We are from out of town and saw this place on social media. It is cute inside but small. There are benches out front to sit on though! The line was long but went very fast and after tasting the ice cream, I know why the line was so long! Absolutely delicious. The best ice cream I have had in a while. So many good flavors and options for everyone! From Cookie Monster to lemon sorbet. I got the campfire s'mores and WOW! It actually tasted like a roasted marshmallow. We saw a segment on a local news channel and it looked so good and homemade flavors! Which are good for you! [[HIGHLIGHT]]They are located in the heart of the village of Lancaster. Its a nice cute location[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One perk they have is cups and a water cooler. I thought that was a nice touch since a little water helps wash down the ice cream.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The kids behind the counter were great with explaining the process of how the ice cream is made and the flavors. It took awhile to choose one. We chose chocolate covered strawberry and black cherry. Both were so good. So fresh and wasn't too heavy. My husband described it as decadent. Love the variety of flavors this cute little shop provides!! Lemon poppyseed is amazing for those that need non dairy. We took a pint home it so delicious! We went in weekday evening and it was little busy. Not long of a wait but it was cold outside so I imagine it can get quite busy with warmer weather coming up. A single cone/dish is $3. I was a little disappointed that there were no "must try" flavors available (at least in my opinion). (From their food truck, I have had some interesting flavors such as lemon poppyseed.) They did have one made out of fresh corn which I have seen elsewhere. I had the cookie dough and bought a small container of dog friendly sweet potato ice cream with blueberries on top. The ice cream was good, but not sure I could have distinguished it from Perry's. The dog ice cream was frozen solid, so my dogs weren't sure what it was as it didn't smell like anything. We took it home to try it another time. read more

Textures are perfect, flavors are perfect. My only complaint is that I went on a very busy day and they were out of waffle cones. I will likely stop here and try a new flavor every time I'm in Lancaster.
