Truly, an experience like no other. Had to have my car towed in for tires. I had special ordered them and I had a flat tire so I could not drive my car there. The tow truck was delayed. I went to call my appointment was at 11 AM. I did not get there till about 12:15 PM. I tried calling Walmart tire center at 8:45 AM was on hold ringing ringing ringing for five minutes. No one picked up called back again. A few minutes later 10 more minutes of my life slipping away no one picked up finally by the time the tow truck got here. I tried a third time that was about 11:15am I believe. They answered. I told him I can't make my appointment on time of course. They explained to me that come on up. We'll try and work you in. Sounds good to me because I've already had one day and to cancel appointment on their end.This is where they promised the tires on time and the company that is an outside vendor to Walmart. Please be aware of delayed the tire shipping Walmart blamed it on FedEx. Rescheduled a new appointment. They were nice on the phone and helpful. I had my tow truck delay.I came there about 12:30 pm . I Sat in my car at the roll up door. I was ignored for almost 15 minutes. Finally got out of the car walked into the counter, and the old lady at the counter told me you need to wait in your car. They'll come to you. I told the guy the backstory that I already called didn't have an appointment not one mention that I would be there until 7:20 PM. Yes 20 minutes after they closed I got to leave Walmart what they do is if you get an appointment canceled or if you do not have an appointment, they fit you in where they can but appointments take first priority. By the time I found a manager around 5:30 his name is Joe. I bitched to him how long it was taking and could they give her help the woman that was slowly putting on my tires it was 5 plus hours and the first tire was finally on the car. He told me I needed the appointment same backstory and he was busy if there was nothing else he had things to do. 7 o'clock they finally get about done. One of the guys tells me that the woman working on my car needs to talk to me. I assume she screwed something up because why else would they stand out there and stare at my car for 6 1/2 hours plus! She never came in turns out I still owed the money so I paid the $60 got my car and left. I had paid for everything online, including balancing and mounting, but there was something extra so I just figured it is what it is. Let's just get out of here when I finally looked at my receipt. They charged me for lifetime mountain balance it's $15 per tire $60 total. I did not ask for that. I go to Costco and get my tires rotated. I told the guy when he checked me in yet, they still check the box and they chilled charged me for it. I came in a few days later because I could not go back the next day without totally becoming a Karen! Talk to a woman because the guy that was working there he was very nice. Couldn't get me a refund. I'm not sure. I believe she works in the tire center. She seemed to know what she was doing so I'm guessing she's one of the assistance managers when I asked her about why I was charged 60 bucks because I had this happen again and Oregon at one time years ago, she said you have to purchase a one time balance and rotation or lifetime. There's no getting around it. I got my $60 back to make a long story short and when I told her how screwed up their place is I received absolutely no apology just attitude as usual from the Walmart staff. This Walmart is out of this world wonderful!!! There's no stress in the air the employees are treated good here by management I can tell because they're happy the upfront employees that I have encountered especially the very tall team lead are really good at working with people I appreciate his attentive listening his caring attitude his work ethics I don't remember his name but he's cool I'm always so glad when my husband and I go there that he's there yep the whole store has a calming relaxing atmosphere and everything is clean organized and pulled forward on shelves which makes it inviting to look at those items and purchase them. don't buy food here. i found spoiled things that i had bought weeks before that were spoiled when i had brought them home. when i was in the store, i noticed the products were still on the shelf with the exact same dates on them. i took some of the products up to customer service. and they did not want to hear from me at all. i actually went and put the spoiled products back on the shelf. it's incredible they literally didn't care. they didn't even want to take them back behind the counter to prevent other people from purchasing them. this is a horrible walmart, and it has horrible employees read more

