Unfortunately my experience was poor. We were looking for a new place to perform fleet maintenance on our company vehicles. We where leaving the place we were currently with because of poor workmanship and their inability to keep promises. I was assured that this store would have no issues like that. I took one of our vehicles over to try them out. Pros: -They changed to oil Cons: -It took almost an hour -They did not honor the price I was told we would have. When I brought it up i was told -"well until things are more set up there's nothing I can do." -I was charged for 5 quarts in a vehicle the best case scenario only takes 4.5 ( Manufacturer spec) but it is usually just over 4. So, I was either overcharged or the vehicle was overfilled. neither is acceptable. Must be good for them getting those extra couple of dollars from each client. I chose them because of the good reviews they had. Maybe it was just the person who helped me but i got a whole bunch of "whatever kind of attitude. Never do your tune up here!!!! I did a tune up and my vehicle has never been the same!!! Sad to say $1000.00 plus on more problems there! Now I have to pay more somewhere else to get my vehicle fixed and ride smooth like how it used to! Very upset that I even spent that much there! Even worse is my family noticed big time with the sound and the way it kept shaking! My brother shared that he wished I would've told him first because the same exact thing happened to him there!!! This location did not honor their warranty on my tires. My tires had a crack in the side (the wall of the tire) of 2 tires where the rubber had broken down for whatever reason. It wasn't due to abuse or anything other than the rubber simply cracked. My warranty was for 3 yrs (see picture) it has been 2 years so I figured I was covered. This location told me that since I had been driving on the tires that they were going to prorate the tires and give half the price of the new tires!!! However the warranty states a "Full free repair or replacement" (see receipt in picture) so I told them that is BS and wanted them to honor their warranty and they told me that the $75 each (half the price) is all they could do. Well I went to the location where I bought them and they took one look at the damage and replaced it for free with no hassle at all. The one in West Valley is the one that took care of it not this place!!! read more

this big o tires on state street in murray is terrible dont ever go there very unprofessional. i had appointment for 1 pm. they finally took my car in at 2.30 pm. i wish i would have left. then they told me i needed new brakes front and rear and new rotors on the front. and they could still not gaurantee my brakes would be fine. hey wanted 630.00 then they said well you can do the front brakes and rotors for 350.00 but we cant gaurantee your pedal on your brakes will not keep going too the floor. so then i told them never mind why would i do this work if my brakes still might not be fixed. so they put it back together. and immediately after driving away my front brakes started grinding metal on metal. and this was not happening until they took it apart. then got home went too my mechanic he said oh no you dont need back brakes. just the front brakes and rotors 223.00 and my brakes are now fixed great. avoid this scam place at all costs read more

Wasted $90 for an alignment that didn't fix anything. Went back to tell them that it was still pulling to the right and they told me it was all in spec. Waste of time and money, should have taken my car to the Benz dealer in the first place than deal with undertrained staff at Big O--lesson learned. read more

I always feel like I get amazing service for the price paid and I'm always impressed with the quality and use I get out of what I pay for with Big O. My new go-to tire shop! I filled in a yelp-quote request a few days ago about getting a tire patched - I also mentioned that I had just moved to town and was trying to save money after going a few weeks between paychecks, and that I'd be getting snow tires in a few months anyway, so I just needed my current tires to last a bit longer. I got a voicemail about taking my car in and they'd take a look. Dropped my car off this morning and walked around the nearby park for an hour and in perfect timing, my car was ready! They found a 3-4 inch piece of metal (only 1/16" was poking out of the tire, can't believe it was buried that deep!) and because I'd be replacing the front tires in a few weeks (they're nearly bald and probably won't last until the winter set) and a set of winter tires in a few months, they didn't even charge me for the patch job! yaaaaaay!!! Oh my goodness! I love this Big o location. I bought a set of tires about three years ago... Been coming in every few months to get my alignment, rotate and balance. Always a professional team. But today, June 20, 2019 I came and for 15 service. The service agent whose name is Omar was very nice to me. He came out a little bit later after they inspected my tires and showed me how much tread I had left. I had not expected to buy any tires today... But I feel very confident in what he showed me as far as the lacking of tread. I am a professional woman in this valley and I do like to give my business to organizations and companies that treat me with respect. Omar kept me up-to-date on the progress with my tires. I could not ask for a more professional person to help me. So women... From another woman... Please consider this Murray location of big O tires the next time you need tire service. read more

Not really sure how to rate this. I went in to get a nail pulled and the hole patched. I knew I needed tires and they were having a buy 3 get 1 free sale. I wasn't ready to buy, but I received a pretty good quote, around $630 for 4 tires out the door. I drove past the store a week after the sale ended on a Saturday, The sign out front still said by 3 get 1 free. I called the store and the manager said his store was still honoring the buy 3 get 1 free deal till the end of the month. So I went in the following Monday to get new tires. I was told they wouldn't honor the quote I received. Even though the store was still honoring the 3 get 1 free deal, the new quote was almost $100 more. I had the quote on a business card of someone at the store. That person wasn't there, but the person who was there said the price couldn't be honored. So I took my business elsewhere. I value promises. I wouldn't have expected the deal if the 3 get 1 free deal wasn't extended at that store. It was and I didn't see how the same quote was so much more just over two weeks later. read more

Did not perform alignment correctly. Actually didn't perform an alignment at all but had me pay for one. When I realized I didn't have the printout sheet I went back and they removed the sheet from the trash can and handed it to me showing nothing was performed after I paid. They then proceeded with the alignment and when I questioned why it wasn't performed correctly they lied. Turns out the manager of the store is the one who through away my alignment sheet so I wouldn't see it. They didn't get away without doing the alignment because I was intelligent enough to ask questions, they would have gotten away with falsely performing a service and charging for it. read more

Colton was amazing and such a huge help with a problem that we had with our car concerning another place that rotated the tires on my daughter's car and ruined the rim and studs.
