Arrived to get an oil change at this location and was told by the mechanics they could not do any services until the manager arrived. It is 8:45a.m and still no manager present. Mechanics said their manager was scheduled to be at the location 30 minutes ago which he still was not available. Very unprofessional and probably lost a few customers due to being late. read more

A nice employee said they could reset my oil change code really quick when I pulled up. But their supervisor yelled at them saying, "if they don't want to wait then they can go." And saying something about being first come first serve. It was insanely rude when resetting the code would have taken two seconds. Not worth coming here. read more

The reply was for me to pull my car up to the garage door even though there was no space to do so. I waited for space, then waited another 10 minutes in the cubicle without attention before leaving. went in for an oil change and brought my own oil. I placed it in the trunk, and when I went in they got it out and proceeded to do an oil change. When I got my car back, the back trunk no longer worked. I couldn't get it open. The employees looked at my car and proceeded to tell me that my car must've been worked on and that there was a bad wiring issue. they said that they could not fix the problem, which I didn't understand because I didn't have it before I brought it to them. they told me I needed to take it to a shop and get it fixed. I went home a little frustrated but then proceeded to check my car again in hope I could find something they couldn't. Turns out that when they took my air-conditioning filter out, they switched the lock button that was in the glove compartment. All I had to do was click a button and my trunk worked again. don't always believe what they tell you. read more

Everything was fine until the morning after my service. I noticed a wet spot on my driveway. Upon checking found it was not oil and figured it was condensation fro the AC. I soon found out how wrong I was. My girlfriend had taken my car to a medical appointment and on the way here it started to over heat and go into limp mode. She was able to get the car back and upon opening the hood, found the coolant cap was not on all the way. Jiffy Lube was the last ones under my hood, and had even told me I was low on coolant. I hear these stories all the time. Guess I should have gone somewhere else. read more

I stopped through here to get an oil change on my way back home from vacation and though the staff was nice they do not do oil changes properly. They marked my mileage down wrong and I have found out from my husband (who does mechanic work) that not only did they not use a funnel and there is oil all over the top of my engine but my underneath splash guard has only 5 clips now holding it on. I highly recommend going some other place to have your oil changed. It would be in your best interest. read more

Zoom zoom! 2 - Printed out coupon (hey, everyone does it) and saved $10 off! 3 - They do FULL SERVICE for you (known affectionately at Jiffy as 'Signature Service Oil Change') which includes: checking wiper blades, washing your windows, vacuuming your floors, inflating tires, and a whole bunch of other stuff) 4 - Service was fast, friendly, and efficient! 5 - They run a diagnostic on your car (I think every place does this now) but they help ID any chinks in your cars' efficiency) All-in-all, great service and very fairly priced for the services they provide! this is the most absolutely worst service I've ever seen from an oil change location. I have waited over two hours for my vehicle to be finished when they said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. The updates and information provided along the way was absolutely terrible from a group of employees that seem to not care about anything. By the way, this is the first review I've ever left in my life. after waiting now over 2 1/2 hours I've asked them to put my vehicle back together so I can just leave. They still wanna charge me for the oil service even though they've done nothing. read more

Me: "You guys did. So what am I supposed to do?" JL Employee: "We recommend going to a car part store and buying replacements." I understand that accidents happen and that the screws weren't lost intentionally, but at least take some ownership, apologize for the mistake, look around the shop for some screws that may work for me. Wow. I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. I went in with low expectations. Figured the wait would be long, they wouldn't take the coupons I had, they would let me take my dog into the waiting room, I was ready for a fight. They proved me wrong I every one of my checkboxes. They were pleasant, friendly, explained everything in advance, GUSHED over my dog, and I was out of there in 15 minutes. They girl who received me was Cindy or Sandy, can't remember. She was quick, honest, friendly, and got it done! Serenity (?) was just too cute. She did the work on my car WHILE she loved only dog. She was over the top happy, but didn't irritate me, surprisingly. There were boys there working too, but the girls got it done! Kept trying to sell me a ton of things that I did not need. My car is brand new and just needed the oil changed. The air filter is still new. Also the coupon that they have on here is pretty much worthless. The sign on the building says $24.99 oil change. So you think you are gonna get $10 off on that well its a lie. I asked them and they show me that it's $10 off the price that is posted on a tiny board in bay of 39.99. Yeah great deal. The only reason I came here was to save some money on an oil change there are plenty of other lube stations that won't try and nickel and dime me. read more