Worst customer service ever. I found an item on line that was priced at $93.00. It said I could pick it up at the store and that it was available at the store in aisle K1. I picked up the item, but when I went to check out they wanted to charge me $186.00. I showed them a screen shot but they said that was an on line price only. Ok, I said, so I'll order it on line for pick up and take it home. They told me I'd have to wait in the store for two hours for that to happen. Made no sense. I had the item in a cart. Now I understand that corporate policies are sometimes screwy and that the people in the store have little to no control over that, but their attitudes were horrible. They obviously couldn't have cared less. If they had said something like "sorry. We understand your frustration but unfortunately we can't help in this situation " that would have been much better. Instead it was "nope. You can't do that". They had no understanding of customer affinity or appreciation. Walmart - you just permanently lost a customer. This location certainly is a supercenter - it felt like a very clean and well laid out massive store. There was a lot of selection from groceries to clothing to toys to medicinal supplies and everything else in between. We had gone on a Sunday and it wasn't busy at all which was nice to be able to shop comfortably without there being a crowd. I think accessibility wise if you had a scooter or wheelchair or walking aid that the aisles are well spaced apart enough to accommodate for that, however I am not a user of those items so please do not quote me on that it's just my general opinion from what I saw. They had a fair amount of self check out the machines or you could go to the regular checkouts. read more

The bakery! I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of a special order cake for my daughter's 10 birthday! She was so sad about it she started crying the cake started to fall over and the bakery claimed because I said it was ok in the store they would not do anything about it! Mind you in the store we can only see the top of the cake. We couldn't see the the bottom Layer started caving into itself! By the time I got it home and out of the box (I live less than 5 minutes away on Tulalip) it had started leaning over and bulging on one side! This is a mega store that offers a variety of everything. The problem is that if you miss something on your shopping list, you may have to walk a distance. I imagine it's good exercise. You wouldn't expect to find some things even in a specialty store. I was looking at baking supplies & was pleasantly surprised to find fondant and a variety of icing colors. I had a truck serviced for an oil change on August 11th. The Walmart auto staff were incompetent. First the guy checking me in told me next time I needed to list the make and model of my vehicle on my reservation, I told him I did and that started him arguing with me. I had the appointment confirmation that clearly had the make, model and year of my truck. This was a simple oil change on a 2009 ranger. After 30 minutes I was told that the oil change was cancelled. After waiting 30 minutes to get an explanation I was told that the oil pan and plug needed to be replaced. A week later I took my truck to a place to have the work done and the mechanic told me he had no idea what Walmart was looking at. Nothing was wrong with the pan or the plug, 15 minutes later they changed my oil and I was on my way! I called the Walmart service manager twice to talk to them, and she never bothered to call me back. If you take your vehicle here for service you will be sorry you have been warned!! Go to the Walmart in Arlington, they have been great servicing my three cars for the last 5 years. I tried the Marysville store because it was closer. I went to the deli a few weeks ago, and the lady that helped me, I think was getting off her shift but was so quick and kind to help me anyway. When I went back to the deli yesterday, I witnessed the same lady just checking in with her fellow co-worker. She was clearly off her shift, ready to go home, and she was just wanting to make sure her employee was okay before leaving. It is rare these days that you come across someone who provides amazing customer service and also cares about their fellow employees even when no one is looking. This great person definitely deserves acknowledgment. I asked the kind young man Joshua what her name was, Tasha, thank you for being such a kind soul, not only to your customers, but your team. I will no longer shop here I don't need an anxiety attack just because I need some groceries. First I went in put my groceries out said I needed a bag cashier said we don't have any. Again oh no just sit there all day and stare at the screen I'm not doing anything. He kept saying that as he was bagging my groceries. The he put them in my cart smashed it down, I had had fruit in there. And said that ought to be good enough for you. I told him he needed to learn some manners. Grabbed my receipt and left. I HOPE SHE GETS FIRED IN FRONT OF ALL HER SUBORDINATES !!! 