They can help... but be ready to pay about almost $80 more than expected. Only go here if you're desperate and not looking at the bottom dollar and needing quick service for a lot of minor/regular issues. This is like going for one thing that only costs $250, then you get a phone call for a bunch of other things saying it's around $380, to which you painfully agree to... then you get another call about an hour or so later saying the car is done and it's really about $430, come get your car. And you're thinking, "oh...okay....that's definitely more than what we talked about. Like paying painful medical bills. But hey issues got fixed right? You just won't feel 100% about it later. Next time I'll go elsewhere. Def won't recommend this, for everyone. read more

I had previously given this business 5 stars in the past. That has since changed when I saw my service bill and how much they overcharged me on parts and labor. I agreed to their price quote over the phone and approved the service, so partly my fault for not investigating prices in advance. I didn't think I needed to. I understand businesses have to have mark ups on parts, etc, but not 4 times. They also messed up the tinted window, which I'm sure they will take no responsibility for. All I can say is that these guys are the best. Eddie (the owner) and Josh are kind and knowledgeable. They do almost everything your car regularly needs - alignments, oil changes, brakes - not just tires. I came in originally for new tires and an alignment, but they threw in a complimentary oil change. This actually turned out to be a miracle because they discovered my car literally had no oil in it. I was quite embarrassed by this, but even more grateful that my car was saved from a potential disaster due to their suggestions and great service. The tires required by my car are extremely low-profile and thus hard to find, but they went above and beyond by finding them at another location and picking them up so that the replacements could be put on same day, as opposed to ordering them and having to wait a day or more. I'm leaving today with a much smoother ride, a mind at peace, a heart full of gratitude, and a few extra bucks in my pocket that will help support this broke college student. Mr. Eddy Woods was easily to get a hold of for service for my 1978 Chevy step up van. The inspection and service done was incredible with the help of Mr. Woods by also providing a service plan to get everything fix on my van. I started with some small items but it's driving much better and the service gave me lots of great information. He shop uses yelp and it was simple to send message with photos. Wow, so many low ratings. Maybe it's because I only got an oil change, but I thought the service was great. Dave was really, really nice to me, despite my being there early for my appointment. My car was taken care of in a timely, efficient manner. I didn't get any gimmicks or sales...I was very straightforward with what I wanted and what I wanted to be taken care of. We spoke to Josh today to get a tire replaced, but he said the owner doesn't want to honor warranty work for Michelin tires. Although they are listed as a dealer for Michelin on the Michelin site, they referred us to Discount Tire instead. In my opinion it seems like the owner of this particular Big O Tires is looking for a particular type of business (selling tires and service plans retail) but when it comes to assisting a customer with a warranty issue, they bow out. Interestingly enough, we don't even know if it was manufacturer defect or not, we just wanted someone to look at it and tell us, then sell us a tire if not defected.
