I was warmly greeted as I walked in and directed to the right area of the store. The store was super clean and the return was easy. Of course I couldn't just leave without picking up something. As I was walking out I saw a shirt I liked, on sale of course, but I had a 35% coupon on top of the sale price and $5.00 in Kohl's cash so it worked out perfectly. That extra discount and reward sealed the deal for me today. The three employee interactions I had were great and would definitely stop here again when I am back in the area.

What I like about coming here as I feel safe coming in and out of the store. The store inside is usually clean. I don't feel my car is going to get broken into or hit or bumped. All pluses. But many more a reflection of the area not the store itself. I feel there is a wide array of different products to draw me inside. Priced reasonably. I feel that overall they usually have a good selection of items and staff is constantly stock. Today it seemed like a key manager might've been absent and while the cat was away, the mice were playing. Lots of chitchat at the registers amongst staff themselves. I overheard one of the staff saying there doesn't seem to be any carts. That stuck with me. The inside of the store wasn't excessively busy with customer traffic. That seems like a staff problem. I made a point to look outside. sure enough the outside cart corral was full, but the insides were empty. Not many customers know there is an outside cart corral you simply jump from your car and walk inside and expect there to be carts not today obviously One cart was sitting in the middle of the street another was sitting on the side of the street. Lots of them were where they weren't supposed to be. The car returns outside in the parking lot separate from the corral were full. It took me a long time to self scan my items. I actually went slow to see if they would actually go outside and start returning carts --- nope. It took me almost as long to organize the packages from my cart into my car, so nobody was collecting carts. That's just inefficient and poor management if you want people to buy things you need to have carts inside as well as outside. How do I come inside and there were no carts I wouldn't have gone outside to retrieve one. I would've walked to my car and gone home shopping trip over. Also to be meantioned. Is it possible?…read more At this point in time, New Albany Square only houses 10 businesses which includes five retail stores, four restaurants, and a hair salon. It's not what you call a true "destination location" like Stoneridge Plaza which is caddy-corner from this strip center, but it's not all bad either. I shouldn't complain too much. I really enjoy all the restaurants and I frequent a couple of the retail stores. But you won't catch me dead in the hair salon, so don't get any funny ideas! The only real problem in getting to the Square is the traffic. If you're at all familiar with the Morse and Hamilton intersection, it ain't always easy to get around. The entryways into the Square are not as freely accessible as most shopping centers and can be clogged by bottlenecks at times. The funniest thing (to me at least) about this shopping center is its name - "New Albany Square". It's a misnomer. It is not located in "New Albany" nor is it shaped in the form of a "Square". (Now we're splitting hairs, aren't we!) It's technically located in "Columbus". The New Albany border is a mile down the road and this "Square" is shaped more like a "Rectangle", actually. Just for kicks, I would like to propose a name change for this shopping center. How about "Columbus Rectangle"? Any takers?

They've got it all from fine food to groceries to salons to educational services. The cornerstone of Stoneridge has to be its two large retailers: Kroger & Marshall's/HomeGoods. Another big anchor is the 16 screen Cinemark Movie Theater. Along the main thoroughfares in detached free-standing buildings, you will find almost every type of fast food chain such as Arby's, KFC, Taco Bell & Wendy's. For its age, Stoneridge has weathered the multiple storms of retail competition all around. For instance, as Easton continues to grow, Stoneridge hasn't lost a step. As so many other Plazas (or Strip Malls) have squandered over the recent years throughout Northeast Columbus, Stoneridge still stands as a premier shopping destination without all the vacancies. Like I said before, Stoneridge is like a home away from home for me. As a matter of fact, I'm there so frequently that I decided to get my mail sent there! PakMail is one of my favorite stores at Stoneridge Plaza!

We were going to be flying to New York and temperatures in the early morning hours were predicted to be a bit chilly. Since we were going to be doing tours from early in the morning and being on boats/ferries, we realized we really needed them. We did not want to drive back, so I punched the coordinates to a Walmart relatively close-by to our hotel and drove to it hoping we would find them. We parked our car and walked in and found some nice hoodies from US Polo Association. We each got one and paid for it in no time. I also purchased a couple of sodas while I was in here. The Walmart is rather large and has a Charlies Sandwich inside, which was tempting to eat. Giving this place five stars because it saved me having to go to other places to find jackets and/or having to drive back.
