for the service and cleaners were somewhere else. I called the company to see what they can do to make the situation right. They simply told me the cleaners will get there when they get there without an apology and a compensation. I said I'll have to write a honest review about today's service; as soon as the staff Angela heard that. She said she would cancel my service if I decided to write any negative reviews about the company- I was shocked!! What type of company threatens to cancel the service if customers decide to provide feedback? She went ahead and canceled the appointment and left me stranded with last minute frenzy to find other cleaners to clean the place before my tenants move in on Monday. It was crazy!!! If the company wanted to survive in the long term, they really need to take actions to improve their services starting with: 1. Fire staff who lacks professionalism and can't handle negative customer feedback 2. Have a clear email confirmation system that will allow customers to verify all the information is right in advance 3. Have an effective system establishing what's the right procedure if the company messed up in different scenarios I won't come back for their service and will tell my Hoboken community that this is not an ethical company you want to work with. read more

Was told that the cleaning would be longer than normal due to the 'initial cleaning' resulting in a higher cost. Totally get that and perfectly fine even though my roommates and I are relatively clean and just want the 2.5 bathrooms, 1 small kitchen, 1 empty dining room, and 1 normal to bare living room. Cost was approx. $190-210 (going off memory but I apologize to the owner if I am saying some fake news - so please correct me if I am wrong). Place was spotless and I literally threw my cooked food onto the floor so I could eat it and so I could actually say that I literally did that because it was so clean. - Second time (2018) = INTERESTING / BLOWN AWAY (in a good way). Booked a cleaning for a Saturday and was given a time slot of 8am-12pm ... fast forward to about 1pm and no one came. Called and left a voicemail wondering where peeps were. Paul was super gracious and apologetic and rallied the troops and sent an army to clean the place in a jiffy and did an amazing job - just a little mix up where I believe the individual taking my call booked it incorrectly. Truly great customer service and I finally found my one true cleaning love of my life. - Third time (August 2019) = SATISFIED. Booked a cleaning, per the usual. Maids were very nice and friendly, but not as efficient and fast as previous cleanings (specifically comparing to the first time). Noticed they were texting on their cell phones and making side calls and generally not going as fast as I noticed the first time. Totally cool and we all work differently. Only real difference from the first time was that I asked for a "little dusting" to be done in my room. The appointment was only supposed to take 2 hours but they ended up staying for over 3 hours and the total bill was in the low $300s. Upon speaking with Paul, he understood and was awesome in working with me to rectify the situation. Happy to say I will be a returning customer and looking forward to that next apartment bubble bath -- I'll just be more cognizant to communicate with the maids on their timing and expectations of the cleaning. read more

Came recommended by my GF - cost 150 for the initial cleaning (has gone up 50 dollars since her previous initial cleaning) of a 1 BR. They failed to tell us that they had increased their prices from the previous 3 years she had been using them (Initial is 150, after that it is 90 up from 80 previously). Multiple emails sent asking them about the price increase before we finally got an answer. Totally understand raising the prices - don't understand not communicating them to clients.