07-21-23 815 am I generally avoid (just shy of totally boycotting) the Quil Ceda Walmart due to (not even competitive) over pricing, constant wrong or missing price labels on shelves, and staffing & parking lot issues. My list today had varied items not usually found all in one store, ranging from vitamins to an area rug to weed killer to half & half. So, I made an exception. THIS WOULD PROVE TO BE A BAD CHOICE ! While focused on the area rugs in home goods isles, 2 employees who appeared to be checking, correcting, and reorganizing shelves, walked behind me. Both were wearing the blue smock but only one had a name tag and it had the yellow 'assistant or associate manager' label. The employee without a name tag aggressively jerked some food items that were clearly on the wrong side of the store off the shelves behind me and made the very snide/angry comment, "I knew he'd been doing this !". I was not there for food items, did not have any in my cart, and had not even been on that side of the store yet. So, in an attempt to confirm they were not talking about me, as well as hopefully lighten her obviously upset mood, I smiled very big (I was actually having a really good day up to that point), and in a friendly tone innocently asked, "Is an employee shelving things wrong ?" NOTHING ELSE. NO OTHER WORDS. JUST A SIMPLE QUESTION. Miss No Name spun around with a laser beam look of death as if I was some commoner too far beneath her to be speaking to her and very rudely & aggressively asked, "What is it that you want ?!" Taken aback, I continued to smile with what I'm certain was a look of shock on my face and replied, "Nothing. I just asked if you were having employee problems." Her short very unfriendly answer was, "You don't need to worry about it !", at which point she stormed of with the cart of random items, broken down boxes, & coworker in tow. A bit aghast, but no worse for the experience, I finished my shopping and went to the registers where a personal friend who was working that shift saw me and said hello. She retrieved a cologne from the customer service desk that was delivered to the front for me by the associate in cosmetics. During our interaction I mentioned my experience, physically described and told her how absolutely rude Miss No Name was compared to her (my employee friend) who has a great reputation in that store for always having a smile and providing happy, friendly service. That was when the smile drained from her face, got real sheepish as she quietly told me that was "THE BIG BOSS" and she was inspecting the store today. She told me that she is like that ALL THE TIME with the employees and has zero customer/people skills. She did not elaborate, and she was not justifying the person's behavior. In fact, she almost seemed scared to be confiding in me about this boss. I truly felt sorry for my friend and her coworkers. If true, and my experience would indicate so, IT MAKES VERY CLEAR THE REASONS FOR OBVIOUS LOW MORAL AND NOTICABLE OVERALL LACK OF EMPLOYEE JOB/ TASK DEDICATION IN THAT STORE. IT ALSO GAVE ME A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF WHY VIDEOS CAN BE FOUND ONLINE OF WALMART EMPLOYEES PUBLICALLY QUITTING THEIR JOBS USING THE STORE INTERCOMS. As an employer, I understand that everyone has bad days at work and sometimes get short with the wrong person at the wrong time. But after my friend's explanation and obviously fearful of this person body language, when I got home I absolutely needed to report this incident to the corporate office complaints personnel...... and so I did. I certainly hope, for the sake of employees and customers alike at Walmart #2595 Quil Ceda Village, there is a swift and extreme action taken to remove that person from any form of management and supervisory position. read more

The most recent trip, I was in line and unloading my groceries onto the belt when my 2-year-old starting melting down in the shopping cart. A very kind store associate named Bradi saved the day when she approached us and started making conversation. She patiently distracted my son by letting him press the buttons on her calculator until I could get rung up. Thank you, Bradi, for going above and beyond to help out a customer. I was able to pull up verification that I did purchase the item. They told me that they do not give refunds with receipts and they refunds to pull up my receipt on their computer....which they could have done. They told me that it was because a lot of returns were stolen. I proved that I didn't steal it yet they still refused. I went to a nearby Walmart and they pulled up my receipt up with one minute and gave me my refund within another minute. The customer service people at this Walmart are mean and refuse to give customer service. There are two other Walmarts within 15 of this store so go to one of them. The prices are completely inaccurate at the register and the cashier had no idea what they were doing. We had to wait 10-20 minutes just to check out after we pointed out the computer's mistake. Surprise, SURPRISE... worst service ever! I'm not sure if the employees show up to work to do their own personal shopping, play on their phones or just to kill time. It is more then obvious doing their job is not why they came! I don't shop at Walmart much, it's not near my house so I don't bother. However, today I went in with a mission. I wanted to find a particular