Solid Target location. Relaxing to walk around on a weekday evening. Shelves were mostly stocked. Placed a pick up order earlier in the evening that they said wouldn't be ready until the following morning but then received an email two minutes before they closed that our items were ready. Still clean, well lit, and fairly organized. Solid pricing as always too. read more

Hilliard Ohio Target is horrible and here's why... 1) Meat/Grocery section - a good majority of their meet is frozen and freezer burnt. You can find this mostly in their own Good & Gather brand foods. Don't buy the hamburgers unless you plan on throwing half of them out. 2) Dog food/treats - over 75% of the dog food cans are severely dented. Their distributor or stock people obviously don't care to stock it so they must abuse the product. The worst is premium treats! Up to $26 per bag and all of them - all of them - are stale. So they must get a deal on old product, stock it, then when no one buys it they put it on sale. 3) Purchased a vaccume from this place and it lasted 5 months having only been used 8 times. 4) The cart wipes and hand cleaner is never available so to compensate they put a large bottle of hand cleaner by the self checkout that is disguisting - Oh and speaking of disguisting, the check out stations are always filthy, they never clean them. It's so bad most items will not scan. Inferrior product & disguisting environment. Take it from me, even when I have a bad experience I never complain but this store is out of hand and there is NO WAY they deserve the rating they have on Google. read more

Came here to pick up a few items that I had ordered online. They have multiple drive up spots for picking up your drive up orders. The team member that came out with my items had his mask on correctly and was very polite and helpful. Their drive up service is extremely fast if you order first thing in the morning. My order was ready in 10 minutes, whereas when I place orders later in the day, it sometimes takes several hours for the order to be ready for pick up. read more

Ordered my items online through the Target app and was ready for pickup in two hours. Originally I was planning on going in and picking up my order but it's started to drizzle so a new plan was needed (it was hair wash day afterall!). When I arrived I checked in and was able to seamlessly switch to their drive up service. Put in my car info and picked which door I wanted the Target employee to put my order in. Something nice the app offered, and even encouraged, was checking in before you arrive to allow the staff to know you're coming! Super quick service and wasn't left waiting forever wishing I had just walked it. Employee pleasantly verified the order and I was on my way! read more

they close their dressing rooms at 8:00 but the store closes at 10:00. Spent an hour shopping before realizing I could not try on clothes. When I asked if it was possible to open the dressing room because I had a cart full of clothes they would not. I had trouble find anyone to help. Their employees were spending time socializing instead of working. I was truly frustrated. read more

I like this Target most of those in the Columbus area. It's pretty clean and organized. This is a newer store with a food court including pizza and Starbucks. It recently expanded its selection of fresh foods and produce. There's always plenty of employees to assist. I prefer to shop at other stores because I find Target to be a lot like Walmart, with higher prices. Products here though are usually of quality. This is a store that has almost everything you need. Clothing is fashionable and it's a fraction the price of name brands. The health section has care products and vitamins at affordable prices. Customer service has been pretty good in every area of the store. It's better than the awful one near Ohio State. This is the Target around here that I would come to first. It has items available when you need them. They also provide better than usual customer service. read more

Review for CVS inside this Target: The main pharmacist is so nice. I I used to get my meds filled over on bethel and sawmill CVS for over 15 plus years. I happened upon this CVS because the bethel road didn't have the med I needed for anxiety. My anxiety and PTSD makes it difficult to interact with people. I generally enjoy this location. It's very convenient and is never really packed. The parking is a bit of a hassle since it's fairly limited but, overall, the experience is pleasurable. You're greeted with sale items that are a serious bang for your buck and generally seasonal. The store is usually organized well and clean. I've never spotted any issues. I bought the wrong size comforter once, threw out the packaging and they STILL LET ME RETURN IT IN A TRASH BAG. I mean, yay customer service! Associates are always willing to help and never make you feel like a burden. Self check out is easy and quick. I have never run into any issues here and the ease makes it so worth it. read more

