I cannot say enough about the great experience at Big O Tires Falcon! The incoming tech (I did not catch his name) was so informative and gave me piece of mind knowing my Living Quarters Horse Trailer was going to be well taken care of. He understood how precise the rig was to me. My appointment was at 8:30 am, at 9:10 am the tire work had not begun. I questioned when my trailer would be attended to, received answer the tech was finishing up a job that had been left from the day before and would be receiving his attention shortly. I cannot say enough about tire tech, Jacob! He was so courtesy and professional allowing me to watch over his shoulder answering all my questions on the tools required to remove the tire hubs, changing the tires, the socket size, torque wrench required, down to the size of jack need to lift the trailer; took tons of pictures. I NOW have no apprehension on traveling over the road with my precise horse knowing I have the tools and knowledge how to change a tire if need. I'd like to give a Big Thanks to Justin and the crew at the Big-O in Falcon, CO. I drive a Class C RV and the week prior, I had a brake job done. While I was driving after the brake job I felt a vibration in my steering wheel. The faster I drove above 55 MPH, the worse the vibration. The company that did the brake job was a couple of states behind me. Since I knew Colorado Springs was going to be my next major city stop, I started making phone calls trying to find someone to balance my front tires. It was more difficult than I thought until one of the companies I called suggested Big-O Tires. I called and spoke with Justin. He told me, there would be no problem and that they could take care of me that day. Even better, the shop was located just down the street from the RV Park where I was staying. True to his word, Justin and crew got me in and out in about 90 mins at a more than fair price. Everyone was friendly and Justin kept me informed about the job status (I had a couple of snags). Thank you Big O for a great experience! I've been taking my Edge to the Ford Service Center at Chapel Hills for 3 years and had enough when they claimed they couldn't fix my alignment. They said they couldn't get the bolts off and would have to cut them. That would cost me a few grand to fix. And they still charged me! So my husband referred me to Big O where he bought my tires (which are awesome too by the way). I had to wait about 2 hours, but my oil change was done, fluids checked, tires rotated, and alignment perfectly adjusted no problem. Thanks to Melanie for keeping me updated and positive! I also overheard a manager giving praise to another employee who was working hard that day. I appreciated hearing him taking care of his people :) Anyway, my car is driving perfectly now! This Big O stands out over all the others I have used in the past and I contribute it to the staff that was assisting from beginning to end as my project was more advanced and took longer. I got to meet the technicians working on my truck and they were extremely polite and took the time to talk to me. The one Employe that stood out in my mind and worked with me the most was Melanie as she went out of her way to help me select the proper tire, brand and kept my cost constraints in mind which was very refreshing. She kept me briefed to what was happening, time to complete the job and any issues that arose. This store was top notch in every aspect and I would choose them every time over other locations. The employees at this Big O location were very cordial and seemed truly happy to be helping customers. The atmosphere was upbeat and positive. The mechanics and techs were knowledgeable and able to explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that made it easy to understand. Employees communicated their compassion for making sure my vehicle was taken care of in a way that would ensure the vehicle ran its best and that their work lasts for the long haul. I appreciated their views on not finding a quick fix for something that could cause problems and cost thousands of dollars down the road. Best experience EVER because of JUSTIN! No one likes going to a car mechanic because it usually means bad news and a lot of money. We had a lot of issues with our previous car and had to bring it back several times which was extremely stressful. However, JUSTIN always did his best to make the experience as painless as possible and did an amazing job explaining everything and easing the stress. These guys were awesome! I blew a tire outside of town with about 500 miles to go to my final destination. They fit me into their busy Friday schedule and even stayed late to accommodate my repairs to get me safely back on the road. They gave me a heads up to get my brakes repaired once I got settled, knowing it wasn't in the budget on this stop. Pretty much my go to place for tire repairs. The fella working there, Pablo Ayala, has always managed to get me in for a repair. The first time was for four bald tires that were damaged where he got me in quickly and got me a pretty good deal on them, all of which was done before I had to go back into work. The next time was today where he squeezed me into a Monday morning appointment to fix a broken valve that had left me on a doughnut right before an appointment. New franchise is open in Falcon and what a welcome addition it is. Went in today to check on the price of tires for my wife's F-150 and actually met the franchise owner. That's always nice to see someone working their business and building up their brand. Liked how fast and friendly they were and ended up purchasing new tires and getting an alignment. Repaired two of my tires at no cost and gave me a complete vehicle inspection that found a brake issue two other shops couldn't pin point. I thought it was going to be an expensive repair but the advisor and technician fixed it with a $30 brake hardware kit. I was impressed by the honesty, professionalism and the technicians expertise.
