"Have you ever had crab rangoon pizza?" Excuse me?! Surely that's not a real thing! Rather than doing any research whatsoever, I decided to blindly trust the adventure. If crab rangoon pizza actually existed, I needed it in my life immediately. That quest led me to Marzoni's. We arrived around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon in July and almost had the place to ourselves. We grabbed a booth near the bar, settled in and were greeted by a super friendly, attentive server who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Marzoni's has been serving wood-fired pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, pasta and an impressive selection of craft beers for years, but on this particular day there was only one thing on my mind...the Crab Rangoon Pizza. Of course we ordered a large. A short while later, our server rounded the corner carrying our pizza...and I'm pretty sure audibly squealed. At the very least, my mouth fell open and I was speechless, which is an absolute miracle! It was real! And it was BEAUTIFUL! The crust was perfectly baked with those wonderful blistered bubbles that tell you it's going to be good before you even take a bite. It was topped with creamy cheese, generous chunks of crab and crispy wonton strips that made it unmistakably crab rangoon...just in pizza form. We gave it a minute to cool...and then I took my first bite. Holy. Cow. It actually tasted exactly like crab rangoon! The creamy filling, the sweet crab, the crispy wonton strips...somehow it all worked together perfectly. It was one of those foods where your brain spends the first few bites trying to figure out how something this weird can taste this right. I happily devoured my entire slice and immediately started negotiating with myself about whether I should have another. Or another. Or maybe slices three through ten. My Responsible Adult Self (who is a complete buzzkill sometimes) eventually won that argument, but only because I still had more adventures planned for the day. PRO TIP: Come hungry or bring friends. The large pizza makes plenty, and you'll almost certainly be happy to have leftovers once you realize how good it is. Parking was plentiful in the lot outside, the restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Will I be back? Absolutely! Because now I know two things. First, crab rangoon pizza is, in fact, a real thing. Second...it's apparently a craving I didn't know I was capable of having until now.

Their fries are the best part and well-seasoned. Depending on the person, it could be considered overly-salty. Their beer cheese is pretty flavorful, as well. Their burgers are tender, juicy, and a good flavor. - Menu. Decent and short. - Location. Fairly easy to find downtown and there are other businesses and restaurants close by. Street parking is available, which is metered during the weekdays. - Price. With the exception of the sides, which I explain below, it's fairly good value for money, given the quality and decent size portions. What's not - Quality. Their soft pretzel sticks were not as soft as I expected. They were actually harder than I hoped. - Dishes come with potato chips. Their sandwiches come with potato chips. Fries, coleslaw, or salad cost extra. My hummus pita wrap and my friend's fish sandwich automatically come with potato chips, so ordering the fries cost extra. Not cool. This is a matter of personal preference. This is a pub, not a deli, so potato chips should not be an automatic side. - Not many vegetarian or vegan options. There is hummus, a salad option, and a fish option. Very limited, which is a detractor. - Service. One of our family members ordered their burger with no pickles and no mustard, but the wait staff made an error when they entered our order. I understand mistakes happen, but simple things like this take additional time to fix. The wait staff had to put in the correct order and we had to wait longer. Additionally, we had difficulty flagging down staff when we needed things. Their staff are nice, but they don't appear well-staffed. It was not full the Sunday afternoon we were there, so I'm uncertain what a busy time actually looks like. - Layout. For parties larger than 4, it appears they need to put tables together, so be prepared. Final answer Would be willing to return, but not a first choice.

Since moving my buddy into town, we wanted to try out a bunch of different foods to get a feel for the new kitchen. While it's great they are hosting bands during the winter months, they need to invest in some noise reduction panels above and around the stage area. This enhancement would significantly improve the sound quality of the bands performing and the audience's experience. Two great qualities that we will return for in warmer months are the amazing deck and outside areas. These would be very nice areas to sit, sip, and enjoy music. One important piece of information is that location is about 15+ minutes south of Hershey off of Rt 283.
