Sent my sister to this location to get her alignment checked as they do free alignment check however the person that helped her was very rude. I told her specifically just to get it checked so I can make sure that it's good with the new tires as the old tires had alignment damage... god was this a mistake. He cut her off making sure he was the one in charge of the conversation saying that he knows her issues are not an alignment problem and it's a waste of time. Asking repeatedly if it was a problem if she would be getting it fixed after she said no he became even more of an ass so she decided to leave. Go up the counter tell the guy I have an appointment, asks me for my keys. Go sit down 3 other people come in and their vehicles all start being worked on. Mine is still in the lot. I waited over 20 minutes and still no work being done on my car, I got my keys and left. If you're unable to honor appointments please don't accept them online. I brought my car to Big O tires for rotation. They did the rotation, i picked up my car and used it for a week. Then i noticed missing lugnuts, 3 of them. On closer look studs were missing too... It turned out technician used high power impact wrench to tighten lugnuts and in process overtightened lugnuts to the point 3 of the studs broke off. However the receipt shows that lugnuts were tightened with torque wrench to 89 ftlbs. That is not the actual torque that lugnuts were tightened but much much higher. After i brought my car back shop replaced broken studs and lost lugnuts. It took 2 trips and help from a friend to do this. Do not use this place if you care about your car read more

This Big O is the best in the valley, and worth every penny! They have saved my rear twice, and I am extremely thankful for them! I had brought my Land Rover to another shop, and not only did they manage to screw up on everything they did, but they damaged my CV axle and put on that they didn't! I brought it to this Big O, and they immediately saw the damage the other shop caused. They gave me a good price on the replacement of the axle, corrected a tire balance issue caused by the other shop, and corrected the alignment that (shocker) the other shop failed to do correctly! I'm not new to automotive work - I grew up working on cars, and many people assume I know nothing because I don't look like a mechanic. I would've done all the work the other shop did by myself (except the alignment) but I don't have a garage, and would've frozen to death doing it. I will tell you that if you want the work done by someone you can trust, go here, where they know what the hell they're doing! I will absolutely make sure I never give this or any other Big O my business. 4 days ago I went online and made an appointment and reserved 2 tires for my car. I received an email back stating that my appointment was confirmed for my tires the next day. This morning I received another email reminding me that I had an appointment for tires. I arrived a few minutes early for my confirmed appointment and was told "no appointment was in the system" for me. I then asked about the tires I reserved. The woman at the desk specifically remembered ordering them from the warehouse a few days earlier. However when the man behind the counter checked the "system" he said "huh looks like we sold those already and we don't have any more available." No offer to make things right for their gigantic screw up and my wasted time. I hope the woman behind the desk finds a better job, clearly she is the only person working here who has a brain. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. we scheduled a tire repair online (this location allows you to do so) so we came in and they told us that they didn't accept appointments for tire repair (even though we scheduled for a tire repair) and to come back before 4 pm. so we did the next day after we got off work, an when we came in she told us that they couldn't do it today as they were too busy. So I asked what they suggested we do, since we made an appointment and they turned us away and then we came in and they turned us away. And i think the manager? Stepped in and told us he didn't approve the appointment from yesterday and that we should've called to confirm even though we received an email confirming the appointment. 3/3 employees were rude and curt. good news; we called Taylorsville and they are taking us immediately to compensate for WVC errors. I've gone to this Big O quite a few times in the last 18 months. I find their service to be satisfactory. I think for the stuff tire stores do they're great. For bigger repairs I haven't always had the best luck. Long story, but I had a problem with a service they provided. I decided to confront them about it instead of copping a resentment and not going back. They handled it. Got a razor blade to the tire and ended up calling a bunch of places for tires. luckily and thankfully big o tire was super friendly and had what I needed. unfortunately they do not have used tires so had to get a whole set. They gave me some options and asked what price range and what I was looking for. The man at the cashier was super knowledgeable and gave me the best deal he had for the best value. During this time was the holidays and everything was booked and full. These guys were no different but were willing to get me in. It did take about an hour but again understandable for their situation and they put me in even though their workers had to work past closing. Came in with a tire that started having some separation next to the bead. I didn't buy the tires at this location so right off that bat they tell me I need to go to thw location where I bought it since it's within 20 miles. Sounded like bull but I didn't feel like arguing with the guy. (I never verified if that's the actual policy, but if it is, it's crapy one.) Dude tells me he would like to take a look at it though. He sees the problem and proceeds to tell me that, basically, it was my fault and it wouldn't be covered by warranty anyway. Tells me I must've hit a curb or parked too close to a curb. I didn't hit a curb. Thanks for wasting my time dude. So, I go to the Big O where I bought them on 3rd west and 9th south. They looked at the tire and ordered a new one, no questions asked. About two weeks ago my truck broke down in Salt Lake City from a trip from California to Illinois. I had to be in school in two days for registration and it was about 6 PM with my truck broke down my tire fell off from the ball joint and I was stuck didn't know what to do. I start calling all the shops and none of them could help me until I got to big O tires I called her number and I tried explain his best to them what had happened and the manager Craig answered and told me that he will stay overtime to help me out. They usually don't specialize on these kinds of repairs but Craig was kind enough to take on this task fixing my truck to be ready to go early the next day he told me about 11 AM but ended up knocking it out by 9:30. I am so thankful to him for helping me get back on the road, going out of his way and staying extra time even after he was scheduled to leave work just to help me get back on the road. That says a lot about his management and his shop, so I would recommend this to anybody in the area. read more

I had an unexpected flat tire and visited the location without appointment. They instantly greeted me and asked the problem. They said they'd take a look and said we were welcome to take a seat. I waited roughly 10 or so minutes, upon which they called my name, informed me there was a nail which they had already patched up and I was ready to go. The service was quick, the staff friendly, and the price was great. Furthermore they threw in a box of chocolates (happy holidays) and an air freshener. My vehicle was taken here from a body shop in order to replace a wheel and realign my front tires after being side swiped. When I picked up the car from the body shop, it was driving quite weird. It had a bit of sway in the alignment, and so I was quick to blame them for doing a poor job. Quite the contrary, because they made it a point to take the car back and take a look. We discovered that my tires needed to be cross rotated. I'm a fan now, and if it wasn't so far away from my house, I'd likely go back. Nice people. read more
