It may take a couple days to full go through what this place has. It can be dark in some rooms and dirty, but it's worth it!

Working with The Estate Edit was a pleasure from start to finish. Molly was incredibly organized…read moreand communicative, which was especially important since I was coordinating both the estate sale and the sale of my parents' home from another state. She took care of everything, making sure my parents felt comfortable throughout the process. She was especially patient and kind with my mom, who was anxious and overwhelmed preparing to sell their home of nearly 50 years and most of their belongings. The Estate Edit not only advertised and sold several large-ticket items before the sale, but also staged everything beautifully. They even created an INCREDIBLE, customized video that highlighted the items for sale while celebrating the history of our family home--a special touch we'll never forget. During the sale weekend, Molly checked in with me daily to update me on what was selling. What could have been a stressful, emotional process turned out to be smooth, professional, and even more successful than I expected--we sold and earned more than I had hoped, and their services were worth every penny. I can't recommend The Estate Edit highly enough!

I have frequented this place numerous times and have had the blessing of seeing it grow, rearrange and expand. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

This company is a joke. Do not trust a word Mike says. Mike, the owner, was running an estate…read moresale where the family had a baby grand piano. Originally marked $10,000- a normal price for a decent instrument. My mom went on the first day and it was already marked down to $6,000. Mike immediately picked up on her trail and started spinning a story about how the piano belonged to the estate sale's mom and they weren't worried about the money, the family just wanted the piano to go to a good home, blah blah blah. Mike said the piano had been refurbed 4 years prior as well so it was a steal. My mom said she would think about the piano. I went back the next day with my mom and Mike told us about his company and how his mom founded the company and was always at the estate sales, but not that day because she had another engagement. He said if we bought it that day, he could mark it down to $4,000. We hemmed and hawed a bit and eventually decided to purchase the piano because it was in decent shape. I asked Mike if he had paperwork from the refurb and said he'd ask the owner. He stepped aside, made a phone call to confirm that marking the piano down from $10,000 to $4,000 was ok with the family and to find out if there was refurb paperwork. A few minutes later, he hung up, said the owner would have paperwork on the refurb when we picked up the piano. We had to pick up the piano that week because the family was moving and selling the house. Mike insisted that there were tons of moving companies available to move it on short notice, even making a phone call to confirm. We purchased the piano and Mike promised to be available for pick up and would have the refurb papers in hand. As soon as we paid, it was like we were invisible. Mike had other customers to spin stories to. As we walked around the house, we picked up a few things here and there to purchase. When we checked out, he threw in all the piano music, a piano figure with a girl playing it, and a few other knickknacks, "for free." He also said the figure was a replica of the piano we were purchasing. He also told us we were lucky to buy the piano when we did because there was a family coming in from Iowa to look at it and he had to turn them away since we bought it. He said the family wanted it to stay local anyway. --- Here's where the fun part comes in. I had to call about 10 moving companies to find one that could move a piano in 4 days (after Mike insisted there were a ton of companies available). Only had a minor panic attack thinking no one would be able to move this piano we had just purchased (sarcasm). Then, we show up to have the piano moved, Mike stayed for all of 10 minutes and left. My husband started talking with the owner of the piano and, as it turns out, none of the bullshit Mike spun was true! It was not the owner's mother's piano, he couldn't care less where it went, and he had never given permission to mark it so low! Mike had actually LIED to the owner and told him he sold the piano for $5,000 (owner was pissed when he found out we only paid $4,000). Further, there was no paperwork on the refurb and the refurb itself had been more like 10 years ago. The owner of the piano said he wasn't impressed with this company either because a lot of stuff had been marked down or given away without permission. Yikes!
