I Had a standard oil change done on 2/1/24. During the visit it was recommended that I have my brake fluid replaced. After seeing the sample of the fluid that was taken, I agreed to the service. Fast forward to 9/27/24 and less than 7 thousand miles traveled. I take my vehicle in for some routine maintenance at my normal shop and they recommend that I have my brake fluid replaced. The sample provided looked worse than the sample the Jiffy Lube representative showed me. I explained to my regular mechanic that this fluid has was just done in February. He told me that this fluid, based on the color is closer to the 30-thousand-mile mark. The price I paid for this brake fluid replacement was over $100 and to find out that this service was not completed makes me not trust the work being done in the Falcon Jiffy Lube. I have not heard back from the Falcon Jiffy Lube to discuss this issue. read more

It's a good thing lube is in the name, because we got screwed. And it wasn't in a jiffy, either. Some people like it nice and slow -- but this is not the time nor place. This is a place for talking about filters, I never asked for one and there won't be one right now. It cost us $464.92 for an oil change on a Dodge. I get it, oil is expensive. I understand that. I don't know why it cost a combined 258.99 for two filters I can get from Parts R Us for a max $40 a piece. I gotta say, the only good thing we got out of this ordeal was the fact I was able to stand in line for 2836642936362 minutes at the liquor store and then get a root beer float at a nearby A&W. And then sit in the parking lot and just look longingly at my truck, wondering if we'll ever see it again. For those wondering, the root beer float and all the actual beer cost less than a filter I never asked for. read more

Cory worked with me and I got my needed services way faster than I expected. All of the technicians were very friendly and professional and explained everything they did to my car. We had a HORRIBLE experience with the Constitution @ Powers location last week and swore off ever stepping foot in another Jiffy Lube location. Today we tried the Falcon location in the Safeway parking lot. I am SO GLAD we did. OMGOSH these locations are so different. The people at this Falcon location are wonderful !!!!! Amy (Ami) helped check us in. She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She has a fantastic sense of humor and greeted everyone that came through the door. She was very sweet, personable and caring. Chris and Cat worked on our vehicle. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and quick. After being at this competent location in Falcon and the rude and very slow Powers location...I had to ask someone if these locations were independently owned & had different owners. Nope it is one big company and no franchise ownership. I am so thankful we went to this location. We will definitely be back!!!! read more

I needed an oil change and was nervous to get it done during the Coronavirus outbreak. The young lady kept a safe distance away from the window and explained they would not enter my vehicle and I would not have to exit (unless I wanted). She wore gloves and guided me into the stall. The two employees did a fantastic job of checking everything and informing me of the status. I felt safe and appreciated their professionalism and efficiency!! Kudos!! read more

I went into the Jiffy Lube in Falcon, CO on Saturday with a Groupon for my oil change (as I always do). The young lady informed me that my car needs a special synthetic blend, so I would need a different Groupon - which she said they could provide. I checked the price on my app and it was approx. $13 cheaper than what she was offering, so I declined and bought it from my app. She was offering $55 for the original $74 oil change. When the car was finished she said my total out the door was another $25. After a bit of discussion (with the manager no less, who didn't give a crap), I realized what they were doing. They will give you credit for your Groupon, but only to the amount that they will "accept". In this case, they only discount the $74 synthetic blend oil in the amount of $17.99 (and they call that a Groupon). If you get it cheaper than that they make you pay the difference. In my case they charged me another $13 because my Groupon was for $42 (vs. theirs, which was $55). To make matters worse, my $42 actual Groupon was listed as a "coupon" on the receipt! This is a very shady business practice IMHO and one that is a deal breaker for me. They know that people are getting better deals on all of their oil changes so they are offering their own "Groupon" discount - which has no affiliation by the way - and are still charging you the difference if you get a better deal. Stay away from Jiffy Lube people!!!!! They are probably doing this nationwide now, so buyer beware! read more

Not only did the employees not attempt to oversell me, they recommended less than what I thought I needed. BEWARE!!! Absolutely terrible. Watch them very closely, as they do about every thing other than doing what you asked them to do. Our vehicle was running great before we took it to this place, then about 10 minutes down the road our truck started acting funny. Now here we are making appts to get it looked at to figure out what's wrong and spending even MORE money rather than the money for an oil change which we brought it there for. 10/10 do not recommend this place. read more

Poor service today. Came in for a Jiffy Lube Signature Service today. Only one bay is open, and only one vehicle in the ONE available bay. I was told the wait would be 45 minutes because "that customer ahead of you is getting a lot done today". Well, I'm a customer too. A customer that comes to Jiffy Lube because I'm able to get my sevice done in a "jiff". Poor management of schedule personnel today, (more bays should be open) and I'll take my business elsewhere in the future as well. read more

