I have mixed reviews with this place...I mean it has a big parking lot area and a big inside area as well...it even has an area for some pool tables...what I myself did not like is that the lighting on the whole inside area is kind of dark...they need more lighting especially on your eating areas...place seems well kept and for the most part clean as well... I rarely ever give 1 star reviews. If I could, I would give this place a 0. I didn't even go in with high expectations. It was 10 on a Saturday night after a long day of working nearby and all we wanted was a drink and some dinner. We were a group of 10 and they quickly pushed some tables together to get us sat. Granted it wasn't crowded, but we appreciated it. It was all downhill from there. The waitress had to have been new, so we gave her chance after chance before we simply couldn't anymore. Let's start with the service of the restaurant as a whole. Whoever trained this restaurant in customer service needs to be trained in what customer service actually is. After repeatedly forgetting to bring out food and drinks, midnight was quickly upon us, which is when they close. We knew that it was not our fault we were still in there because we had received some of our food not long before. They started putting up all the chairs onto tables and closing sections about an hour before, which was really noisy and we were trying to enjoy our dinner together. They dimmed the lights about 11:40 and we were like seriously?! Then they turned the lights, except the neons and a few small ones, ALL THE WAY OFF at 11:55. Are you kidding me? It gets worse. Let's talk waitress. She took our drink orders and first suggested a "strawberry sunrise" since they didn't have a drink menu. We all ordered one and it had zero alcohol in it. Then we order the food and it's typical reheated bar food. She brought out all but one of our friends plates and she did admit that she forgot to put in the order, but get this, she then claimed the kitchen closed and he would need to order wings. He originally ordered a chicken wrap. A chicken wrap is not difficult to whip up quickly. We made the point he ordered with the rest of us before the kitchen closed. She then went back and asked the kitchen to make his food. They "gave her a hard time" but they did it. She still never brought out his appetizer. Then when the check came, she knew the person buying dinner for everyone was upset about the the whole ordeal. She then passed my friend the check at the other end of the table from the person paying. We said "oh wait it going to that person" she responded "well, they're mad at me so could you please just pass the check down the table". Seriously?! I would never recommend this place. It really wasn't all that bad. The food was good the service seemed attentive. We were warned that due to low staff our food would be a little bit but really it wasn't long at all. It's definitely bigger inside than what appears from the exterior. It was clean. It looks like maybe in the evening hours or on the weekends it could be quite busy. All in all in deserves four. I just don't do five stars at bars. It's essentially bar food. Their vice is drinks not food. But again the food was good. Well the wings anyway. And the soda with grenadine was good. We walked in tonight and I had surgery 5 days ago. I cannot wear a mask for health reasons... I was berated by the manager as soon as we walked, even after telling him I cannot for health reasons wear a mask while entering. He then proceeded to tell the bartender not to serve me, and called the police. The police did not show up, but I was served water but not given a menu. We did eventually leave. Stopped in here last night by chance Nice big open place with a nice outside dining area ... We were greeted right away by a few waitresses telling us set where ever we would like. We asked if outside was ok since it was a nice evening and we wanted some fresh air after being in cold an snow so long ... Our server was great ... Got our drink orders right away then our appetizer order then our dinner She was very helpful with answering our questions about the different food items Her shift was over before we left but she let us know and introduced us to the other server who who be helping us Food was served in a timely manner. This is the WORST sports bar... Period! 1. Not all games being shown. 10 big screens, and 20 regular tvs. We asked for a specific game on 1of the big screens and were told that the TV s are "programmed" and can't be changed. WHAT??!!. 3 customers came in to watch their specific game but left since it wasn't showing. And Judge Judy is on one of the big screens. W in the F'n F!! Funny thing, they finally tuned in all games midway through the 1st quarter. 2. We were told, somewhat rudely, that we had to order food or we could only stay 20 minutes. No s@#t!! This place is a joke. The entire establishment is sticky and filthy. The servers are a joke. The manager especially is the biggest joke of them all lol. The drinks are way too syrupy and bound to give you a hangover with all that sugar, gross. Oh and you can't even have a cigarette while enjoying a drink because the patio is "under construction" which really just looks like they knocked down a few planks of wood and left it there. I see this all the time in Corpus and it'll never get done. The manager doesn't care to offer an alternative smoking area even though they still advertise the patio on Google. Horrible experience! If u have a food allergy of any kind do not come here!!!!! Today this establishment took our orders and in that: two wraps were ordered w NO SAUCE due to a Buffalo sauce allergy. Two wraps were brought out both w sauce in them. Unfortunately, the person w an allergy took one bite and instantly started sweating, swelling, & vomiting. W no benadryl on hand, the person was made sick and the food was taken back & replaced w the correct order. However, the establishment When I spoke to the manager JR he stated there was "no sauce" in the wraps. He stated he checked it himself and had the nerve to ask me if i wanted him to bring it back out for me to check that it was only tomato. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! They expected us to pay for the meal regardless of the error on their part and the ruining of the birthday party; which we had to run to the closest convenience store to purchase benadryl due to the allergic reaction. The person w the allergy had to be escorted out and taken hm due to the reaction and the manager continued to argue that it was an error on our part that there was no sauce. Worst experience and the manager was not at all sympathetic to the situation. With something like that serious, when a customer states DO NOT PUT ... BECAUSE OF AN ALLERGY!!! This is a very good place to eat and spend time with friends or family but it is totally the worst place to be at for drinks unless there is a special going on. We are visiting Corpus from Austin and we really wanted to try this place as it had something for all of us. (Kind of hesitant because it was 20min from our hotel) We walked in excited, the music was going and before we knew it we sat in our seats for 20 minutes and no one came to our table, we kept waving the waitresses over but no one looked over at us. A older couple sat behind us after we sat there for 20 min and were immediately served drinks and chips. But again no one ever paid us any mind, a manager then walks over and asks if we asked for a manager to which my husband responded "we haven't even had a waitress come to our table" he says, "sorry guys I'll get someone over" we then sat there and a waitress passed us and went again to the couple behind us and ignored us. We had enough at that point and we get up from our seats, a waitress finally looks over at us and says "sorry guys" as we walk out. On a slow night I walk in a sit at the bar. Bartenders struggling as if the place was busy. I finally get a drink and order 12 naked hot wings. They took forever but I was happy to see that they were huge pieces. I then noticed that 4 of them where raw and had blood flowing out. I told the staff and they only took the 4 and said they will be replaced. I continued eating the rest of my wings that barely made mark for being edible.
