Was in the area and had no idea this location was here. It was great and will use it more frequently as it is close to Sam's. I ran in and picked up a new candle. Quick stop in. Used self-service checkout so there was no interaction with the two employees in the store, just some eye contact and a smile. Store was clean, and got whatever "sale" price the candle was this week. Plenty of parking, just all the front, aside from handicap, are reserved for pick up so have to park down a bit. read more

I think this store has expanded. This place is huge. They have a wonderful staff. If you have any problems with the Internet, please ask a staff member especially if you're returning Amazon packages. Amazon package return is in the back of the store. There are no signs anywhere upfront, but everything was worth it with the customer service. read more

When you get the lucky 30%off coupon in the mail and still need clothes to work in, it is a sign to visit Kohl's. Much smaller than the ones I normally shopped in Ann Arbor and Toledo, I have found that I have a hard time finding what I need. It is almost as small as the Monroe, MI store in a town of 20,000. Come on, there is that many living in the apartments that surrounding it and the next closest is a 15 mile drive with many multiple of that number between. It seems dress pants that you wear a belt with and have real pockets, especially back pockets have become almost an endangered species. Can't be too tight. Can't have colored jeans either. I am short so that adds to the problem. I also need shirts with collars that can't be even close to being see thru. Not all of us can dress like 20 year olds. Am I the one that has to dress business causal, No. Service was almost none exist. Needed help to get shirt down in men's department, those have collars, and had to ask a few times for sales clerk to help me and then she walked away. Maybe if they start carrying styles that those of us over 40 would wear department stores would not be in trouble. Isn't our money important? Curious minds want to know! read more

Kohl's is always my favorite place to shop. There is always coupons and sales going on. I always shop at the one on sawmill but was in Hilliard at the time with my daughter so went to this one. It's smaller than the one on sawmill but still has a good selection read more

Came here looking for shoes and a few other things. It's a pretty typical Kohl's, and I have to say I am not a big fan. Sweetie is, but I think they are hit or miss. They didn't have any shoes remotely like I wanted- hiking shoes or boots. Off to the other section, housewares. We needed a mattress cover (new baby,) and they had a huge selection. Most had equally huge prices, but I found a reasonable one on sale. Service was friendly and efficient. But, folks, please don't pester me about store loyalty cards, credit cards, etc., for five minutes while I check out. Low prices and good service are what will get me back. Time-wasting sales pitches that try to guilt me into things I don't need will drive me away. read more

This place is sad. And by that I mean it's a factory of sadness . I don't shop at Kohl's, mostly because I don't want to pay 2020's prices for 1980's fashion - but also because it's a factory of sadness. That said, Amazon instructed me to make a return at the factory of sadness. I was asked if there was something wrong with the item. I was going to say "it didn't work from the moment I unboxed it." I didn't get to say that because the I-hate-my-job Kohl's worker interrupted me to inform me that she didn't care. Literally, she said "I really don't care." She informed me that she asked a "yes or no" question and that one of those two words was all she was interested in hearing from me. I've long known that Kohl's was a subpar place to shop. Now I know that it's a subpar place to make a return. I won't be back. I'll be contacting Amazon (who has great customer service) to let them know about my experience and to encourage them to rethink their factory of sadness strategy. read more

Best experiences at this Kohl's location. Called first as I didn't want to drive out first and have a bad retail experience. Got Julie, who totally Rocks!!! So she was told by her manager that they didn't have an item but asked me for my scan number of my return item since I was inquiring if other stores on the Columbus area had the right size for my item. When the number showed the Hilliard store actually may actually have the item she asked if I would mind holding on the line. I didn't mind at all. She found the item, offered to hold it in the store under my name for 24 hours. We went in tonight, she was there, remembered me, did the transaction and we were on our way within 3 minutes. Decided to look at shoes, great help in the shoe department. Young man there was nice and helpful. Had one more question on the way out the door and the young lady at the register answered with a smile and a "Happy New Year" Great shopping experience at Kohl's. The only reason I shop at this location only is because of Julie in customer service. That woman deserves a raise and a promotion. She is WONDERFUL. Always top notch service and does everything for her customers when they are at her counter. Majority of the other managers that are clearly higher up than her have never smiled, thanked me for my business, and seem like they just don't want to be there at all. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Keep Julie happy. You have a true gem in that one and a loyal customer because of her. Thank you Julie. The work you do I promise doesn't go unnoticed. read more

I love Kohls... love, love, love! I've never had a bad experience in any Kohls, but this is the one I go to most often. I recently have been to the customer service desk a lot, and I think that's what makes me think particularly highly of Kohls. Any store can have good merchandise on sale, but customer service is often a differentiator. Between me forgetting my coupon and having them retroactively apply a discount later, making returns, exchanges, they've taken care of everything smoothly and quickly. If you tell them you've forgotten your coupon they'll actually just apply it anyway (my problem is remembering there even was a coupon =)). Aside from that, Kohl's pretty much always has what I'm looking for and I've never been in when they weren't having a sale. (Yeah... I guess you could call that a gimmick, but it works =)). I don't typically sign up for store emails but theirs are actually worth it in savings. read more

My recent experience at this Kohl's was very disappointing. They advertised a 30% discount for veteran's. Based on this we did some Christmas shopping. All items we had chosen were excluded from the 30% discount. Kohl's got me on this one. Next time I will choose somewhere else to spend my money. read more

As with any Kohls, this location has incredible deals. We got $800 worth of men's dress clothes for only $200! Amazing deals! The only downside, this location lacks organization. We had to search the men's section for around 3 hours to find my a sport coat and dress pants that were my husband's size. The jackets were frequently on hangers with the wrong size on them which was tricky. We thought hunting was well worth the savings though! read more

This Kohl's is a complete dump compared to the stores located in Dublin and Grove City, I was rooked out of $20.00 Kohl's cash because of how poorly this store is organized. They expect you to get in line with the returns to pick up a Kohls.com order. They had at least an hour line out into the center of the store. It really wasn't worth all that hassle to pick up a single pair of jeans. I know better than to try to use store pickup at this store since there is no dedicated line for orders and they expect you to wait all day. The experience at this store has totally changed my perception of customer service at Kohl's. I called the 800 number and the corporate office and just got attitude and a big runaround and 3 different people telling me there was nothing they could do to assist me. All I wanted to do was have the order cancelled so I could replace the order online in time to get the sale price and use my Kohl's cash before it expired, I didn't think that was too much to ask. read more
