I asked what was going on and they said the young girl lost an heirloom diamond from her necklace. We tried to search under a nearby shelving unit but could not find it! I went to one of the store associates and told her what was happening. She worked to remove items from the bottom shelves, with no concern about the lovely dress she was wearing.
