The experience was TOP TIER - from my gorgeous nails to the customer service with their great vibes and the delicious wine! This will definitely be my Nail spot when i'm in CT!

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and even offered me water when I sat down (I declined, but still appreciated it). Everyone was kind and made the environment feel comfortable. They suggested powder/dip nails, which I was open to, but I'll be honest the process kind of threw me off. They dipped my whole finger into the powder and reused it, which made me a little uneasy. I didn't see anything that reassured me it was being sanitized, so that part didn't sit right with me. My nail tech, Talia, did take her time, and I appreciated that she wasn't rushing. I also liked that they used a tool to make sure all the nails were even and consistent, that attention to detail definitely showed. That said, I wasn't a fan of some of their pricing and options. Charging an extra $5 just for coffin or stiletto shape feels a bit much, especially since most places include that. They also don't seem to offer or advertise more modern/trendy styles like duck nails. As for the final result... my nails honestly look like press-ons. It's just not my style, so I know now that dip powder isn't for me. Overall, the vibe and service were good, but between the sanitation concerns, pricing, and the end result not being what I like, I probably wouldn't come back for nails. I might give their pedicures a try in the future though.

I'm very glad about this especially because they don't have to do this according to state law now- it made me feel very safe. Secondly, their pedicurists are fantastic- perfect amount of pressure, they're quick and neat. Thirdly, I did tips and powder ombré nails with matte top coat. One of the tips was placed crookedly- the technician noticed and redid it. It takes me forever to decide on a color. My sister (who was with me) recommended I don't go with my usual beige tones and do an ombré nail. Well, I'm not a fan of pink and all the options she showed me were. The first round; the technician did clear- didn't look good. No questions, no comments, she redid it with the beige color I chose, added the ombré again, and it was perfect. Smooth, not bulky, evenly rounded oval nails. 100% recommend. Rosa did an excellent job.

We initially planned to get manicures, but we decided to go for pedicures at the last minute. The owner was very flexible and managed to accommodate our request. We both went for the #3 pedicure, which includes a massage and hot wax on the heels of the feet, along with hot stones. It was excellent! I would definitely recommend this nail salon they are fast, clean and friendly.

After her saying she was done in five minutes she helped me to get the glue out of my eyes with a tweezer that she kept poking my eyeball with. I looked in the mirror and was literally shocked she thought even as strips those were lash extensions. She had glued the strips to my actual lashes. I told her to take them off and she said she would have to charge me for a soak off. I said it was fine but she needed to take them off. My eyes were burning and watering while she ripped the strips off. I went to the girl in the front who's apparently the new owner and she had no words to say. Terrible ... lady who does "lashes" probably not even licensed.
