Imagine the biggest fright happening on Halloween morning - the discovery of a ceiling leak from our upstairs bathroom. Every person that's recommended Force Plumbing have said they were excellent with pricing and reliable. Since it wasn't an emergency call, we contacted them on the next business day, and I gave them some info about our issue, and although they had a full schedule, they said they would try to fit us in. I received an automated text through their service app as soon as a technician was on the way around 2:30pm. Our technician Joe was able to take a quick look and gave us an upfront pricing estimate and overall scope of the work that might be needed. We decided to go with Force since we wanted the work to be done right then. He had all the tools and parts in his van, and was able to repair our leak in 90 minutes, and even gave us advice about potential repairs and a timeline of what we should expect needs to be done in our bathroom. He even cleaned up everything after the repair. Thanks to Force Plumbing for coming to our rescue and thanks to Joe for all his knowledge and for fitting us into his day! PS.
