Then he escorted me to the repair garage, where he showed me actual and potential part replacements. Staff coordinated service with a rent-a-car company, whose representative was waiting for me at the service desk when I arrived. I received text messages while my car was being repaired. Micky professionally provided most of the phone updates. The repair was finished in just over a week, despite order delays due many auto dealerships shutting down because of the Coronavirus.