product that was recommend to me by a friend and it is only locally found at Walmart. So I made sure it would be available by checking online and it said I could buy online pick up in person. I decided to go on myself. So I packed the family up and away we went. I'm looking for a particular Dr. Teals kids melatonin lotion. I can't seem to find it on my own so in walked over to a sales associate who was putting new product out. I showed her the picture for the website and said told me to go to aisle f16. Cool, I went there and couldn't find anything. I spent a good 5 mins making sure I didn't see it before asking again. I had to go back and ask again. She said I could look in the baby aisle or it would be in that area. So I walk across the store to the kids aisle, nothing. On my way back I see an elderly male employee in that area and ask him, he tells me he has no idea. Okay... great thanks. No help again. I walk up and down all the aisles starting in the medication through cosmetics hoping to spot it. Ah HA! I found something close to it, then I look closer at the sale sticker to see the item I came for should be right next to it, but the shelf is bare. I return the first sales lady, Martina, and ask her to scan the barcode to see if there are in stock. She's totally annoyed with me, but scans it and tells me it's all on overflow and points up to the top of the shelf. Well I'm 5'2 and can not reach or see up there. She tries to walk away, but I got a glimpse of the scanner and it asked to see it closer. It said 9 in back stockroom and 11 on floor. I stop her and tell her what I read and point to it. She looks at me and says I don't know this isn't my area. I asked her to find me a manager or someone who can help. She points me over two rows to the cosmetic area and so I go over to the third person, Krista. If you think Marina was useless, let me tell you about Krista. First impression.. ATTITUDE PROBLEM!!! This woman hates her job and the main reason I will not shop at a Walmart again. I tell her my situation, what I need and if she can help me. I've been in the store for 45 mins now with all the runaround. She asked for Marinas scanner thing and I tell her what I saw. Before we've walked back over to the area she's insisting it's in aisle F16, which I told her Its actually in F12, she says.. IF YOU WOULD LET ME FINISH TALKING! WHOAAAa.. Walmart worker, no need to get bitchy!! I was just telling her so we could get to the correct area.Then she tells me the scanners are accurate and the product could be stollen. With 9 in the back and 11 on the floor, you're trying to tell me someone stole 20 of them!!! Get outa here!! At this point I'm rolling my eyes. That is the dumbest, laziest response. This lazy ass hasn't even looked in the back and is telling me that 20 could have be stolen. Wtf!! I ask if she can check the back because I came all this way for them. Annoyed she leaves to look. About 10 mins later she walks back shaking her head no. I walk towards my family who was had been waiting and guess what I found??? The damn lotion was staring me the face!!!! It was on another shelf where all other Dr. teal products were. Why didn't anyone tell me about this section?! But noooo they insisted it was in a whole other area. I was furious... moral of the story. Just find it online, paying double the price on amazon would have been worth it. Dealing with these incompetent individuals is not worth it. read more

Like any other Walmart Supercenter in the USA. This walmart is huge. Its open 24/7 like all. Came here to use the washroom and to pick up a few things like milk and bread (my favorites). At times, it can be hard to find help due to the fact there the place being so big and coming in late. Also unless you have a sense of how USA grocery stores organize certain things, it may be hard to find what you are looking for. There are plenty of free parking out in front. read more

I explained my problem to the Quil Ceda Wal-Mart Automotive technician I believe I had a slow leak in the valve stem of a rear tire. His response: "So." I said, "excuse me?" I was totally insulted by his irresponsible statement. I ignored his insulting comment however, and went on to tell him I spoke with the Quil Ceda Wal-Mart Automotive Department the day before explaining my problem. I was told I didn't need an appointment to come in as early as I could to fix my problem. I arrived at Wal-Mart at 7:15am knowing they get busy any later. It's at that time the Automotive technician told my "he" had scheduled appointments All Day and couldn't possibly get to my car today. Well why tell me I didn't need an appointment if I can't get my car in for repairs WITHOUT the appointment. When I arrived at Wal-Mart this morning there were NO other customers' than myself at the shop. None! Yes, I got upset with the technician for saying "so." I raised my voice. I do not deny that, but what I was told by the so-called Store Manager was to shut-up and quiet down. She had No idea of what I was upset, nor did she bother to ask me prior to telling me to shut