I didn't want to make a big deal out of it but customers whoever brings business to the store should be treated equally. Otherwise mng probably don't know how to hire right person for customer service. Location in east is always nice to clients no matter how they look

Working for the railroad, I spend the better part of a day and a night in a hotel in Wenatchee once…read moreevery three days. My company recently changed hotels to the Avid, a few doors down from this Grocery Outlet location. While there are a few decent options to dine out, I have been on a savings kick of late and trying to dine out less and save money by hitting up the grocery store for my out of town eats. I used to only go to Winco and very occasionally the Albertsons down the street as they were the close options at the old hotel. I had never been to a Grocery Outlet, despite having many on the west side where I reside and hearing great things about them from many folks. To say I have been pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. I have come to REALLY enjoy this Grocery Outlet! In addition to VERY affordable prices, this store has wonderful and always changing variety! Being that I am always here looking for easy meals to make in the hotel, I frequent their frozen food selections. I am always able to find something easy, appealing, and affordable. The selections are always changing so unlike at regular grocery stores where I tend to wear myself out on old favorites every now and then, Grocery Outlet always has something new for me! I have also come to REALLY love their selection of soft drinks and especially kombucha. I have enjoyed kombucha for years, but it is SO EXPENSIVE at most places! Not here! I am consistently able to find new brands and varieties here to sample, and it is very affordable. I am also always finding some new variety of soft drinks here including new juices and low calorie options, all at mind blowingly low prices. If you haven't ever stopped in, give this place a try. You are guaranteed to find something new that you will love!

Wenatchee Natural Foods is an awesome place for food, drinks and groceries. We spotted Wenatchee…read moreNatural Foods, which was across our hotel, and it ended being one of our favorite spot to get sustenance. Located on the main street of Wenatchee, Wenatchee Natural Foods offers organic, sustainable items, with lots of locally made products. It's not the largest grocer, but the selection was fantastic. We were able to get some grocery items here during our weekend trip and also tried the items that they prepare at the cafe area towards the back of the store. At the cafe area, they have a large menu of different drinks, with smoothies that are worth checking out. I loved the chocolate smoothie, which they make with almond butter and vanilla whey, so it's naturally sweetened. I also ordered a bowl, which you can make based on the different ingredients they offer, like a base of rice or beans, with different proteins and veggies. I customized my bowl with rice, curry chickpeas, avocado and steak and seasonal veggies and it served as two meals, which was delicious. For those wanting to dine in, they have a seating area on the side of the store, with outdoor seating where it's dog-friendly. It's a win for Wenatchee to have a store like Wenatchee Natural Foods, offering a great selection of healthy, wholesome items in a community-centric setting. I'd come back here again when in the area.

The prices on some items are definitely higher, but it's always worth going in for the WNF Cafe. The chai is some of the best I've had, I'm always looking for chai that is real and not overly sweet! Martin's Market Place is the perfect spot to come to and get a pre-packaged frozen treat or two on…read morea given day in Cashmere. And it can get HOT in Cashmere in the summer months, so it can be great to have an air-conditioned store to go to and grab a box of ice cream bars when the nearby restaurants have already closed for the night. That is what my uncle and I did one Sunday night in the summer of 2021. We ended up at Martin's Market Place because we thought of getting a frozen snack later in the evening. Fortunately, we found a number of options to choose from. During the COVID-19 pandemic, frozen novelties have run unusually low on the shelves, not to mention the normal pattern of summer where ice cream offerings typically run a bit picked over. So, we were happy to have more than one product to choose from that Sunday. We were also pleased with the ice cream bars we purchased. Workers we interacted with were friendly, parking was abundant, and the parking lot was easy to navigate.

The managers there are awful people. I was at Martin's shopping recently, very organized and…read morenoticed two men (one whos 5'0 and the other looked 6'0) berating two store vendors stocking product for absolutely no I reason. It looked like they were doing a great job I believe and yet somehow these guys (Overheard his name was Santos) acted very angry and extremely negative towards them. I even witnessed a third vendor being kicked out but was not making a scene in any shape or form while the second one looked back and didn't seem to care. Seems like all these bullies do is abuse their power in that store and I don't think I'll shop here again. The energy they both bring kills the vibe and the positivity other employees bring to that store.

The sales associate said they would only return for store credit even though we hadn't even left the store after the initial purchase before realizing the chain wouldn't work. We indicated we were from out of town and couldn't use a store credit but she wouldn't provide a refund and when I mentioned that was an odd policy considering we had the receipt and had just purchased she gave me a snotty look.
