We were struggling trying to find a comfortable chair for my knee replacement recovery. Furniture stores were telling us that delivery of new furniture would take two to six months. That did not work with my surgery schedule, but Alex made it happen. I purchased a beautiful Lane couch, chair, and ottoman. I got the chair right away, and the couch will be here in two weeks. Thanks so much Alex, will will be back when we are ready for our new mattress. UPDATE: The service you receive from BoxDrop Milton Mattress and Furniture does not end when you walk out the door with the furniture you purchase. The chair I bought was a swivel with an ottoman. Alex secured the base for me, so it did not swivel anymore. When we got it home, we still had a little problem with it not being real secure when sitting down. We called the next business day to see if Alex had another idea. He has already talked to his dad about it, after realizing the chair still moved when getting up and down. They came up with an idea to replace the swivel mechanism with legs that match the ottoman. PERFECT! Not only did they go out of their way to help, but also picked up the chair right away, put the legs on it, and returned it within two hours. The chair and ottoman are so comfortable and look so nice! Thanks so much for being so accomodating!

They are taking two payments a month and I've been told there is nothing that can be done about it. Saving a few bucks is absolutely not worth it!!

The markings on the floor are helpful, although people ignore them sometimes. The employees wear masks and require customers to do the same. It felt like a good and safe shopping experience. The store as clean and had great selection. They were stocked on some St. Patrick's and Easter goods for the holiday. They had a great pet selection! I was very happy to shop here and glad I came.

This was one of the first stores I went to, and I bought a wine glass I still adore, and two candles that I really enjoyed. I'm still dealing with my regular depression, and still grieving deeply, I don't know if that part will ever stop (sorry to make this a bummer story about me, enough of that), but I'm back to writing Yelp reviews a bit more steadily again, and I'm trying to go out more again. I went back here, and decided it really did deserve a good review, and some pictures of their regular stuff, and how amazing their seasonal stuff can be!! I've always thought that Michael's had the best indoor Halloween stuff, but you have to wait until you have a coupon, or for that ONLY ONE WEEK where certain items of it are 30% off. Y'all, I was so very, very wrong. Home Goods KNOWS BETTER! Not only do they know better? They're also priced so, so much more affordably! Especially considering how much inflation is going on in the rest of the world! I was legit SHOCKED at how inexpensive and reasonable some of this stuff was! Jaw dropping good prices that you would not find anywhere else for this! I'm nigh broke until next month, but thanks to my caring shopping companion, and how surprised we were by the price on some things, I actually got home with two amazing items that were a combined $25! I got a giant hollowed out magnetic closure case with a beautiful image of two gorgeous skeletons on it (last one on the shelf, my hope for y'all that they stock more ) that was a mere $15!!! Listen, I love boxes that look like books. I've even wanted those plain looking ones from Michael's before that just have a map, or worse, a floral pattern on them, just because I think they're so neat. But at Michaels those are like $45-65 dollars, and god forbid you ever find a seasonal one, it'll be waaaay more. To get such a gorgeous, unique one for such a deal? I could hardly believe it! Then? Well, then they had the most beautiful appetizer plates I've ever seen, also available in full size, but I like using small plates, and four of them was only $10 for the app plates, and $20 for the full size. Amazing. I probably would have gone with both if my bank account was sitting pretty, but I might just have to come back next month and see if they're still there! Until then, I'm elated with what I got! I love that they have both sanitizing cart wipes, and hand sanitizer at the entrance, then available at all checkout locations as well! Super conscious, considerate, cool, and caring! Covid is again on the rise, and y'all don't want it. Not to mentions various other communicable diseases or just random cooties! I know I've gone on a lot about the spooky stuff here, but my mom got a tri panel wall art piece for her office from here earlier in the year. Whether you come for the seasonal, or for the year round goodies, this place is a good place to come for many different things for your home. Need a bookshelf? Rug? Chair? Desk? Pillow? Cookware? Decor? Candles? Something else? It's probably here! The employees were all very amicable and friendly as well! Delightful.

They also have a reward program which adds up quickly. The real secret to this place is the back area. Tons of discounted well-known and popular titles. They also have a huge variety of magazines as well. Barnes and Noble has nothing on this place. Oh, they also have a cute cat that chills out too! Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service and rude employees. We ran in for a last minute gift of a children's book…read moreand they were really rude. We were told 3 times they closed in ten minutes- we knew that and were out by the time they closed. They were loudly talking about us in the store in front of us saying "just tell them we are going to lock them in because we are done for the day." Look it get it- it's Christmas Eve. You don't want to be here- and honestly- I'd rather you and your poor customer service and "holiday spirit" weren't there either. And if there had been an alternative to this little store I assure you we would've gone there instead. Maybe find another line of work if you don't actually want to be kind to customers then perhaps sales isn't the field for you.

Anita and her partner were absolutely amazing and very helpful ! The design Anita came up with for…read moremy kitchen was excatly what I was looking for , she made the experience of picking out the cabinets and countertops so easy . The products that they offer are beautiful and they have so much to choose from . Also it all came in on a very timely manner ! The contractor that they had put in the cabinets and countertops Scott Besaw is a completely different story ! He is very unprofessional , he communicated my text message and dosent even give a invoice he just expected a check to be written out right away ! He installed the kitchen cabinet hardware unevenly my knobs for the pantry cabinet doors are very noticeable. I have a slide in range oven and he cut the " hole " out wrong to where the stove doesn't fit properly and there is a gap in the back of the stove that you can see down , when a slide in is supposed to fit flush to the countertops on all sides . He cut the backslash of the main countertop to " reduce " a gap inbetween the countertop its self and the wall but his cut job was VERY uneven and it was 1 1\2 Inc thick in some spots and not even 1inc thick in others . I tried reaching out to Scott and didn't get any responce. My grandfather who also questioned his work ended up being able to reach him to discuss the job and Scott was very defensive like anyone else would be and tried to explain his actions but my husband and I were still unhappy . We had another professional come in to give his explanation because still haven't heard anything from Scott and he advised us to take the pictures into the business. So that is exactly what I did , the ladies again were so helpful and listened to my concerns they even came to the house to look it all over themselves. After seeing the poor craftsmanship they reassured me that this will all be fixed and they will get into contact with Scott . After he had to come and look for himself they all agreed with me that the countertops were put in wrong and poor so the only way to fix it would be to start over again with new countertops and Scott would have to eat the cost ! So not only did I have to have my kitchen torn apart for the 2nd time and a plumber to hook up the sink for the 2nd time but my 70 year old grandfather had to help assist the " redo " project ! The cabinets were a gift from my grandparents and Scott never spoke with me and when he contacted to set up the time to come start the do over he spoke with my grandparents because " they were the ones with the money " that's excatly what he said !!!! Technically I still to this day have not heard back from Scott he still has not replied to all the times I reached out about the work he did at my home ! I was very upset with him and his work but very content with the quality of the countertops and cabinets themselves and the customer service we received from Anita ! I would highly recommended kitchen and bath design but highly recommend requesting someone other than Scott Besaw !! Sorry for this review to be so long I just wanted to tell my story to possibly prevent someone else to go through the stress and disappointed !!!!
