The area was missing a clothing shop with cool, trendy and affordable clothing and gifts. They offer womens's standard and missy sizes along with some kids clothes and accessories. There is a lot to choose from and the price range is affordable, most items are probably between $25-45. Despite what is happening with Covid this shop has taken off and adapted to the challenges we are all facing today. The shop is bright, clean and airy. Everyone inside is wearing a mask and there are contactless pickup and private shopping times available upon request. I personally love that there is a website so I can shop online and pickup in store. Since the boutique is small there are limited quantities of new merchandise. If you are really interested in trying something you can buy it right away online and then can plan a time for yourself to go in and try everything on. When I finally got ahold of someone, they told me they didn't know how to check their voicemails and again they struggled to locate my serger. They finally called me to tell me it was ready but accidentally told me that it could be picked up in Lockport, when in fact, it was in Elma. Lastly, they told me that the entire MOTOR was replaced and not just a bolt. I had to pay for that. I should have just bought a new serger at that point. I dropped off the serger in late Sept, and finally got in back at the end of January! That's 4 months!!!!! They didn't even so much as apologize or acknowledge this terrible service, which I found terribly inconsiderate and rude.