Brought one of our fleet vehicles in for an oil change 2017 Ford Expedition , decided to check the oil after 300 miles because I kept seeing drips under the car. It was obvious the oil was never changed , it was black and like water. The drips were from the oil filter that was changed and torqued to the point that I had use Channel locks to get it off . So I paid $80 to have my oil filter changed . We take around 40 vehicles to Jiffy Lube for fleet maintenance , I've never had any real issues before just minor things like changing out brand new wipers , not putting air cleaner cover on securely but never something like this. This was the first time I went to this location but I will definitely be rethinking taking our vehicles to any Jiffy Lube again . read more

I rarely leave positive reviews. This location of Jiffy Lube has recently had a management change. They now have a female manager who is awesome. The crew is fast, friendly and thorough. They don't try to sell you on products you don't need or force you to upgrade when you're not in the mood. They just get about their business fast. Previously the atmosphere was oppressive. The manager there would literally make the employees cry. I saw this first hand. The new manager actually goes out on the floor and works. She is friendly and down to earth. It is obvious that she also has a good working relationship with her team. This location is in Falcon but even if it's out of your way I would recommend driving out here for your regular service. read more

The employees were friendly enough when I got my oil changed earlier this week and the service was quick. My husband was off work so I was able to run over without a newborn baby and toddler with me to get this taken care of. My tire pressure light had been on before the service and they did not mention it while I was checking out. The light was still on as I drove away but I didn't feel like going back. The next day I noticed that something was dragging on the street; it looked like the oil pan had not been secured properly. I returned with my children in tow. Two other customers were in the lobby and I waited to be acknowledged. They took one customer's information without looking at me and went back to the garage area. My baby started crying in his car seat and my toddler was trying to walk out the door. I picked up the toddler and moved to stand right by the register as we waited for someone to notice us. Another employee came out to the lobby, ignored me standing right in front of him with a crying baby and wiggling toddler, and called the other customer up to the register so that I had to step out of the way. When they were done, he returned to the garage without looking at me. The first employee came back out and I asked "Can I get some help?" She said as soon as they had time and rang up the other customer while the baby continued to cry. Finally she asked if I had already gotten my oil changed. I pointedly said yes, on Monday when I did not have to bring my children along. I explained that the pan was hanging from the bottom of my car and dragging on the street and that the tire pressure light was still on, which was supposed to be checked as a part of this service. They fixed the pan and found nothing wrong with the tire pressure. They thought it might have come on due to the change in elevation since I recently moved from a different state, which sounds reasonable, but they didn't listen when I told them the light had come on before my move. Oh well, nothing they can do about it, but it's irritating when people come up with a conclusion and don't care to listen when you share conflicting information. I was already annoyed that I had to return and waste everyone's time fixing something that should have been done correctly in the first place. I would have been a lot more patient and understanding if they had at least acknowledged me, asked what I needed, and/or said "We'll be with you in a minute" instead of ignoring me and walking out of the lobby multiple times. A simple thing like greeting your customer makes a huge difference in the quality of your customer service. read more

We went to jiffy lube for the first time with the car we just bought. They did an oil change and put a new battery in it. They also did a basic check on everything, and didn't say anything about a transmission leak. Which would be pretty noticeable. They did a great job the first time but when we went back to get a transmission flush, they said they couldn't do it because of the leak in our transmission. So why didn't they tell us about it the first time. Anyways we ended up doing the flush ourselves (since my boyfriend is going to college for mechanics) and never found a leak. Never going back there, waste of our time. read more

Last August I went here to get my oil changed here like I did two years earlier. I supply the oil and filter and you do the labor. WHAT? $85.00 for 15 minutes of labor? I was only charged less then $30.00 last time. Down the road was going to only charge me $25.00 but did not have the time for me that day. I've brought my car here multiple times. The staff is always very friendly and I've had no issues with my vehicle at all. I would have given 5 stars but I swear every time I go- my coupon is not recognized or expired or there's some other reason. They can't except it. A few times they've entered a different one for me but not every time. I'm only using ones that are mailed or emailed to me by the company. I don't get it. Other than that- no complaints. read more

Been coming to this location for years. Always had good service ,that is until tonight I arrived at 5:30 they close at six. I was met at my car an told they were cleaning the service bay's. I asked if they had time to do one car since they didn't close till 6 o'clock. They said it was up to me.but I could come back tomorrow at 8:00 AM. I am formed them I live 50 miles away and drove like crazy to get there in time. They can let me know they just clean the bays and it was up to me if I wanted them to service my car. I decided to heck with it! I already told them I drove a great distance to get there I was there in plenty of time for them to get my car in but these boys want to go out and play early on a Friday night. Since when is it the customers decision whether or not they do their job! I don't see me ever coming back here again I will post negative reviews on my Facebook account I will let all my friends know for heaven sake's don't show up 30 minutes before closing because I wouldn't want to cause any distress on this business! Forget the fact that I just drove 100 miles round-trip just to end up disappointed angry and now behind as I was planning on being gone early tomorrow morning! Thank you for your service! read more
