They confirmed the truck was available so I gave permission for them to run my credit to be approved for financing based off of their word that the truck was available. The very next day (within 17 hours) we were suppose to test drive the vehicle and I get a call from our salesman saying the vehicle had sold. I called the general manager of the dealership that the truck was at, he claims the truck had been "pending sale for 2 weeks!". My salesman's told me the truck was sold the night before and driven off the lot; the GM tells me it's still there pending sale... They claim they will work with me now that I have a hard hit on my credit and an open approval through a lending service in their system. After many back and fourth conversations with the GM who was supposedly going to figure out a fix to this never did. They didn't want to budge on any pricing on other potential vehicles they had in our price range to fit our approval rates.. The GM also gave me false information about my approval and how it was only approved through them and I couldn't take my approval elsewhere without getting another hard credit hit on my credit. This was in fact wrong... It has been 10 days since I was told the truck was sold however the truck is still listed on their website as available.. This makes me believe they use bait vehicles to harvest your personal data and credit profiles and to put you in a situation where you scramble to act fast in purchasing a vehicle only through them.. Be advised and shop elsewhere. - I took my business elsewhere and explained the situation to a different dealership. They did not have to do a hard credit hit (like Richardsons GM told me they would) and I used the same approval that was open through the same lending services with a different dealership. This new dealership gave me my rates to the truck I was interested in. Reassured me that since I was approved that the keys to that vehicle will be put aside specifically for me and no one else. I went down the very next day and test drove and bought the truck. No nonsense and informed salesman and financial manager! Richardson dealership lacks exactly that. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH vehicle availability and definitely not with financial questions.

Accident occured on May 11 2024, purchased July 8th 2024 . The dearship presented this as a new vehicle that had not been damaged. This dealer failed to provide a carfax or notify me of said accident and damage. The vehicles value was depreciated before I even purchased it, and I was charged full value for the vehicle. I was offered only an apology. When buying a new vehicle from dealership be sure to ask if it has been involved in any accidents. The carfax says vehicle was backed into in parking lot, the dealership claims that is not what happened and a car crashed into a pole that landed near the vehicle I purchased and the dirt that was flung up damaged the bumper causing it to be scratched.

When I was first looking to purchase a car, I contacted this dealership and I was stuck with an uneducated and non-communicative salesman named Shane Grove, who was incredibly useless. Do not go to Shane, he does not have people or customer service skills. Once I told Shane that I would be financing the vehicle through my credit union he was helping me less and less when it came to looking for a vehicle. I had to demand I get a new salesman due to being treated so poorly (especially after spending 26k on a car). Also, when I went to pick up the car I was told how the title was not in for the vehicle and no one at the dealership even bothered to keep me informed I was having to messaged and call them constantly just to get an update on my title because I am currently driving around with the dealerships plate instead of my own.
