Staff coordinated service with a rent-a-car company, whose representative was waiting for me at the service desk when I arrived. I received text messages while my car was being repaired. Micky professionally provided most of the phone updates. The repair was finished in just over a week, despite order delays due many auto dealerships shutting down because of the Coronavirus. It was there less then 24 hours and I asked if they can tow it to a location less then 5 miles away. When I went to go pay the bill it was almost 900$. They charged me for things they didn't even do. I asked if there was anyway they can work with me with the price and the flat out said no. Not only that but they were so rude and cold that not even once did they ask if I was ok from the accident. Everyone i spoke to from other people involved to all the insurance people that was the first question Everyone asked but not them they were only focused on overcharging me to have my truck there for less then 24 hours. I would never in my life use this location nor would I recommend this to a person.
