I was referred here after not one but TWO car accidents that completely left not only my car but also my body destroyed. I've been receiving treatments for 4 months now starting in March (basically beginning of the pandemic) and started on an acute treatment plan where I came in twice a week for a bit and then it became once a week. All I can say is that Sam is a miracle worker!! I went from being sore and constantly feeling discomfort in my hips, back, shoulders, with pain in my left arm and right leg, (I wasn't kidding when I said body was destroyed) to being able to sleep soundly through the night without waking up multiple times from pain or being uncomfortable. I LOVE coming to my appointments, they're the favorite part of my week because I know I'll be able to walk out feeling great. Sam really knows what he's doing; I was introduced to the dry needling technique -- LIFE SAVING! -- and adjusted in the same visits. He asks how you are feeling at the beginning of every appointment and addresses all of your concerns, answers every question you have, and makes you feel like you're a part of the Next Level family! Kelsey and Amy at the front desk are also super friendly and helpful, the exercises I learned for some physical therapy at home for "homework" have definitely aided in my recovery. They also work with you in scheduling and are as flexible as they can given their busy days! I'm now able to work out almost daily and am so glad that I was able to get treatment here! I highly recommend it to ANYONE who is in ANY kind of discomfort.

The team is dedicated to getting you feeling better. It's the best of all worlds - for me, I need a quick fix and to know how to strengthen myself before the next appointment. Leslie, Hunter & Tess are dedicated professionals who assess, design and execute your healing and strengthening program. I look forward to every session. There's more to go, but Three Lakes will take me to the finish line. I highly recommend them. Harvey S.

Over the past several months, the PTs at Three Lakes have fixed multiple issues with my abovementioned body parts with great success. Every PT at Three Lakes behaves in an incredibly kind and professional manner. Therapy visits start and end on time, and the exercises are effective and efficient. The facility possesses advanced equipment that the team uses in innovative ways; there are a lot of machines I have never seen before at any other facility, and the team is always brainstorming ways to improve the equipment / exercises. Billing is also very professional and accurate. Overall, Three Lakes has restored my faith in the quality of American healthcare. If you put in the effort with your exercise plan, you WILL get better with Three Lakes' guidance. They also offer personal training and running form appointments, which are also outstanding.

She is so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and really makes me feel like she truly cares about my well-being. She will push me, while at the same time being gentle and understanding. One thing that is SUPER cool is they have an app that the PT can add your exercises to so you can do in the comfort of your home. "Traveling" can be difficult at times, especially when you're in extreme pain and can barely walk. The app has great video and audio instructions, leading you through your reps and making sure you're completing exercises correctly. Gotta love tech. ;) PT So helpful after session with your therapist to continue exercises at home between meetings. K, I'm a bit biased: I, myself, was a PT at STAR for 10 years. But, I'm a patient right now: bicipital tendinitis developed as a result of shoulder impingement/rotator cuff arthropathy. I couldn't use my arm worth squat, constant pain, and intense pain with attempted use. What I had tried/done failed. Grew very discouraged/depressed: Husband asked me when I was going to DO something about it (& stop complaining, lol). Saw my doc: He offered an injection, but I said, "PT first please, and I want to go to STAR." (don't want injections to jeopardize the integrity of my tendons, and STAR PT "only"!). Yes, a PT may need another PT to lift one up, illuminate the path, and lead the way to success! Highlighting Anthony for his awesomeness! I specifically requested Anthony because he was the only one who didn't "know me." I know the other therapists, and they are all excellent. In this case personally, I wanted to be "led" unbiasedly: without any consideration/assumption that I "should know" this or that since the others "know" I'm a PT. Visits 1 & 2 proved to me why you see a PT before injections/surgery: immediate positive impact! I experienced a set-back after the visit 3 - of the exact same nature as to why I was unsuccessful when I tried to rehab myself. Anthony got me past this in ways that I'd never thought of! Week 3: still progressing, and Anthony increased focus on other components of my body to ensure long-term success (YES, core/pelvic/hip/leg exercises for my shoulder problem!). 8th visit/re-evaluation: 80+% better! Able to swim freestyle without problems over 4th of July holidays, pain is SO much less (I can handle intermittent dull aching), I no longer hesitate to use my arm (though it's still quite weak), and I'm now asking questions about working out! Anthony is so awesome: He listens, instructs, educates, set goals, and puts the plan into place. Though (as a PT) I think I could "take over" independently at this point, I'm continuing because I want to return to 100% and want him to keep leading me to ensure success. I started a version of push-ups (um, 7 visits ago, this thought was ludicrous)! Anthony reviewed other activities/gym exercises to try (or avoid), reminded me of needed rest/recovery periods and signs of when to back-off/stop. I don't know if I'll need to update this review when I am 100%, because I'm now feeling like nothing's going to stop me from reaching my goals! & Yes, should I experience any "hiccup" from this point forward, Anthony will bring me beyond it (full confidence), but this is why I'm still going to STAR PT! My story, done. Extra info for y'all: More about STAR PT... Pilates classes Women's & Men's Health On-site fabulous Massage Therapist who's also a PTA Certified Hand Specialist OT (top 3% of BEST EVER) Custom hand/arm splints Custom foot orthotics ("PRI" orthotics - SERIOUS improvement in my son's athletic performance and overall life - he won't go anywhere without them, including independently transferring them to his cleats & back) McKenzie, ART, FDM, Postural Restoration, and more Dry-needling Cold laser, Infrared, Ultrasound, E-stim, Traction, BioMat Ancient Minerals Magnesium (oh, the incredible benefits of Magnesium!) Clinical center training student interns from accredited colleges Host site for continuing education courses Yeah, so OK to kinda call this a "plug" for STAR - but this review was not requested, not compensated, and ONLY because I LOVE THE RESULTS, STAR PT, and Anthony! Owner Jon Hupp (PT) is absolutely BRILLIANT. He's judiciously grown his business from the ground up, has poured in his heart & soul to make this the best out-patient practice possible, ceaselessly makes improvements/expands his/the team's education to be at the cutting edge, has/ensures an awesome environment & the equipment that's needed, and leads a team who's dedicated to the ultimate mission of maximizing YOUR life and potential!
