We purchased a 2015 Chrysler from them 4 days ago. Paid car off for our daughter. In day 3 we noticed that the car was leaking something. We called Joseph and he said he would handle it even after we sent pictures. He hasn't return our call so we called to the office and spoke with the black guy with the beard unsure of his name, anyway he told my husband that we signed for the car as is and that it's no longer their responsibility after the car has left their lot. And that he would send us the contact information of the guy that fixes their cars. Like really what kind of mess is that. They are out here selling faulty cars that people buy and then have to turn around and spend more money to get them fix. We now have to take the car to Chrysler to see what's leaking my husband said it's the brake fluid which makes it unsafe for our daughter to drive. DON'T do business with these people. Janky company! I basically purchased a lemon! So let's see, where do I even start...so I purchased my vehicle the beginning of March , a 2014 Nissan maxima. As soon as I pull off the lot that night I noticed my lights being very dim. So the next day I noticed that my passenger window wouldn't roll down, air didn't work, the lock on my passenger door didnt work, charger ports not working, and there were things left in the trunk and glove department (I guess it was the previous owners things). So I contact them about the lights and windows and they agreed for me to bring it back to fix the issues. So they sent it to a repair shop in their network and the mechanic did fix the lights and the window. So I get the car back and i happen to go run through a car wash. And boy oh boy I had a rude awakening. As me and my 10 year old are going through the car wash we start to notice water dripping on the inside of the car. Next thing you know the whole car is flooded! Water coming in all on our heads and everywhere from the leaky malfunctioning sunroof! I get in contact with them and place my concerns and they agreed for me to bring it back and they would fix it. So with that being yet another inconvenience for me, I took it back they kept it about a week and supposedly fixed the sunroof and replaced the top inside of my car. So I'm thinking ok hopefully no more problems after this, and a couple of days or so go by and my car cuts off on me. I contact them once again and they were basically giving me the run around. So I take it to the Lee Nissan dealership and they tell me it's my alternator. So I contact Phoenix motors again and they tell me that they have a warranty on the alternator and referred me to Hc auto and body to get it replaced. I go to Hc auto and body and they go back and forth with me about it being the battery not the alternator. So I say ok then...replace the battery since you know it all and let's see. They replace the battery and boom..a couple days go by and I'm on the side of the road again. Hc auto and body agrees to get it towed to them and that they'll now replace the alternator. So my car is towed to Hc auto and body yet again, and they keep my car for 2 weeks or more without any type of communication whatsoever. To wrap the story up Hc auto and body, the place that Phoenix motors sent me to, had stripped my bolts and cracked my alternator and sent me on my way. Now my car is needing 4000 dollars worth of work done to it. Remind you this car has been in and out shops since I brought it! The longest Ive driven this car without any complications has been only a like a month out of the 6 months that I had it. I feel like I was sold a lemon and they knew the car was no good. I feel like they purchased the car from an auction and just through it on the lot and sold it without checking it out at all. read more

My daughter purchased a used car from here. We walked around the car and checked under the hood. Happy with what we saw and how it drove, we bought it. I asked about an oil change and was told it had been done not long ago. After a few days we went to fill the windshield wiper fluid. There was no tank! The entire reservoir was missing except for the top part you see when opening the hood. When we checked the oil, it was dirty and had def not been changed as they promised. After calling with my concerns the manager said he called me which he absolutely did not. I continued to call back until I finally spoke with him. He told me the oil had been changed and it got dirty sitting there and being driven. Come on now, let's be honest a few test drives won't cause the oil to look that dirty. I told him my concerns and that the things that needed to be fixed were costing me around $900. The car place couldn't even get the oil plug out as it was shoved so far in! He said we could come to some resolution and asked me to share the item analysis of what was fixed. I didn't expect them to play for everything but something would have been nice! They refused! Don't deal with this place of business and if you do take car to your own service place as you can't trust the manager or owner of this establishment. read more

Bought a BMW here, and the salesman, Morkos, really helped us and went above and beyond. He is great and has integrity. The only negative of the dealership is that there is no checking of basic things such as oil or a full tank of gas prior to purchase, so do not expect that basic courtesy that you would get from a larger chain dealership. Edited. The whole interaction initially was very upsetting and disappointing - and the owner was very rude to me over a misunderstanding over a bill amount which was never put in writing. He ended up amending the situation and apologized to my husband for the entire ordeal so we did not have to pay anything more than what was initially verbally agreed upon. We appreciate his help - he helped to fix something on our vehicle - but the whole situation was pretty upsetting. Still, it's a decent place just know what you're getting into, have everything inspected and any agreements put into writing. read more

