He struggled to answer my questions, and she came out of the back to help him. In my opinion she then belittled him, talked down to him and was verbally abusive. She kept telling him that he was providing me with incorrect information and that he needed to read what was on his spec sheet. She had him totally flustered. I have managed very large staffs for large companies and if any one of my managers talked to an employee like that, they would have been looking for a job the next day. They don't offer delivery themselves, but they have a company they suggest using and all the details about how to use it. They have show models you can take home that day and other options you have to order in and wait for. Good options. -Good clearance selection. It's definitely a hodgepodge of stuff, but it's a CHEAP hodgepodge of stuff. They have lamps, chairs, couches, gazebos, auto parts (?), and more. It's a whole bunch of random stuff. CONS: -I'd love to see their pick-up hours extended for out-of-towners. They close pick-up at 6pm, and we weren't able to make it out of work and make the drive to get there by 6pm (traffic at rush hour is intense!).
