I needed to make some very nice copies of a bunch of weird sized photos and photo collages for a memorial board. I tried doing it at Meijer and the project as going to take hours to complete. Paid $50 for priority next day shipping and package did not arrive the next day. Was told to file a claim with corporate FedEx which after 3+ weeks was denied for no reason. So why pay extra for next day priority shipping and not receive what you pay for?????? No satisfaction. Next time I will be using UPS. read more

I have shipped a lot of international shipments to China and Canada through this shop over past 3 years. up to last year had great service but lately I never see same employee twice. Today a shipment to Hong-Kong I set up on-line with FEDEX and all was OK but they required an EEI? I checked with FEDEX but this was only for export exempt issues. What a waste of time. After returning home and checking on-line and asking by phone to FEDEX they said to 2 units of polyester laundry bags were not impacted. 1.4 lbs.total. I lost 2 hours getting a form filled out not needed and shipped at Walgreen. I'm done with this shop. read more

I can't believe Fedex is training their employee to be SO RUDE!!!! The conversation went: What is in this box? I said: Computer. "This is not the computer box" I said: I don't have the original box "I can't ship your package" I understand that they are asking what you are shipping inside the box for the safety of your own package but for God sake no regulations said if I'm shipping a computer I have to use the original box. Then they told me they have to OPEN MY PACKAGE. I asked why, the employee basically said she thinks I don't know how to package. And very conveniently offered me to charge me for a new box and a packing fee to repackage my box. (Their box is thin and way too big by the way) Well I don't have to tell her that I used to ship packages out for a living but I do get very offended that they want to open a perfectly packed package to sell more useless stuff and leave their customer NO PRIVACY at all. And there she went cut the box open. She not only exam the package by herself, but also called one of her co-worker here to take a look. Well, double violated my privacy. And of course the packaging looks perfect, I had foam packing materials specifically designed for computers in there thanks to my many years of packaging career. Non of them can find any excuses to repackage. By the way I did wrote FRAGILE all over my box. I did pointed it out to her that I wrote FRAGILE and used a shipping sticker that said FRAGILE on it. She said "Our driver is not going to know its a computer in the box and they are going to throw the box." Word by work she said that, and now you know why your packages get damages, because THEY THROW THEM. Well how about teach your drivers to READ before accusing your customer that they don't know how to package. Anyway, I do appreciate Fedex taking the extra step making sure their customers are shipping packages safely but not in this manner, not "we are not shipping it if I don't open your box" read more

Came in with a complicated return I had been dreading all week. It was a huge box and the employee named Billie was so wet and helped me lift and carry the box along with making the shipping process simple and easy to understand! The store is tidy and air conditioned, and well serviced with plenty of well trained employees. This location also has free WiFi in case you need to pull up a document to print or to retrieve an email about your shipment. read more

I have done business here for over 10 years and had a great relationship with the team who made prints for my business. New management has taken (about a month ago) over with mostly a new staff. They have driven me to get my printing done with a competitor. They have added an enhancement charge to all my printing of $7.25. So every time they so much as print a jpeg, I get this additional fee. For example, if I have an 11x14 inch print done on 11x17 inch paper, it now costs me $10.25 for 1 print. This was not the case for 10 years. Keep in mind, I have already sized the print. All they have to do is open the jpeg and print it. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I am truly disappointed to see this relationship end. They made plenty of money on me, and I was happy with them. No more, Lenore. No more. read more

I stopped into this store right as they opened the other day, I believe it was the store manager that was helping me. He was great, helped print, buy a folder and even told me about their sales. Not sure why there are some bad reviews for this store. It's clean, friendly service and easy access off Grand River. Will go here from now on rather than UPS. read more