up! Great example of terrible customer service - especially coming from a "Store Manager!" Wal-Mart has completely forgot what Sam Walton actually stood for and as a result; I will NEVER set foot in another WalMart Store. I warn everyone if you want service, go elsewhere. I was in the Quilceda Blvd. Walmart today and wanted to cash in a winning Hit 5 ticket. I went to register 16 and presented the ticket. It had a 3 out of 5 numbers worth $15 and two 2 out of 5 numbers for a total of 2 free plays. The cashier pretended not to know what the free plays were, so I took my ticket and left. I just went to a local store to cash it out, and it showed that it had already been paid. I just tried calling the store manager but of course there was no answer. Anyway... The lines for checkout seem like they go on forever. Hey Walmart, I know you aren't hiring MENSA candidates, but with the 300 or so employees you have milling around at any given time, don't you think you could get more then five of them to help customers complete their transactions? It's one of those monster stores that when you get there and see it from the outside you do not realize how big it is, till you enter. My first experience was not the most pleasant as I was driving a long distance and had to run in here to use the washroom. Most normal placement would have a washroom located near the restaurant, that be the McDonald's up front, but no... it was like running as far a distance through a store that could fit Century Link Field, yes, it felt that far, from one end to the other to get to a freaking washroom. Supercenter, yeah, like all other Walmarts, this has it all, from eating at the golden M, to shopping for food for you to cook at home, just one side of this place is devoted to food! Now if your looking for a place to waste some true time in, just by walking alone, here it is. This is the walmart that practically has everything, and I mean everything! You want food, it's got a full blown supermarket section that now seems to have grown from the last time I was here, where it seems like it takes up a quarter of the store, from tons of nonperishable foods, to fresh produce (who says you can't get away with cheap when preparing food at home). A pretty big electronics section in the back, with a load of tv's, computers, cd's, dvd's, video games... there's a ton of stuff here. A big clothing area, a kitchen area where you can buy pots and pans, and blenders, microwaves, waffle-makers, coffee machines, spatulas and more. They have a pretty good automotive department which you can find motor oil, wiperblades, tires, washing supplies, oil filters, there's a lot of stuff here. They even have a pretty good pet section with fish tanks, dog and cat food, and other things if you have pets that are living with you. Their hunting/camping area has some good stuff too, with a few good cases of rifles, and heavy powered guns (as us in Canada are definitely not used to seeing in our stores) where you can pick up some interesting stuff. I know I'm missing things, but as I said in the beginning, if you are shopping, this maybe the stop for you, or if you need to waste time.... you'll find something in here. The thing with this place is, it doesn't really make sense on placement, starting from the washroom, wouldn't you keep it near the place that serves food, or behind the cash registers, cause you wouldn't want people to go in while shopping and having merchandise (even though you have a sign?). The products in their respective sections usually (the times I have been there) are unorganized. When checking out you can see a crap load of cashier stands, but trying to find one open is tough, usually each one has a lineup with people with insane amount of product filled in those extra wide carts they are wheeling around. Walmart Supercenter - Department Stores Near Me - Marysville, Washington

Wow. This place was so uncomfortable. I feel very, very sorry we for the people who live in communities where this is where you have to shop. If there was justice in the world the Waltons would have to shop here. I was camping in the area and needed bread, milk and batteries and was pointed to this location. These few things took me a long, long time. The store is huge. And guess where the bread is? I had to ask an employee, who didn't quite know for sure. It's way down at the back. You walk down long aisle of towers of cheaply priced chips and twinkies and budlight, and then take a left, and there's a little section of bread. The Obesity Lobby loves this place. Then I asked for batteries. The answer I got was, more or less, "you want to follow this aisle , take the first left onto I-5 north, take exit 213 and go past the cheetos aisle..." It took a while in line as well. They don't hire enough people at the cash register, in my opinion. One more thing, I was happy for a moment that I got what I thought was a reasonable deal on beer : 13 something for a 12 pack of Sierra Nevada. Surprisingly, it is the worst Sierra Nevada I have ever had. I didn't know you could even do that. read more
