Truly, an experience like no other. Had to have my car towed in for tires. I had special ordered…read morethem and I had a flat tire so I could not drive my car there. The tow truck was delayed. I went to call my appointment was at 11 AM. I did not get there till about 12:15 PM. I tried calling Walmart tire center at 8:45 AM was on hold ringing ringing ringing for five minutes. No one picked up called back again. A few minutes later 10 more minutes of my life slipping away no one picked up finally by the time the tow truck got here. I tried a third time that was about 11:15am I believe. They answered. I told him I can't make my appointment on time of course. They explained to me that come on up. We'll try and work you in. Sounds good to me because I've already had one day and to cancel appointment on their end.This is where they promised the tires on time and the company that is an outside vendor to Walmart. Please be aware of delayed the tire shipping Walmart blamed it on FedEx. Rescheduled a new appointment. They were nice on the phone and helpful. I had my tow truck delay.I came there about 12:30 pm . I Sat in my car at the roll up door. I was ignored for almost 15 minutes. Finally got out of the car walked into the counter, and the old lady at the counter told me you need to wait in your car. They'll come to you. I told the guy the backstory that I already called didn't have an appointment not one mention that I would be there until 7:20 PM. Yes 20 minutes after they closed I got to leave Walmart what they do is if you get an appointment canceled or if you do not have an appointment, they fit you in where they can but appointments take first priority. By the time I found a manager around 5:30 his name is Joe. I bitched to him how long it was taking and could they give her help the woman that was slowly putting on my tires it was 5 plus hours and the first tire was finally on the car. He told me I needed the appointment same backstory and he was busy if there was nothing else he had things to do. 7 o'clock they finally get about done. One of the guys tells me that the woman working on my car needs to talk to me. I assume she screwed something up because why else would they stand out there and stare at my car for 6 1/2 hours plus! She never came in turns out I still owed the money so I paid the $60 got my car and left. I had paid for everything online, including balancing and mounting, but there was something extra so I just figured it is what it is. Let's just get out of here when I finally looked at my receipt. They charged me for lifetime mountain balance it's $15 per tire $60 total. I did not ask for that. I go to Costco and get my tires rotated. I told the guy when he checked me in yet, they still check the box and they chilled charged me for it. I came in a few days later because I could not go back the next day without totally becoming a Karen! Talk to a woman because the guy that was working there he was very nice. Couldn't get me a refund. I'm not sure. I believe she works in the tire center. She seemed to know what she was doing so I'm guessing she's one of the assistance managers when I asked her about why I was charged 60 bucks because I had this happen again and Oregon at one time years ago, she said you have to purchase a one time balance and rotation or lifetime. There's no getting around it. I got my $60 back to make a long story short and when I told her how screwed up their place is I received absolutely no apology just attitude as usual from the Walmart staff. I'm sorry you're all miserable. Beware.

I love coming here for little beads and crafting supplies or stationary. The store has self check out so you don't really have to interact with anybody. But I assume people were friendly. I always end up buying more than I come in for, they have such cute stuff. They had a lot of BTS and other characters. Their variety of merchandise was great. Lots of snacks too. Will definitely be back more more crafting supplies.

Probably they are trying to control so shoplifters won't have a chance. Good idea! I came by because I saw the pictures of inside the store on the opening day that the shelves are well stocked that I see things I wanted I couldn't find at Lynnwood Daiso. Shopping in the Seattle area in Washington State…read more.. Seattle Premium Outlets is not really on the main road. I couldn't see a sign from the highway. I just trusted my GPS. I knew that Pop Mart was at this outlet. This was my main goal... to visit a Pop Mart, because it's not in Hawaii. Since we were there, we saw a Miniso and Claire's. We also went inside "anime World", another cute shop. Another reason why we wanted to visit Seattle Premium Outlets was to stretch our legs - because of the long drive from Vancouver to Seattle. We also needed a restroom. Gosh... it was far away from Pop Mart, Claire's, and Miniso... and walking in the rain made it more challenging! At least we accomplished all of our goals... and then some!

