I've come here with several cars over the years, primarily to get alignments. I can't remember the exact deal, but it's like $120 for four alignments in a year. When you're modifying a cars a suspension over the course of a year, this is a pretty good deal. Most recently I came because they had a "healthy car special" which was $60 for an oil change, fluid top offs, and a handful of inspections around the car. Some while ago I took my car again because there was a leak from two hoses and then something on the right side well instead of getting a full kit which would have cost me a lot they were able to cut the hoses and we adjust them for getting the leak there and then they also fix the leak on the right hand piece of equipment extremely gratified with that kind of work so thank you Big O tires for that it's what happened later that turned me off from Big O tires. read more

Pablo was great! I brought my Jeep in for tires. He listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect tire that was in stock and I left that day with new shoes! I was so impressed with his customer service that I also ended up replacing my tires on my RV as well! After putting on the Jeep tires he noticed that the back tires were too close to the rocker and he volunteered to remove it and move it forward for me free of charge! I recently went to big o for 2 new front tires and a alignment, $570 later I have 2 new tires on the rear,not the front, and they are the wrong size "225/75R16" while my SUV tire size recommended is 245- or 255/70R16,and they put the new tires in the rear,after telling me they cant do an alignment with bad tires read more

Update. This is on my Mustang not a daily driver, got a motorcycle and switched to snow tires pretty soon after only got a few rides in. I put my new wheels back on once the snow went away (summer tires); they put one on backwards. Gave me super bad front end shake go figure. I had them turn it around and they wanted to charge for balancing. I paid them to balance it backwards... hmm. My front end is still shaky right now. Irritated. After about $800 into my car and over 14 hours of my time to clean up the look I took it here for the final step, install my new wheels. Despite them being 19% expensive than other shops, I decided must be paying for good quality service. Well the wheel install is nice, they feel nicely balanced which is why I tried a new place. Anyhow I went to put my spacers back on. However, these guys have tires in their name and the list of sins begins: 1. Torque. My car is 85-105 at the max! Again CAR not giant truck. They torqued my brand new custom lugs to 162!!!!! They caused damage to the threads (they're still useable but filled with shavings the damage isn't bad.) However now it's a big pain to unscrew when they have super grip to make it easy to unscrew by hand once loose. Not anymore. I do have other wheels to swap out from time to time so that's fun. 2. ... of course they used an impact wrench on custom lug nuts and threads. Of course. And they used the wrong socket too. 3. Go easy on getting tire shine on the treads it makes it slippery. read more

I hate this west valley location and i'm never going back. I will explain on how They absolutely are liars and try to upsell you. Long story short my guy friend is a car guy he knows cars and has built cars this is relevant because this location was changing my break pads and rotors WHICH by the way the lady telling me before they started on my car wasn't clear with what they were going to do with my car so they changed the rotors without my kowledge and i don't even think they needed to be changed and made me pay so much for break pads and rotors, i paid a total of 463 bucks. it was a lot i was pissed i'm not even sure if that was reasonable and since they changed the rotors without telling me as well. Anyway as they were changing my break pads and rotors the lady told me that apparently my shocks and struts were leaking and needs to be fixed and it would be 1500$. I was so pissed cause i was thinking to myself that there was no symptoms of my car having bad shocks and struts like at all like my car has been running great, so i got my friend who knows a lot about cars to come take a deep look at my shocks and struts before i made the decision to spend 1500$ , so he did he even drove my car around the neighborhood and checked the shocks and struts and he said there was absolutely no leaking and they were running great and there were no problems and didn't need to be changed AT ALL. so they absolutely lied to me and the lady by the way literally couldn't answer any of my questions i had about the shocke and struts clearly she was being all avoidant of answering and quiet. Hit a curb , had my 2017 Explorer towed to Big O. CV Boot and Axle had to be replaced , the manager , Omar, quoted me 1350 dollars , including a new custom rim to replace the front left rim I had dinged up . I passed on the rim and paid 1100 dollars for the most unprofessional job I've ever been robbed for . I asked Omar for the old rim back , he looked surprised , claimed it was ' wobbly ' . Yes ? His job is to lie to get money out of his customers . He had put my donut on and left my deflated tire and rim in the shop . I took my vehicle to Magna Tire And Auto , which I HIGHLY recommend, for a second opinion on my ' wobbly ' rim . The tech pulled my donut off my axle and the axle was covered in oil ! The techs at Big O cannot be anything less than slobs apparently for 1100 dollars , too lazy to even clean up after their work with a rag . The Tech at Magna Tire resealed my old dinged up rim and I drove off , cost : 15 bucks ! I noticed a popping sound whenever I went over a bump and every time I turned . Came in from work this morning and luckily my mechanic buddy , Eric , was in the neighborhood. He got under my explorer and found the upper stabilizer arm was loose . The adjustment bolts on the firewall were also in the wrong position . Thank you , Eric ! Do NOT use these guys , OMAR is a thief and the techs SUCK!! I had been waiting for over an hour and a half before i was able to her someone to help. , and it's in a row of vehicles, so I can't take it out and go somewhere else. Apparently I'm invisible, also, as none of the employees will respond to me. There was one old guy here that I think is looking at porn. (Seriously). I finally got it "fixed", and it was flat again, by the time i got it home. They are absolutely useless, and liars there. I don't think they even pulled my tire to look at it. But they sure were willing to take my cash!! Update: I took the car in to another tire place to have it fixed. There was a piece of metal in the tire, and NO patches or plugs whatsoever. I don't know why I ever go back to a place that does poor work the first time. The first time I went to this location I got new tires and the balance was terrible. Had to get them balanced somewhere else. Second time Ihad them fix a tire leak, and they didn't do anything I drove it home and a couple days later the tire was low again. Today was the final time... I went to get some air in a tire and they told me I had to wait for the other cars ahead of them, I've never had a tire store not drop what they are doing to air up a tire and get on my way. Best Deal on tires you will find. I buy Michelin tires that everyone else sells for 340 per tire, but this Big O has always sold them for $280! After buying these tires two months ago and not paying the road hazzord, i of course got a big nail in my tire. I took it to two other tire stores to ask Them to fix it and both stores told me they couldn't because it was too close to the wall, I brought it back to his Big O and and they said it's close to the wall but still an inch away. This is the second time I have gone to this location and they tried to tell me I needed more work on my car than I really did. I went to this location about a week ago to get the rear brakes done on my wife's car that has less than 35k miles on it. They told me that my rotors were too thin to machine and needed to be replaced at $60 a pop. I left to get a second opinion. I went to Les Schwab and they told me just the pads needed to be replaced and that the rotors were in perfectly good shape to machine. I decided to take it to another Big O location to see if it was just the 5600w store or all of them that were dishonest. I went to the Big O on 3500s by the mall. They told me the exact same thing Les Schawb, and were very professional and honest. I recently went to this location for a flat repair. Because the tire was purchased from another source, I was encouraged to check with them first because the tire was still under warranty. Before I left, they checked all my tires, and they replaced a tire stem without charge. Because the original tire place was unable to mount my new tire due to Covid 19 restrictions, I went back to Big O where they replaced the tire at half the price I was quoted. read more

