Service is always great, friendly staff, and quality guaranteed. The manager Steven Escalante, was extremely helpful in helping me get my Jeep situated. As busy as they got, every employee had a smile on there face and they were hospitable. My service took roughly an hour and a half. One of the mechanics also made sure to test drive my vehicle and made sure it ran smoothly. Overall, service was great, prices reasonable, and just a great place to get your car worked on. Had to take off work early and everything. My ALIGNMENT was not bad at all. Not hardly even noticeable. They take my $60,000 car back. It is back there for LONGER than an oil change. The service guy comes out and says we didn't do the alignment because we need to order parts. He stated it is not that bad or noticeable as well. Those parts are 300$ + Did I want to order them? - I said I would think about it and let them know. I go to leave cause he said they were all done. I don't even get HALF a mile. My alignment is 100X worse. And pulling in the opposite direction. I call them and turn around immediately!! They drive my car. Take it in the back for another period of time. Then the manager comes out and says. Look I'll order the parts and we will pay for them. You'll just have to pay for the alignment portion. (Which I was only supposed to do in the beginning anyway) My 60,000 car now that they have messed up. I have to drive with it pulling so hard to the right. Prob ripping my tread day by day for 2 weeks. I call them to try and be nice since this is their fault. They will not help me resolve this problem. They will not offer me a car in return until then. They were completely unprofessional and basically called me a liar about my alignment issue. This is BS and not acceptable for this kind of business. For this amount of vehicle care. Worst costumer care, apprehension and concern. Absolutely appalling. This needs to be addressed and fixed immediately!! That was what I sent to the BBB Never take your car or truck here. This was a few days from thanksgiving, and first couple places I called wasn't able to squeeze us in. This place was! Khalid saw the van, found the problem, and his brother Muhammad confirmed it and showed me the replacement part. The oil filter housing is made of plastic so over time it will crack and leak. Seems to be a common problem for this engine that fortunately they had the part on hand. Ram dealership also confirmed it's a common issue. Anyways, it was a big job, so wasn't cheap, but they were able to give it replaced with an aluminum part which is recommended so this won't happen again, and best of all, that day. We're completely grateful we were able to make to home in time for thanksgiving. Lastly, big thanks to Muhammad for loaning us a car. When he saw that we weren't local and were traveling with dogs, he lent us a car, no charge, so we can get to a motel. And one more thing, I had the van inspected at the Ram dealership, and there said no leaks or any issues for the oil filter housing, so the install was done well!