Stay far away from this place if your buying a car. A week after buying my car multiple issues started to appear. One of the issues was the suspension of the car I just bought which before I bought the car they told me they replaced. Once I start driving the car more after taking it home the suspension started to rattle constantly. Turns out whoever installed the suspension had no idea what they were doing and now the front right suspension nut comes lose and the bolt bounces up and down as the car moves. That isn't the only problem I had. My rear driver side brake light didn't work and the said they would fix it the next day. So I bring my car in the next day for them to fix (mind you I live 1 hour away). So the look at my car and seem not to really care about what they do to it. 5 minutes go by and they come up to me and tell me that they can't fix it and walk away. How does this place stay in business!? They sale overpriced used cars that look and drive great when you take it for a test drive but a week later their temporary fixes start to show and your left with a liability then a reliable car. After reading the other reviews people have left I'm glad I'm not the only one with a bad experience. The staff either doesn't know what they are doing or are completely rude and are not help and they'll sell you a car that hardly works after you drive it off the lot. Got a 2009 Honda Civic LX today from Phoenix Motors; specifically, Steve! We came here first on a whim. Steve met us and invited us in just to get some more details on what we were looking for. This contrasts with a few of the other dealerships we were looking at, who just started naming cars and asking us if we wanted to look at them, despite having said the kinds of things we were looking for. Steve heard us out, didn't push - just checked to see if they had anything that would help us. We originally went to them because we saw on their website that they had two Civics that looked good (I like their size and MPG). Phoenix Motors did not disappoint! Both ones we test drove (15 min limit) were very clean inside and out. We ended up liking the second one most. We negotiated the price and decided to pay all at once and ended up getting the car a bit less than the Blue Book value. It was a pleasant experience and I do recommend them! read more

Could've been better but definitely could've been worse. They helped me when I needed a vehicle so I'm grateful. With that being said, I definitely have had frustrating experiences with my car now but compared to what I've read from others... they had it A LOT tougher than I did. Mechanical issues are constant since I paid it off but overall experience was pretty alright. Wanted to give 2 and a half stars but trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they did help me when my Volvo(not owned by them) broke down and they worked with me so I was able to pay the car off as quickly as possible. It's the mechanics that brought my experience down. The mechanics were a MESS and I'm literally paying for their carelessness. Once Phoenix fires a majority of their mechanics and hire new ones then they'll be good. read more

Just take my word for it. Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this car dealership. They don't check their cars for anything apparently. Two days after I purchased the car, it started acting funny. I drove it an hour down the road to get back to the car dealership. When I got there they said that the ignition coil went out. Even though it had been two days later, they said that they were no longer responsible for the car to be fixed. They fixed it, but I had to pay for the part. Ok cool, I will deal with that $70 fee. I noticed over that same weekend that the horn didn't work. I called that same Tuesday after I got my ignition coil fixed and told someone at the office. The person said that they would tell the manager and took my name down. The next week I called back, this time they said that the manager was in a meeting and took my phone number. No call back. I then proceeded to come down here today to see what was up. Apparently my clock spring is the reason as to why my horn doesn't work. Also my tags expired on the 12th, today is the 20th. No call, no voicemail, and the guy said that I must be the first one that this has happened to. I guess I'm just the first. I am BEYOND pissed & this is way more than bad business. For a used car dealership I guess I got what I bargained for. Never again will I make this mistake in life. People just make sure that you take the car to a mechanic & have them THOROUGHLY look the car over before you purchase it. On May 8, 2014 I purchased a 2001 Infiniti QX4 from Phoenix Motors. I was stupid and did not ask to drive the car overnight and get a mechanic to look it over. I bought the car that day but the driver's side seat did not work so the vehicle was left overnight to have the seat fixed. By the time I picked it up next day I was to have the owners manual and extra keys. To this day do not have either of those items. Within the next week I had to buy 4 new tires (tires on vehicle had dry rot and were not safe to be on the road); new brakes and was told by Crossroads Infiniti that the vehicle needed 4 catalytic converters (cost approximately $3,000) and both motors were burned out in the front seats (same one that Phoenix Motors supposedly fixed before I took the vehicle home). The vehicle had been inspected 8 days before I bought it and supposedly passed. It turns out I bought a vehicle that could only be driven for the one year since Phoenix Motors had inspected it. I took it this week for inspection and it failed. I am now spending the money for catalytic converters because I have a vehicle that cannot be driven or sold until the repairs are made. I read Phoenix Motors' business statement and laughed at how much they lied about their honesty and how they treat their customers. They want your money then they want you off the lot so they can fleece the next person dumb enough to drive on their lot. If you do business with them you will definitely get what you are asking for...reamed and fleeced. read more

I did not end up buying from this business because the staff seemed extremely dishonest, and weren't knowledgable about the vehicles they were trying to sell to me. I did, however, get my car washed at the detail shop there, and they did a terrible job. Streaks were left all over my car. They used the wrong harsh chemicals on the interior of my car and caused some damage, it was clear the staff had no training. Also, the employees were yelling obnoxiously and using profanity the entire time they were washing my vehicle, which I could hear even from inside the building. From the dealership to the hand scrub car wash, I would advise staying as far away as possible!!! This place is ratchet. read more
