I logged into my Hugo Boss account only to discover that the items I returned using their own return labels for orders #92595377 and #92595582 (sent back at the end of July - it's October 9 now) were received by them, yet no refund was ever issued. It has now been over two months, and Hugo Boss has effectively kept my money. We're talking about nearly $3,000 just gone. This isn't a mistake anymore; it feels like theft. When I called customer service, someone with very broken English answered, offered zero help, and refused to transfer me to a manager. I also submitted a support ticket four days ago, and the only response I got was, "Please wait five business days." Seriously? You've had my returns for months, and that's your answer? This is criminal behavior, plain and simple. For a brand that prides itself on "luxury" and "class," Hugo Boss is operating in a way that's dishonest, unprofessional, and disgraceful. I've now filed a dispute with my credit card company because Hugo Boss clearly has no intention of doing the right thing. Be warned: if you shop with them, you might lose your money just like I did. Hugo Boss - you should be ashamed.

I was asking them if there's any backup cloth in their storage room, one staff asked another staff to check and we were left waiting there for almost 5 minutes. Turned out they both thought others will inform us that they don't have any backup. Also to avoid any awkwardness and to respect your customers, staff should always carefully check or ask if there's anyone in the fitting room before open the curtain and found out there's someone in there.

I knew all sales were final but the jacket pictured was not what was delivered. And the fact that I'm not getting a response is really poor customer servicer. I can't buy any additional items from the site because I don't know what will ultimately be delivered and what I'll be stuck with.

It made me feel like the store is constantly robbed, even though there was hardly anybody in the store. The staff was very friendly though, and even asked if I was finding everything OK. A+ for customer service. I was a little confused where the start of the checkout line was. It was kind of like a maze to walk-through. I will be back for more home decor paintings, or stationary if I need it. The parking lot seemed safe enough, it's next to a Bath & Body Works and a Petco. So I'm not sure why there is security inside of Burlington.

I found exactly what I needed for work almost immediately, and a little something extra for my daughter. I overheard another customer ask the employee if there was any more stock in the back, and there was not. What's out is out. I guess if you get here the day they release new items there will be more of a selection, but was surprised by the lack of when I visited. The women's area seemed empty. I've been to other J. Crew Factory locations, especially on the east coast, and this one is nothing compared to the others. With how limited the selection is here, I would most likely not wait in line again. I would suggest ordering online and just returning in a regular J. Crew store if items don't work out, instead of banking on this store to have the items you're looking for. However, I find that the quality of items at the factory store compared to a regular J. Crew differs significantly. Unless there's something you're specifically on the hunt for that's offered at the factory, I would just rather spend more money at J. Crew for a higher quality and better item.
