I have shopped at dancing pony a couple of times and the experience has always been great until it…read morewasnt. I bought a top back in july that I finally decided to wear and it came undone before I could actually wear it. That is pretty sad considering it has tags on and has never been used. I opted to call the store to see if there was anything that could be done since again this item was new and unworn but the owner im assuming was very rude and unprofessional. I explained the situation and she said "honey it was purchased in july, it is now november. We have a 14 day policy which you are lucky we even have that since most stores dont have that". Well actually most stores have a 30 day policy and are much nicer to customers unlike her especially with defective items. I explained to her I would make sure to never shop there again since she continued to talk down on me and treat me as if my concerns didnt matter. So now I am basically SOL on this item because of their poor quality in clothing. This store is not worth the money especially if the items that are brand new will not hold up and management will not do anything about it. Again, do not purchase from here unless you want unraveled and unwearable clothes.

Logistically, the team of stylists could not have been more professional or efficient. Everything happened on time. Pricing absolutely reasonable for the final product! The additional staff made sure our catered food and drinks were arranged and even took care of clean up, and were just a lovely presence for my big day. Ali, Saryn, and DeAnn were able to style short hair, long hair, curly hair, and straight hair. This was the first time some of my bridal party, my mother, and my mother in law had their hair and make up done and their experience was beyond amazing. The hair styles and makeup stayed in place for an outdoor early April wedding. The highlights Ali did a few weeks before looked absolutely stunning in my up-do. My experience was unbelievably stress free and wonderful.
