They then show up when we're leaving as if to suggest we didn't cancel. We got married on the beach in Wailea and the second we stepped out of the limo it PISSED down rain, like New York or Ireland rain. It was hard, fast and thick drops. We had forgotten our umbrellas, but Summer was so kind and had planned for this type of event and let us use three of hers. We also told her that we were planning on trashing my dress, so she put down towels for us in the limo. I also changed before I got in, yup, right on the street, it was amazing. And the fact that there are only about 20-22 people are in this excursion is really nice. The reason this experience is so excellent is because of our driver/tour guide, Megan. She has been so incredibly kind and really has taken the time to make sure everyone is comfortable. She also has been taking time to answer questions and provide us with a lot of Hawaiian history. It's very awesome because it's not just history we have heard before. She really relates it to customers' interests and I don't think I have ever seen a group so interested in what a "guide" shares about history and heritage. I genuinely recommend this company and especially Megan!

So comply please or we will hire you to sue yourself." When I wrote back and said the Mayor's advice was not mandatory, and asked Leo if he would provide service or if I should take my business elsewhere, Leo said: "So you think we value $ over the advise of our mayor? We are not serving any tourist at all simply because all you vaccinated brainwash people are bringing us Covid to Maui...hospital here since the reopening are full." I informed Leo that if he was the Owner of the business treating a prospective customer in this manner, he had no business running a business, and if he was an employee, he was a stupid employee and that the Owner should be informed that Leo was damaging the business. Finally, I shared with Leo what an appropriate response would have been to a customer rather than the smart-ass response he gave to my initial inquiry. Don't walk away from this business...run.