Do NOT go to this location! Last year we went and had a flat fixed. An hour later, another tire on the van was totally flat! A different tire than the original we had fixed. Yesterday, against our better judgement, we went back with a flat tire and had it fixed. Now, I am standing on the side of the road with another flat tire: a different tire than the original we had fixed!!! I am not sure what they are doing back there, but I have a hard time believing this could happen twice coincidentally. I will never risk it again! If you want to skip to cordiality and customer care, this may be the place for you. I had a decent experience getting tires from here, but getting a battery was not. Every time I walk into the office, I have to initiate conversation. When I went to pick up my car, there were four guys--behind the desk--and not a single acknowledgement for the first minute I walked in. I can deal with that, whatever. But when someone finally talked to me, it was as if I were annoying to them. "What do you need" was what I heard, followed by a sarcastic shrug when I said I was here to get my car. More similar remarks followed when I brought up the fact that they charged me installation (which they don't charge for tires), which they didn't mention. Then to top it all off, when I was paying with my credit card, waiting for the transaction to process, he discourteously said, "Now what does it tell you to do?" They Lie, steal, and damaged my vehicle. I would give this company ZERO stars but it doesn't allow me to. Took my truck in to get tire pressure sensors installed. First thing, I was told it would be free because I bought my tires from them. This was a lie. They charged me $96 but not until after they greatly damaged 2 my Rims and claimed to have lost my after market valve caps. I didn't notice the valve caps until after I got home. When I went back they tried to claim there were only 2 on the car to begin with. I had to go look for the other 2 myself. I found one in someone's box and another had been drove over and ruined. They refused to replace or credit anything back for the damage. On top of all of that, they didn't even program the sensors they charged my to have put in. Worst customer service! They don't care about taking care of property and they don't do anything to make it right when they damage it. read more

Went to have tires rotated and oil changed on a 2006 Duramax. Was told it would be 1.5 hour wait. Told them I couldn't wait that long and said I will have to come back. He assured me they could do it in 1 hour or less. Well after waiting for over an hour and the truck had never moved. Pulled it in just as I was getting up to get the keys back. Finally done, paid the bill and went to leave. Looked at receipt and noticed they had charged me $5.00 exhaust fluid charge. This truck does not use exhaust fluid. Sent my wife (she had payed with her card) and went back in to enquire about the charge. Their response was "oh it just puts that in automatically" and I will have Omar come and fix it. After waiting again Omar finally returns and tells me the same thing. Then he tries to fix it but I don't have the card. Tell him why wife has left and it was her card. Tells me he has to have the card to fix it. Guess opening the til and handing me $5.00 was to stressful. Took receipt and told them I won't be back. Big O has always treated me very well but not this store. Go to a different store. Wonder how many people they have bilked because they didn't look at their receipt?
