After a pleasant conversation, how often can you say that about talking to a dealership we headed down to the lot to get an offer on the car. We got to the lot and 30 minutes later we left with with a check. No haggling went on, no back and forth, they made a fair offer straight away and we accepted. We sold a car in 30 minutes and left with a check that we were pleased with. If you are looking to sell a car if you do not at least give Hollingsworth an opportunity you may just be missing out.

However, ALL of the employees here are super friendly and welcoming (may have been the Girl Scout Cookies I had on me to start friendly banter ha). They took my car for a drive, checked it out, signed it off, and bam...done within 15 minutes. No need for stress at all! They were all reassuring and told me that the only thing I needed was that third key I didn't even know I had (thank goodness for the junk drawer box I packed) or else it would be a $500 fee. This was seriously easier than looking for a vehicle. They also did not try to sell me any cars or pressure me in the slightest. These guys are professional and did not take advantage of lil ol' me like soooo many places I've gone to. I HIGHLY recommend returning your leased Subaru to this location.

We had such a great buying experience, that when there was an issue after only a week with the car, I had no doubt that Randy would take care of the issue. This was my daughter's first car purchase and we should have just done the research on this place. She had the first time auto loan approved and her father stopped there. They shined that baby blue Nissan Sentra up and sold my poor young adult a lemon with a leaky and poor transmission. They talk like they are reputable but they are hateful and money hungry people. I think I recall the co-owner saying he had a young daughter. I just wonder if he'd put her in a vehicle that is unsafe with a slipping transmission. We got this car in May and since then its been trouble. They will say they are willing to help with the issue and send you to their mechanic who will charge full price. That isn't helping or good business, as they know what they are selling before you walk put if the door.. There isn't alot more to say about this just much anger and frustration because it's our young daughter and her first car.. It ws a huge mistake on our her dad's end.