As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by a friendly fellow. He was able to guarantee my oil change pricing of $24.99 and they got started right away. I can't believe how fast they took care of me. Each man was doing a job, from changing the oil, cleaning my windows, checking my tires, and everyone was so polite. They did offer upgraded services, gave me recommendations but they weren't pushy. I'm a French student at Riverside, CA. Doing a roadtrip for the winter break. After 5 days of traveling my Chevy needed an oil change! I went to jiffy lube and there 5 guys worked on my car and did the oil change, a general check and all the paperwork. In and out in 15 minutes! They are very nice and did a great job. I appreciated that they ask me before to check the air filter. I just said "it's ok I changed it 3 weeks ago" so they don't touched it. Also I found a coupon on my phone. I went to get my license plates renewed and an oil change. They told me the wait was about an hour and that id be serviced within 20 minutes. I said that's a long wait but it's okay I need to do it. After an hour of waiting I finally have a jiffy lube employee tell me I'm up but he doesn't know what he's supposed to be doing because no one told him. I said just need to get my license plate renewed and an oil change. Then he tells me that they ran out of stickers last Saturday. Reminder this is after I've waited an hour in the waiting room...... Also how do you go a week without getting more stickers????? Shitty service, shitty communication, shitty time. Definitely won't be going back to this location ever again. First and the last time I go do oil change or any other services at the place smh went here because is the closer place to get a oil change and just a oil change and the prices ridiculous not only that I have two cars that did the service these guys made almost $100 service with me last week Saturday after 5 hrs I noticed something to both my cars every time I pushed the gas pedal the car keeps knocking. Normally I'm very apprehensive whenever I give the oh so coveted rating of a bangin' 5 stars, but you know, sometimes it's well deserved. In the past year that I've had my Honda Accord (yes, I know my choice in car does nothing to break the Asian stereotype, so sue me), I've had it serviced here every time and have been nothing less than pleased. 1. I'm always given a fairly accurate wait time, as it is on a first come first serve basis. There's nothing I hate worse than having someone tell me to wait 10 minutes and have it turn into an hour. 2. The cold water in the lobby actually is cold. You wouldn't think so, but this affects my opinion of many a places. 3. They carry Glamour magazine in the lobby, it makes me feel like they are considerate of me and other Glamour reading customers. 4. Somehow there's always some discount they offer me, whether it be on my oil, the filters, or whatever else goes into the car (I have no idea how they work, I just drive them... poorly, again, not helping the stereotype. 5. Their staff is always super friendly, and they address me by "ma'am"... that may be a reason I want to dock them a star actually, do I look like a "ma'am?" Just kidding, I think it's very polite and quite professional. and finally 6. I love getting the car back with the little cover they put in the driver seat that says "we take pride in your car!" It puts me at ease that people working on my car care about it as much as I do. read more

I really need to try harder not to come here. They are slow, and they're back to trying to sell you everything. I just went in for an inspection on my new car so I could get it registered, and they kept badgering me. They tried to sell me a new radiator cap, a brake fluid exchange, a radiator flush, and a cabin air filter. It didn't matter how many times I told them I was going to have my mechanic handle that once I got it registered, but that all I wanted now was to get it inspected so I could do that. read more

I don't understand why the majority of the reviews here are negative. My experience here was fantastic. I came in an hour after they opened and there was about a 20 min wait. After 20 min one of the workers ( Clint) came in and apologized for the wait and that it would be another 5-10 minutes before they would start working on my car bc they needed a part for the car before me that they didn't have in stock. I appreciated that they kept me in the loop. All the guys were nice there and they all had a smile on their face and helped me understand what was needed for my car to pass inspection. Andrew the manager, was very kind and gave me info on their sister shop bc I needed to go there to figure out why my service engine light was on. Jiffy lube does not diagnose anything bc they are more for oil changes and minor things, but I'm happy they recommended a place for me to go. Once they started working on my car, I only waited another 20 minutes. read more

I've gone to this location twice now to get my oil changed and its been great every time. You pull right up someone comes and takes care of the car. The first time maybe took 20 mins if that and the second time I went I was in and out in about 7 mins. They have been the nicest workers out of all the locations I have gone too and they always send me coupons as well for different deals. Great location to go to! read more