Everything was great until I went up to the cashier with my purse that I was not purchasing, and the guy asked to see it to make sure it wasn't theirs, his name was Brock. I don't think I'll go back to this location because he did not even offer me a bag and it seemed very odd. He wanted to look at my purse thumbs down on this one. Go there for what you need but if you're going to be asked if your purse was yours, that's not something I like so I'm giving you only three stars because everything else was perfect.

The building seems to be new and clean. Shelves are stocked for the most part. I usually find what I need when I go grocery shopping here. The store is well organized and seems to have gone through a slight remodel in the last year with new displays and signs. They also expanded their check out lines and have 5 self service check outs. These seem to go quickly. They other lines seem to take forever though so I always do self check out. The customer service needs improvement though. I've tried telling the checker the app has a lower price and show her my phone. Especially because there are NO PRICE CHECK MACHINES. She said they don't price match. And that was over 8 months ago. I've never had that issue before. Seemed a little lazy to me because she didn't want to price match. She told me I could purchase it online and come back to the store to pick it up. She didn't offer the customer service counter or ask a manager. I've had other checkers fixed it with no issue. So I avoided her lines when I come into the store because she's not very friendly and slow at check out. I've asked other employees about a price checker machine like Target has and they say to use the app. How can I use the app if they WONT PRICE MATCH?? It's so frustrating. I try to avoid doing a store pick up. Every single time I've ordered it's been an hour or more past the pick up window. I think 3 hours so fill an order is crazy. Especially when I have kids and naptime I need to plan a round. So when I have a set time it should be in that pick up window. Especially since same day pick up is like unheard of at this location. It's usually next day pick up available. That's why I usually shop at Target for same-day. It's so unreliable.

Poor customer service at the Customer Service desk!! Go figure…read more As it happens, we checked out at the register directly across from the customer service counter, which was empty. Only one female employee was there. My friend finished his purchase of sunglasses and a few other items and was told by our checker that the customer service clerk might have scissors to cut off the tag. She took the glasses, snipped off the tag, then paused before handling them back, and asked, 'Do you have a receipt?'. You can't make this up. Just more harassment and ignorance on the part of nearly non-English speaking store employee. Ridiculous that this store cannot provide decent service. On top of that, my friend was so insulted that he completely forgot to pick up the 2 bags of ice he bought. We have the receipt. We were vowing to never return but we might tomorrow to pick up the ice. We live 14 miles away, not a quick jaunt back to the store. Furthermore, the store security followed us around the entire store. From garden to sunglasses, to beer to coffee. Actually, all the way to the register. It would be laughable if not so ludicrous. Serves us right for going to a damn Walmart

After applying for and being approved for a MilStar account, a relative purchased a Christmas gift…read morefor the kids for pickup at this location. I was listed as the pickup person. An email was sent stating these were ready for pickup. I left work early to pick up the items, thinking it would be a great surprise to show up with the gifts. I used my VA card and went into the store to pick up the items. Once inside, an employee acting as the Exchange CEO told me they needed some type of confirmation from a higher up in Virginia before I could pick the items up. They were paid for, switched to ready for pickup, and now told something completely ridiculous. I called the 877 NEX number once I returned to my car. They told me on the phone they have never heard of such a store policy. They called my Mother the next day and said they needed to verify the account, which they had done twice before. At this point, the actions seem targeted, and just like Navy Federal, I have no confidence that this is NOT racially motivated discrimination. Once she verified, they said they would call the store for next steps. I called the store, and they asked what happened with the call, as if no one called them. I told them to immediately cancel the order. No longer interested in ever shopping at this location. As a veteran myself, this was the most unprofessional behavior and attitude I have ever experienced. Completely rude and arrogant people at this location, and definitely biased against certain customers. I did file a complaint with NEX, and will be filing one with BBB. Do not waste your time trying to be nice or plesant with these folks. Save yourself some stress and order and pickup at Ft Lewis, Bangor, or Bremerton.
