We were in Bend for a few days and opted to stop by Bo's for a breakfast bagels. We got the bacon, egg, and cheese on onion bread. I don't have any fancy words to describe the taste but it was very flavorful and delicious. The bacon was a winner because it had a hint maple to it. If you are in town, stop by. I know we will during any future trips. Service was friendly. Ambiance was upbeat yet laid back. Classic Rock/Country was playing on the speakers while we were there. Take it eeeeeaaeassssy

First time at Bo's because of all the great Yelp reviews. We stopped in for a quick breakfast due to a bagel craving! They have a great menu and lots of interesting choices. I ordered a salty honey rosemary bagel based on the reviews and plain cream cheese. It was delicious. Great way to taste the actual bagel. The rest of the family ordered different things: the Seth Rogen,, apple and Brie, and an egg, bacon and cheese bagel. Everyone loved all of their choices. I got to sample their shared bites and each one was so flavorful. The hashbrowns were especially delightful. We loved the different cube shape of it, and it was crunchy on the outside and fluffy and hot on the inside. Wow. The service was friendly at the counter and they were quick to bring out the food items. The place has great ambience because it is filled with light, is well decorated and comfortable. We will definitely put Bo's on the list of great spots to grab a bagel!

Bo's Falafel Bar - Hummus. House-made. Not Recommended.

Nice store, tucked away in a retail center. Very busy. Friendly Staff. I went for lunch, and the veggies were fresh, the falafel good, but everything good was overshadowed by the very poor Hummus ($10). I found it thin, watery, and tasteless. Very disappointing. It was served with a warm, very good pita, and cucumber. 2.5-Stars.

If you're craving a big, hearty, falafel bowl this is your spot. Falafels were massive and very fresh. Fries here are also super good and crispy. Recommend getting the fry harissa sauce on your falafel bowl with hummus & garlic sauce and maybe double the fry sauce too, because the bowl needed more sauce and you can never have too much sauce.

Following a long hike one morning, a friend found this place through excellent online reviews. It was also near a few breweries on our list for the day, so it was the perfect spot to stop for a hearty lunch. This place went beyond our expectations; as a falafel lover I can say this is the best I've had in years and only wish my go to spots at home lived up to this. It's located in a commercial plaza with other restaurants, shops, and breweries; there's plenty of parking all around. The hours lean earlier for breakfast and bagels, plus lunch. The vibe of the interior was eclectic, almost like a 50s diner with a mix of other decor. You line up on the left and order; I had a falafel pita with various olives and veggies; the falafel itself is that perfect balance of soft and crispy. All the produce was fresh and super delicious, with just the right amount of sauce. It was filling too; worth the price for the portion size and quality. The single cashier took our order and brought food as it was made, she was friendly and efficient with everyone. It was a great experience all around and I only wish I could eat there again today!

bagels these are not. This is a roll. An okay roll but a roll. The hashbrowns are also more like giant tater tots. Setting aside their confusion about food (bagels do not peak in the center because there is a hole in the center) the service was very slow and the food very mediocre. The buns weren't very good and the tots very (very) under seasoned. The hummus was the most disappointing, it was wet and loose with far too much garlic. I noticed the couple next to us brought altoods and had them on the table LMAO. The pickled onions were the best of everything we ordered but my husband said they felt under done. I don't know what brand of vegan cc they're using but I didn't care for it and scraped it off. The interior is quite pretty, however, and there is plenty of parking. Service was slow but they apologized for our long wait. The seating was verrrry comfy. My 2yo nephew spit his "bagel" out on the floor and he really likes bread/bagels.

2025 Update: as many restaurants in Bend jack up their prices and skimp on quality Bo's has remained a wonderful option for tasty, healthy food with excellent portions for the price. Whenever we get lunch in town we always ask "do we want to try some place new, or just go to Bo's". Bo's wins out most of the time. Bo's offers chill vibes and tasty food at reasonable prices. I'd give this place five stars any day, but wanted to give a special shout-out to them for going the extra mile to accommodate for food allergies on our first visit. My wife is allergic to soy, an allergy that is just uncommon enough for most restaurants to reasonably not warn about it on their menus. We assumed that chicken at a falafel shop would be soy free... but when her bowl came out we were suspicious. She asked the staff and sure enough, it had a soy glaze. Without hesitating they offered to make her a fresh bowl with the (soy free) spicy chicken at no charge. The new meal came out super fast and we were both happy. Next time we are looking for a quick and healthy lunch option in Bend Bo's will be at the top of the list!

The Gouda, add scallion cream cheese

We love Bo's! We won't come to bend without making a stop at Bo's. Best bagel sandwiches ever. We love the Gouda. We always get some bagels to go to take home. Wish there was a bagel spot like this in Portland!

Cute, Open, and airy restaurant. Fast and easy ordering, and the staff was all super friendly and nice. I ordered the big fries and they were some of the best loaded fries I've ever had. The fries were crisp and full of flavor. And the zesty sauce on top of it was so great with the pickled onions and I could've eaten a mountain of them. I will definitely be coming back here.

I was in town for 4 days and ate there 3 times, breakfast, lunch and dinner!! It's a must period. One thing that was very inconvenient. You have to order at the counter and there's only one person. For breakfast the line was out the door with a 45 min wait just to order, and most of all the tables were empty. In other words, it makes no sense to have one register with all the tables they have. People are obviously eating fast then ordering your food. It's like have 1 waitress to take orders. They must either have waitresses or multiple registers to order. One order at a time and mist of them are large groups which makes it even harder to order. Everyone is adding food to there orders at the counter because that's when you see all the amazing backed goods, but it is way to time consuming. They can triple their sales easily!! You can also customize your meal as needed. To order, you stand in line like at a food court counter, but in a fancy way. While we were there, the line stretched to the door most of the time but it moves fast. This is the time you use to choose your bottle of wine, pick food, and browse the pastries on display. There were several places to sit indoors and out after placing the order. The kids hade the garlic bites (fried balls of bread with garlic and cheese...looked like doughnut holes!) and a pizza. They can add pepperoni to a cheese pizza for the particular children in your life. My husband and I shared a Cobb salad, no croutons to make it gf (the lemon dill dressing was AMAZING! Actually, this whole salad was very good). We also intended to share the NY strip with chimichurri. However, we didn't read that it comes with bread and a side salad (great!) and roasted vegetables in romesco sauce (also great!). My husband is allergic to nuts and so he couldn't eat any. That is not a complaint...all on us! The menu is clearly marked. But be aware if you have a nut allergy to specify that you can't have the romesco sauce. Or let the order taker know, as they are informed on modifications and whatnot. So he ate the salad and done pizza. I ate most of the steak and veggies. Everything tasted really good. The steak was a bit gristly. But the chimichurri was great. My absolute favorite thing was the elote cake with tajin buttercream. It was not a sweet cake. But it was heavenly. I should have grabbed another piece before we left. It was creative and salty and delicious and I still want it two days later. Service was great. Food is brought out as it's ready, not all at once. And the side salad and bread is brought before the main dish. The people were friendly and helpful. This was a great place and I would definitely go back.

The lady that took our order didn't really like the idea that we were taking the cheese plate to go because she said they have a nice display and silverware at the brewery for it. We thought that was kind of strange, but when we ended up getting it, it was a super full box with a ton of goodies that must of been a bit of a challenge to get in the box. It probably would of been a beautiful cheese plate if we stayed there and had some beer or wine. I got the wet burrito for dinner that had griddle potatoes, smoked turtle beans, grilled mixed vegetables, roasted chilis, & caramelized onions smothered in hot enchilada sauce.
