In September…read moreof 2025 we went there to purchase a brand new camper, our salesman was helpful and pleasant. after choosing the camper we wanted, that is when the trouble began. The finance officer was rude and disrespectful he talked down to my husband and I like we could not afford the camper. After the General Manager apologized and worked with us we purchased a brand new 2024 fifth wheel camper. When we got it home and hooked it up at our job sight we quickly realized that the fridge was not working. They sent out technicians 3 times to our location, but never could fix the problem. Side, note I purchased all the extra warranties. I asked why can't they just replace it, they gave me a thousand run around excuses. Fast forward to June, the fridge still not working and we want to take it to the beach, they tell us we have to bring it in and they will contact the warranty company to replace the fridge. I dropped it off on a Tues. I call on Friday and they tell me my slide isn't working, which we have had no problems with. They said they have to call the warranty company get it approved to order parts. 2 weeks later my husband goes up there, not happy, wants a replacement fridge and the camper we are taking it somewhere else. Then by some miracle they tell my husband, the slide is working again and they have a fridge on the floor that can be put in our camper, my husband sat there for 3.5 hours. So, they are a bunch of liars or warranty schemers, who didn't even look at our camper till we showed up in person or they were going to pocket the warranty money to fix something that wasn't even broken. We came to look at some new campers because everything we see on marketplace has had issues or…read morewater damage. When you don't wanna fix other peoples issues with campers you consider new. Our salesman was Travis at the one on hwy 24 and he was very nice and showed us what we wanted in terms of inside amenities.. we did see few used ones which if buying from a dealer the issues are fixed before the sale. Prices were pretty standard on new campers and there was a double slide out that was so big and comfortable made rest feel closed in but it was on the higher end price wise.. that's to be expected ..it's always good to look in newer campers because there is so many upgrades in terms of utilizing the space .. lots of options too.. they had pretty big selection.. located right in front of the bogue distillery too so you can go get adult beverage while you consider the options.. lmao..

(Like you fill up grey water fast!) The customer service that Rex and Son's provide is awesome. You can tell they have a passion for their trade and want to share that passion with others. It was my first time towing a travel trailer and I was given a hands-on lesson that gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed. We took the travel trailer from the flat coast to Stone Mountain State Park NC. While we didn't need to utilize the help, they made sure we had after hours contact information in case we needed any help with our rental. It was certainly a pleasure to work with Rex and Son's.
