A quality oat milk and matcha powder is used here. If you don't like your matcha's sweet, then maybe get a little shy on the scoop, or do a half scoop. Mine didn't have a strong matcha flavor, but it was strongly green. It had plenty of foam to sip while the beverage cooled, and it tasted like birthday cake. But not anywhere near that sweet. So it wasn't overload, don't worry... You'll love it! It clearly had a rich, complex, light vanilla flavoring to it, with that prominent (loved it) birthday cake flavor to it.