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The products I need are almost always in stock (there are those occasions where they are out of something...but it's definitely rare). After my aunt and I couldn't find anything we needed at the Home Depot across the way, we decided to head over to Target as a consolation to make us feel better. I'm a "fan" of Target, especially the Truman Road Target in Columbus. This store in particular is consistent for good service, quality, and cleanliness. Every time I come back it's just as consistent, comfortable, and efficient as the way I left it. The Starbucks inside of the Target has always served good coffee drinks, the layout is always tidy, and the customer service reps are helpful and very friendly in conversation. To me, Target has always been a "high-quality supermarket" for college students and price-conscious, trendy couples. Nothing that I've purchased at Target reeks of "Kroger" brand. In fact, I've mismatched the Target Men's clothing with Express for Men fashion. The Target and Express logo are so closely related that no one seemed to notice. Additionally, i think Target may brand their style approach after Express for Men, as I've seen many similar outfit designs in the two stores. While Target and Express are certainly not the same, the 75% price difference may suade you to overlook the fine details. Target offers many approaches for price-conscious consumers to compliment upscale brands, and save money on the essentials. read more

I love Target-- I buy most of my clothes, groceries, and household items at Target, whether I'm in Ohio, Virginia, or North Carolina. That said, I will drive past two other Targets just to shop at this one-- it's quiet and I don't feel like I'm rushed shopping. The sale racks are always stocked (the Target closer to OSU is always picked over). There's also Pizza Hut mini pizzas and a Starbucks... definitely my favorite Target in Columbus! This is a great Target for young children, too. I don't feel like the kids are annoying other customers and I can let the toddlers out of the cart to stretch their legs while I'm shopping, because the place is relatively empty on weekday mornings! (Plus they love getting a personal pizza when we're done shopping.) I actually hesitated posting this review because I don't want to tell people about my "secret Target" but it definitely deserves the 5 stars! read more

This target is so nice. Everything is very well kept and organized. Even the clearance sections are always neat and clean. I love a great sale, what I hate is spending a lot of time having to dig through a pile of clothes to find anything in the size I'm in need of. Here all the children's clothes were neatly organized by size. Needless to say, I found a lot of great deals in no time because everything was visible and organized. I would also like to add this was during a Saturday afternoon not like it was early in the morning when the store first opened. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. Everytime I turn a corner a member would ask are you finding everything ok, or is there something I can help you with. My baby started crying in the store, immediately one of ther staff members came to me to tell me there was a private nursing room with a recliner in the women's fitting room if I needed a quiet place to feed my baby. How nice is that? There's hardly ever a wait to check out. There's always plenty of people behind the counters or there will be a few standing in the aisles with a kiosk to help get people checked out quickly. I love all target stores, but will say I do enjoy going to this one the most. I hope they will add a pizza hut at this location, I enjoy eating my breadsticks and drinking my Starbucks while I shop. Thank you target members for working so hard to make my trips to target so enjoyable. read more

I'm always happy when I shop at the Hilliard target location near millrun but today was different I went looking for a specific gift and I couldn't find it so I ask one of the associates for her help not only did she point me in the right direction she walked me over and told me her opinions on certain items to help me decide on which one to get. since it was things like moisturizer and beauty fragrance for women I didn't really know much about it but she walked over with me and explained it to me so that I could pick the right thing out. I'm giving the store 5 stars because of the Customer Service. read more

This place sucks. It is very disorganized. They people that work here are very rude and and disrespectful and not very helpful at all. I've been several times. The store is usually very unclean and unkept. My most recent experience was even worse. I had coupons and because I was going to save lots of money. No I was not going to get any cash back and I still owed money for the products that I was trying to purchase. They told me bc I was saving so much money they would NOT honor the coupon. Serioisly. Your company gets money from the company plus 80 cents more for using the coupon. That being said I used my coupon elsewhere no problem. Target just sucks. Poor customer service and now they don't want to honor coupons. read more

I purchased something on line and paid for it had it delivered to store. When it arrived received a call from store, when I went in to pick it up they asked me how much it was, then they rang up what I said and told me that is what I owed. Now if I owed anything they should have not have to ask me. I told them I already paid they did not believe me. I had to pull up the order then pull my personal checking account to show them I did pay. All the manager said was O sorry. This is not acceptable after you treat me like a thief. I would have rated them as a zero but that was not an option. This store gets no more of my $$. read more

by far my favorite target to shop at. best costumer service and very neat i find most of the things im looking for.

Overall this is a great store. The one complaint I have is that the pharmacy hours are awful.
