The snakes at Sevan are "unethical, dishonest, and fraudulent", as a Google reviewer already mentioned a year ago. During our years at Sevan, my wife and I exclusively worked with Joe and Evan (the owner). Ironically, my original review was so positive and heart-felt that it brought Joe to tears. We originally trusted Sevan: we referred numerous high-end customers to them, spent significant money restoring, maintaining, and modifying our 03 Land Rover Discovery II through their shop, and remained patient through multiple mistakes (i.e. vehicle damage during a job) and/or incidents of poor service. Our most recent experience was the final straw. Sevan has repeatedly disregarded a very clear request: if an aftermarket part is to be used instead of genuine OEM, we must be consulted first. We have communicated about this multiple times over the years. Despite that, Sevan has attempted to use aftermarket parts without consulting us on several occasions. In one previous case, we only discovered it way after installation - when the part caused a problem. This most recent incident marked the third time we've had to address this issue and again make the same request. At this point, it feels like either negligence or intentional disregard for important customer preferences. This isn't the only type of customer request and preference they've repetitively ignored either. The worst part of this situation was the audacity behind the particular part they selected. Not only was it aftermarket, but it was a cheap, low-quality option that they KNOW we would NEVER approve. We've always made it clear that genuine OEM is our preference and that we only consider aftermarket parts when they are recognized upgrades over genuine OEM - a repeated declaration which is consistent with all the genuine OEM parts and high-quality aftermarket parts they've installed for us. Instead, they chose a low-quality, budget-friendly, inferior aftermarket part for our high-quality truck (a truck they've referred to as "the nicest Disco they've worked on") - despite the fact that the genuine OEM part was available through their supplier. Less important but still noteworthy: Sevan tried to significantly overcharge us for this low-quality part which we would NEVER let touch our truck. Other Rover specialists in the area quoted roughly one-fourth Sevan's price for the exact same cheap aftermarket part. We would've paid Sevan a 300% mark-up compared to local brick-and-mortar competitors, and a 400% mark-up compared to online retail price - all for a part that we wouldn't ever touch or look at. What's funny is that one of the competitors told us that they would never recommend those cheap, low-quality parts to us anyway - based on the preferences we mentioned. Funny how the competitor ascertained that understanding in one conversation, meanwhile Sevan was too dense and dimwitted (or too fraudulent) to understand our preferences after several years of working with us. The overarching disappointment for us isn't even the incidents we've dealt with; it's how poorly Sevan handles the incidents. It's realizing that after years of loyalty, referrals, patience, and business, we've been consistently met with defensiveness, excuses, lack of accountability, and gaslighting during our times of disappointment - instead of being met with humanity.

All he did was fill the car with more power steering fluid. 3 days later the same problem occurred. Was told to take the car to Grecham Lake repair shop and was charged $492 for repair. Owner agreed to pay part which was only $50 that I still haven't received. These ppl don't stand by their word and didn't care that the car needed major repairs. The engine light is on now because the catalytic converter is shot. So much for customer service. WARNING. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They ripped me off big time and will not make good on their word.

Immediately informed Carvana and got in touch with silver rock. They referred us to Firestone which the next day the balance and alignment were fine and couldn't find the issue. Called silver rock again and allowed us by referral to be seen at the dealership. At 0900, after my husband completed his procedure at the hospital, we believed this was a simple process. This vehicle was being sold with bad tires and it is not our fault. To our complete surprise, we were at the dealer for over 5 hours, being informed it may be over 24 hours for a decision, being told you may need to exchange (I told them I'm happy with the vehicle why is the option for exchange is it because you don't want to cover new tires??) the tires were considered undriveable and safety hazard. That is a question upon selling your vehicle about tires in which Carvana failed to identify. We were extremely frustrated and it took the Volvo service tech and manager stating "you should do better these customers have been here over 5 hours". Ultimately it was finally approved but both my wife and I were on the phones from being hung up on to just wait (this is close to closing time for the dealer). We were told to get possibly a rental in which they did not have and this is our primary vehicle for the family!!! I have bought 3 other vehicles with Carvana without issue to include working with silver rock with absolutely no issues. This is the FIRST time to go through this process and makes me doubt the efficiency and care to really take a look of vehicles being sold to making them available to sell. Safety hazard could have been life altering in which we had no idea. The entire 7 days were used to fix this issue! I was disconnected a few times from silver rock cause there were no explanation and honestly no sense of urgency to resolve knowing we were waiting that long. I am extremely disappointed with this vehicle purchase and truly silver rocks process of resolution. I am thankful we did not get the warranty for purchase and may be our last to buy from Carvana giving how we were handled.

It all started when my AC went out to the woods and decided not to come back so I made a phone call and the Receptionist informed me that there was no way they could take me in, when I explained that this time I was out of State and I wanted to speak with the Manager she gave me his name and location and lo and behold he called me an hour later. Because I explained I was an out of towner in distress with an RV that needed service he listened to my explanation and promised me he would squeeze me in since it was a simple issue. Two days later I showed up and Linda took us in, oh boy if you need to explain your problem and have someone to listed to, that is Linda! two hours later I am on the road again. Thank you Mr David Cisneros your team is something I have never seen in other dealerships around the Country. Josh did a great job and refilled my AC tank with "freon" or whatever gas is needed for my AC to cool the cab. DOUBLE her 2005 car's TOTAL VAULE. Her car had been driven ~600 miles since her last inspection, stays in a garage, and had no service lights on. What do they do? They decided to replaced literally every hose, filter, seal, gasket, clamp, etc that exists, $2200 for parts, $8,400 in LABOR. She was confused why you kept the cars for multiple days, so way to go. I'm absolutely STEAMING and I can't do anything about it bc it's already paid for, and "she approved it". She received excellent customer service and had all of her questions answered. I went back with her the next day (today) to check out the car she liked. Mo was very professional and helpful. She actually decided to purchase a different car than she first had her eye on. The entire experience was wonderful. Mo was very upfront, honest and sincere, and explained everything to my daughter with patience and professionalism. I would not hesitate to make another purchase at Brother Auto Sales, and I highly recommend them!

This was my daughter's first car purchase and we should have just done the research on this place. She had the first time auto loan approved and her father stopped there. They shined that baby blue Nissan Sentra up and sold my poor young adult a lemon with a leaky and poor transmission. They talk like they are reputable but they are hateful and money hungry people. I think I recall the co-owner saying he had a young daughter. I just wonder if he'd put her in a vehicle that is unsafe with a slipping transmission. We got this car in May and since then its been trouble. They will say they are willing to help with the issue and send you to their mechanic who will charge full price. That isn't helping or good business, as they know what they are selling before you walk put if the door.. There isn't alot more to say about this just much anger and frustration because it's our young daughter and her first car.. It ws a huge mistake on our her dad's end. He made a purchase way too fast so the only thing I can do is pray that we can get my poor daughter out of the trash we were sold and warn EVERYONE I CAN about this so called business. It's a shame and a disgrace but they will get it back because based on the reviews, selling trash vehicles is their practice.
