While driving from Olympia to Centennial, CO, I got a tire puncture near the exit to Green River, WY. I limped into the Schwab parking lot at 6:30 pm. Tyler, the manager, just happened to be coming back from a delivery. He ordered me a new tire right then so I'd be good to go the next day. He gave me a ride to a hotel, and offered to pick me up when the car was ready the next day. He checked their records - as I had purchased the tires in Olympia from Les Schwab, it was still under warranty, so no charge for anything. Remarkable customer service.

I couldn't connect with a single repair shop (of course, Friday afternoon) but there is always NAPA. And NAPA always has everything! You had the two bearings plus grease seal in stock for my daughter's 17 year old VW, as well as the few tools I needed to do the repair. Then the manager (I think, I'm an idiot for not getting his name) stayed an hour after closing (on a Friday afternoon) in case I needed anything else, while I did the repair in the parking lot. Way over and above on the level of service. I always use NAPA when available because they always have what I need and are very professional. This shop went way out of their way to be helpful, I cannot say enough nice things about them!!!

We pulled into a Love's station only to be told they didn't have the right equipment for the repairs we needed. Went online and found Tire Den and called them about 5:20 pm realizing we were about an hour out (nursing the trailer along the road) and they were closing at 6:00 pm. Spoke with Jon and he said that they have an after hours tech that would be available when we got there. We made it to Tire Den in Rock Springs about 6:10 pm and Jon and Bo were just heading out as we pulled up. Jon called the after hours tech (Joey) and had him come down to meet us. As we waited for Joey, Jon and Bo had us pull the trailer inside and they both started evaluating the damage. Jon and Bo ended up staying and helping Joey complete the job. All three went the extra mile either by staying late and helping (Jon & Bo), or by hustling down and getting the job done (Joey). They went through all the tires, replaced the spare we had, sold us an extra spare, replaced the other two tires that needed replacing and realized that the main tire we had consistent problems with was missing a spindle nut retainer and went to see if they had one in stock. Jon came back with an extra nut to try and double nut it because they didn't have the spindle retainer in stock, but that didn't work either, so we were just going to make due without it (we had been doing it that way the whole trip unknown to us) when Jon shows back up at the trailer 15 minutes later with the spindle nut retainer we needed. He actually went outside to the "bone yard" and searched through old parts and found one. Telling you that these dudes (Jon, Bo, & Joey) were clutch for us is an understatement. We tried Love's (they didn't have the tools apparently, but they also offered no suggestions, and damn sure no effort like going to the "bone yard"), we tried three other numbers (including being left on hold for 25 minutes), but Tire Den kept it simple with what they offer (regular business hours & after hours technician) in this stretch of Country where tire repair is critical. In a time where most businesses are short staffed and over worked, Tire Den has managed to not only stay staffed, but staffed with solid ass men who take pride in helping with hours that support the kind of stranded folks like ourselves. They also employ the kind of solid people that make recommendations (both Jon & Bo at separate times diagnosed a possible bent axle and recommended getting the trailer aligned once we made it home to California) that had nothing to do with extra money for them, but everything to do with the long term health of the trailer and our safety towing it. We were on our way to Canada via San Francisco, and had very limited funds. We needed a fix that would get us to Canada, where we'd be able to afford to do the larger repair that was needed. We explained this all to Dennis, and he understood. Instead of ripping us off like the other shops wanted to, he came up with a solution that would get us safely to Canada, where he made us promise we'd have the serious repairs done ASAP. The repair was done quickly and well - and he even called us the next day to check we were okay. What a sweetheart! Honestly, if it wasn't for Dennis, we'd still be stuck in Rock Springs. 5 stars!!! What an…read moreoutstanding experience at Dan's Tire Service in Rock Springs! I pulled in thinking I had a leak in my inner rear dual tire on my 43-foot motorhome. As soon as I arrived, a crew of four guys jumped right in and got to work. They carefully backed my coach up to the shop, jacked up the rig, removed the tires in no time, and submerged them in a large water tank to check for any leaks. After they couldn't find a leak, I reached into my pocket and realized the culprit was actually my newly installed tire pressure monitoring sensor cap. I put it back on, and there was the source of the problem. Problem solved! When I went inside to pay, the owner (or manager) simply smiled and said, "You're good--we've got you covered." They didn't charge me a dime. I went back outside with some cash and gave the technician who did most of the work about $40, asking him to share it with the rest of the crew. They had earned every penny. It's rare these days to find a business that treats people with this level of honesty, kindness, and customer service. Dan's Tire Service has definitely earned my trust, and they'll have my business whenever I'm passing through Rock Springs. If you're traveling through Wyoming--especially in an RV--and need anything tire-related, I can't recommend Dan's Tire Service highly enough. They are true professionals and genuinely good people.

He is charging $500 minimum fee to hook up and haul, then turns around and charges $85 a day for storage. I wasn't even in town when my stuff was towed, nobody called me nobody notified me that it was towed or was going to get towed can you call and talk to him and he is a thief. Do not use this guy for towing he will rob you. So long story short I went on a 3-week vacation then come to find out I didn't have a home to go back to, the truck I have owned and worked on for the last 15 years is now basically gone and same with all my tools and all my other possessions !!! Well karma's a b**** and in the end the person you have to face explain yourself to is not one you want to be in front of with guilty actions on your conscience.
