I think they had 1 vent working. 2. Under the seats were filthy. We tried to store a few items under there but it was disgusting. There was trash, straws, dust, cups, sticky mess (alcohol) and other random trash. 3. The TV was not working. We wanted to play music videos and were unable to do so. 4. The bar table / built in cooler has been removed so there is NO place to put drinks or ice. We had to bring on a cooler for ice none is provided. NO cups are provided either. Although the website said otherwise. I have to say the driver was nice. And he took us to and from safely so we were grateful for that. But this bus needs renovating and cleaning really bad.

I contacted Alii and got the owner Tho. He gave me his rates and had the best rates of all the services I called. When we arrived he was at the airport waiting for us. As soon as our plane landed he texted me to let me know where to meet him. He picked us up in a van (that's what I requested) that was extremely nice and was spotless. He had cold water available for us and took us directly Mama's. He then waited for us while we ate. He then took us to a nearby beach so we could view the Sea Turtles that gathered there. He then took us back to the airport to catch our next flight. He gave us exceptional service and was a pleasure to deal with. l would not hesitate to use his services again.
