Because of that, I didn't have the $500 in time. I reached out, but they ignored my messages. Instead, they used the missed payment as an excuse to repossess the car. Even after I explained that the battery issue was their fault, the owner's son Eddie still went through with the repo. It's clear this was a setup from the start: they got my $2,000, took the car back, and left me with nothing. Don't fall for their scam. I opted to pay in cash when I picked up my truck instead. Upon arriving, I paid the balance and received a hand-written invoice in front of me. However, when I walked out to my truck, I found it to be filthy inside--despite having the truck freshly detailed prior to dropping it off. After two conversations with both the owner and the employee I dealt with throughout the process, I was told, 'You expect us to have your truck for over a month and have it be clean?' This response was completely mind-boggling. To make matters worse, I later discovered items in the bed of my truck that did not belong to me, along with missing components.
