I had a fantastic experience with this Caliber Collision branch. I had to swerve to avoid being hit head-on by someone, and unfortunately there was a concrete post next to my car at the time. I scraped and partially crushed the rear passenger door, lost some wheel molding/trim, and sustained a deep scuff on the front passenger door of my Jaguar E-Pace. (Thankfully no one was injured.) My insurance company had Caliber on their preferred list so I called, and they were able to get me in for an estimate within a few days. Nolan was communicative and understanding throughout the entire process, and extremely tolerant of my frequent calls and requests for updates. Shockingly they were able to get the replacement parts - including a new door shell - in just a few days. Of course my car is also in a specialty/limited edition color, so I was most concerned about the paint blending they needed to do, but the work was absolutely pristine. In fact, when I picked it up from Caliber I went straight to the dealer to have my snow tires installed, and the service department couldn't tell that anything had been done. All told I think they had my car for a total of 10 days. I couldn't believe the quick turnaround considering how busy they are! I would 100% recommend this location to anyone who needs auto repairs. read more

I took my vehicle to get a free estimate because they are a preferred dealer with my insurance. I told the estimator tech that I wasn't sure I wanted to get the repairs done because I was thinking of replacing my vehicle. He decided to just start the repairs and when my insurance finally approved the repairs they were already halfway completed with them. I was told that I couldn't pick up my vehicle until they were finished with the repairs. I would never recommend this place since they don't listen to their customers and they just bully their way into getting what they want out of you and your insurance company. read more

COVID-19 is not an excuse for this level of extremely disappointing service. Not only did I have to bring back my vehicle 3 times for them to get it right, there are still damages! They over-look everything. They left glass in my truck and didn't check the roof repair for to see if it was water right. Water gushed into my vehicle during a car wash. They messed up my seat belt (something they shouldn't have even touched) and there are loose pieces on my vehicle because they overlook clips. There is more but I can't even list all the problems because it would be FAR too long for a yelp review, you get the point. Their staff leaves so much to be desired. Heather at the front desk is clearly a very unhappy person and is rude to everyone she speaks with in person and on the phone. Even sitting in the waiting room listening to her for 5 minutes was enough to see that. Really horrible and quite sad. Mandy was always kind and helpful. Set a standard for the face of your company, Caliber. The manager, who I never actually could get ahold of, is clearly lazy in helping his staff achieve any logical standard of service. Patricia was the only helpful person through the 2 month process but even then I couldn't get a call back for days. For a $18,000 repair job I should have gotten better service. I wish I had better to say. Before the switch from ABRA to Caliber Collision my family and I have brought vehicles here for years. They will not get another penny or kind word. read more

I had a hit and run accident my insurance sent it here. Car is as totaled. I had no transportation so I asked if the could hold the contents of my glove box. They said no. They couldn't touch the car. Very odd that my ex followed the car as it left the caliber collision to the lot where totaled cars go. He asked them if he could get into the glove box they said yes. Well well. My registration was in there but my portable battery charger that will charge the car was missing. I had told caliber it was in there with my registration. But not now. Wonder who took it ???? I told my insurance company do not use them again read more

I needed to have a rear bumper cover replaced and when I picked up my vehicle they informed me there had been prior repairs that I was unaware of. These prior repairs did not allow the new bumper cover to fit correctly. Instead of calling to discuss any additional costs to correct the prior repairs (which I gladly would have paid), they just made a mediocre repair and called it good. My car is my baby so I'll find another shop to make it right. read more

My car window was broken into completely smashed. I went to Caliber to get a quote but they never called to let me know what the quote was and proceeded to work on my car. I have to call and pursue them to get updates about my car. They kept my car for a week to repair 1 broken window and fully replaced everything, including things that weren't damaged. Would not recommend whatsoever. read more
